Abstract

Tanjung Pasir merupakan daerah pesisir yang terletak di kelurahan Mamburungan yang terletak di paling ujung Tarakan Timur. Di wilayah ini sebagian besar masyarakatnya bermata pencaharian sebagai nelayan dan petani rumput laut. Menyikapi hal itu membuat peneliti tertarik untuk melihat potensi pesisir tanjung pasir dan bagaimana bentuk pengelolaan pariwisata yang ada di tanjung pasir. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif (Qualitatif Descriptive). Adapun lokasi dari penelitian ini ialah di Kelurahan Mamburungan Desa Tanjung pasir Kecamatan Tarakan Timur kota Tarakan, survey dilakukan beberapa kali yaitu wawancara pada di bulan juni hingga Juli 2021. Tahap pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah ada beberapa teknik yaitu Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi, serta Catatan Lapangan. Adapun data yang diperoleh ialah data primer yaitu hasil wawancara langsung serta pembagian kuisioner kepada masyarakat sekitar wilayah pesisir tanjung pasir. Selain data primer ada juga data sekunder yang diperoleh dari internet dan sumber lainnya. Pada penelitian ini juga di uji validasi serta reabilitasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi ekosistem pada kawasan tanjung pasir sangat baik dan kondisi laut juga strategis bagi para nelayan untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai tempat mata pencaharian oleh beberapa warga setempat. Potensi pengembangan pariwisata sangat baik jika dilakukan.

Abstract

Kota Tarakan merupakan Kota yang berkembang akan pembangunan yang mana kota ini terdapat pembangunan yang banyak sehingga membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kualitas dalam mengelolah pembangunan. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pada suatu pembangunan proyek kontruksi maka pertimbangan untuk menentukan para pekerja dengan kualitas yang baik sangat diperlukan, oleh karena itu sebelum memulai pembangunan proyek kontruksi maka diperlukan seleksi yang dilakukan oleh kontraktor terhadap pekerja mandor yang mana ini penting agar mandor yang dipilih memiliki kualitas yang baik. Pada penelitian ini jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala likert. Adapun tempat dan waktu penelitian ialah di Proyek Peningkatan Kualitas Permukiman Kumuh Kawasan Karang Rejo Kota Tarakan. Data yang digunakan ialah data kinerja mandor pada proyek konstruksi di Kota Tarakan dengan aspek kinerja mandor yang dilihat ialah kemampuan kerja, partisipasi, work fasilitation, bias, memberi contoh pengalaman terhadap kualitas proyek konstruksi di Kota Tarakan.Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini ialah indikator yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pekerjaan Konstruksi di Kota Tarakan ialah pada Faktor Kemampuan kerja adalah mandor membaca dan memahami gambar kerja, Mampu dan terampil dalam melakukan pekerjaannya, Mampu mengorganisasikan bahan dengan baik dan Mampu mengngoorganisasikan alat dengan baik, mampu memecahkan permasalahan yang terjadi dilapangan.

Abstract

Kelurahan karang anyar pantai merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang kaya sumberdaya alam. Kelurahan karang anyar pantai merupakan wilayah pesisir, dengan memiliki luas daerah 81,7 Ha. Kelurahan karang anyar pantai merupakan wilayah pesisir di kota tarakan yang dimana masyarakatnya sebagian besar sebagai nelayan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis Triangulasi untuk mengetahui kondisi prasarana dan sarana dan ketersedian prasarana dan sarana di RT 25 dan RT 30 kelurahan Karang Anyar Pantai. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan juni Hingga juli 2021 .Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Kelurahan Karang Anyar Pantai kota Tarakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Jembatan Bongkok yang terdiri dari RT 25 dan RT 30. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah data primer berupa kuesioner (angket). Responden pada penelitian ini ialah masyarakat Karang Anyar Pantai, kota Tarakan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan Untuk mengetahui apa saja sarana dan prasarana yang ada serta bagaimana perkembangan wilayah pesisir di kelurahan karang anyar pantai. Sehingga hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini ialah Di kelurahan karang anyar pantai terdapat sarana dan prasarana berupa jalan, jembatan, posyandu, masjid, dan sebagainya. Akan tetapi kondisi sarana dan prasarana di daerah terebut masih terbilang kurang berkembang.

Abstract

The province of North Kalimantan has a direct boundary with the eastern part of Malaysia, including the Nunukan Regency with the Sabah Region. Nunukan Regency has a number of attractive tourism places for tourists to visit, but they are still minimal in the availability of supporting infrastructure, so this research was conducted to obtain a model to support tourism infrastructure. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative, by obtaining data from questionnaires and interviews with respondents from government agencies, travel business actors, to communities around tourist attractions. The object of this research is a tourist spot in Nunukan Regency, then an analysis is carried out using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). The result of this research is that a model is obtained that provides the key variables that place the variable in the top position in the model. The ISM model obtained places the availability of the types of facilities that have been provided for a place to stay for visitors. This is not without reason because from interviews it was found that tourists want a place to stay overnight to be able to enjoy the natural atmosphere with their family. From the research it was also found that infrastructure remains a priority in supporting tourism objects.

Abstract

Road as the main infrastructure in cross overland to connect starting area to the destination area. The level of damage that occurred after the implementation reduce the road’s service quality. Performance Based Contract (PBC) has stages such as Design, Build, Operation, and Maintenance. PBC is expected to minimize the budget for road construction due to damage that routinely occurs every year. PBC has the maintenance stage to meet the performance who have risk reducing road maintenance after road completion and operation. Risk variables in this study use variables in the maintenance stage from the PBC application in Eastern Java road project. It uses Probability Impact Analysis method to analyze road maintenance risk in PBC application. The results are highest score of risk variable in the maintenance stage as the descriptive analysis references to compare the threat and opportunity in PBC application. Then, it is used to create strategy in order to fulfil dominant risk in the maintenance stage.

Abstract

Tana Tidung Regency is a Regency that has potential in tourism in North Kalimantan Province. The attractions in Tana Tidung Regency are Mount Rian attractions, pine forest attractions, mangrove forest attractions, and Mahesya waterpark attractions. The purpose of this study is to analyze in order to find the object of the need for tourism facilities and infrastructure located in Tana Tidung Regency. The method used in terms of data collection is in the form of observation by the research team as respondents. The primary data in this study were interviews and questionnaires given to (PUPR Service, Tourism Office, Transportation Service, Bappeda Service, Tourist Object Visitors and the people of Tana Tidung Regency), while secondary data was sourced from journals and articles that could be clarified. The variable measurement instrument uses validity and reliability tests. The results of this study are correspondent responses based on supporting aspects of tourism supporting facilities and infrastructure in Tana Tidung Regency 1). Environmental aspects (attractive, 78.57%), 2). Cultural aspects (quite supportive, 65.60%). 3). Man-made Aspect (supporting, 68.44%), 4). Aspect of Tourism Facilities/Infrastructure (good, 70.59%), 5). Tourism Infrastructure Aspect (supporting, 72.60%).

Abstract

Tarakan City is an island that has a coast and as the largest city located in North Kalimantan Province which makes tourism as one of the main sectors. Regional development is carried out to determine community needs in the future. This study used quantitative and descriptive qualitative data analysis research using a scalogram analysis to determine the location of growth centres based on the availability of facilities and infrastructure of each region's infrastructures. Based on the analysis of the scalogram showed the hierarchy area by the division of the category based on facilities and infrastructures in the northern coastal area of ​​the Tarakan city.

Abstract

To achieve the project’s goal, both internal and external organization influencing factors (construction industry) should be aware, particularly at the construction implementation level. The objective of this research is to identify the environmental factors that influence construction implementation from the contractor’s perspective as the main actors in the implementation of construction. The methodology used in this research was library research and surveys using questionnaires as data instruments. The analytical method used is principal component analysis, supported by the SPSS program. Based on the analysis results of the environmental factors that influence the construction implementation level using principle component analysis, the total class produced 15 main components and was capable of explaining the various data with a cumulative percentage of 85.672%. From the study results, it can be concluded that the company resource factor was the most influential factor compared with other factors.

Abstract

Establishing North Kalimantan as the 34th province in Indonesia with the provincial capital located in Tanjung Selor, Bulungan Regency, has influenced the pattern of transportation used by society between regions. Previously, most people traveled to Tarakan city by sea transportation because Tarakan is an island city and has a strategic role regionally as a National Activity Center (PKN) in North Kalimantan. Since January 2020, the North Kalimantan Transportation Service has permitted public transportation routes to Perum DAMRI Tanjung Selor Branch to serve three round-trips (pp) routes, namely: Tanjung Selor-Malinau (TGS-MLN), Tanjung Selor-Tana Tidung (TJS-KTT), and Malinau-Salang (MLN-SLG). This study aims to find the ideal fare for public transportation for people on the route, taking into account the Vehicle Operating Cost (VOC), the ability and willingness to pay (ATP and WTP) of DAMRI Bus users, as well as the user's willingness to pay. Pay more or WTP from Contingency Valuation (WTP-CV) if you get better service during the trip. The current single-trip DAMRI Bus fare is IDR 150,000.00 for the TJS-MLN/MLN-TJS route, the TJS-KTT/KTT-TJS route is IDR 100,000.00, and for the MLN-SLG/SLG-MLN route of IDR 50,000.00. The results of the study based on the VOC obtained one-time trip rates for each route, respectively: IDR 135,633.21, IDR 119,046.86 and IDR 35,186.00. The respondents' ATP analysis results obtained a one-time trip fare for each route in a row: IDR 142,994.05, IDR 119.747.47 and IDR 63.750.00. Meanwhile, respondents' WTP was obtained for each route: IDR 110,519.48, IDR 94,545.45, and IDR 39,107.14. The respondents' WTP-CV values were also obtained on each route, amounting to IDR 14,675.32, IDR 11,409.09, and IDR 8,303.57. Considering the captive rider as an economy class passenger and the benefits of the DAMRI Bus operator, the proposed tariffs for each route are IDR 130,000, IDR 110,000, and IDR 48,000.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKonstruksi stasiun pancarima basis menawarkan manfaat substansial, yang meliputi konektivitas ekonomi, perluasan inklusi digital, dan penguatan keberlanjutan bisnis. Namun demikian, hal itu juga menimbulkan spektrum risiko, khususnya di seluruh fase konstruksi. Fase-fase ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap yang saling terkait yang menghadirkan risiko berbeda yang dapat memengaruhi tujuan proyek. Kegagalan dalam menerapkan kontrol risiko yang memadai dapat mengakibatkan keterlambatan, pembengkakan biaya, ketidakpatuhan terhadap peraturan, kerusakan reputasi, atau bahkan kegagalan proyek secara total. Oleh karena itu, penilaian risiko yang ketat dan terstruktur sangat diperlukan untuk memandu pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dan memastikan keberhasilan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi stasiun pancarima basis di seluruh siklus hidup proyek. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, penelitian ini menggunakan proses hierarki analitik sebagai kerangka kerja pengambilan keputusan untuk mengklasifikasikan dan memprioritaskan risiko proyek secara hierarkis. Analisis tersebut mengungkap bahwa risiko fisik memiliki bobot keseluruhan tertinggi, yang menggarisbawahi kerentanan operasional yang dihadapi selama fase konstruksi.Kata kunci: penilaian risiko, stasiun pancarima basis, proses hierarki analitik ABSTRACTThe construction of base transceiver stations offers substantial benefits, including the promotion of economic connectivity, the expansion of digital inclusion, and the reinforcement of business continuity. Nevertheless, it also introduces a spectrum of risks, particularly throughout the construction phases. These phases comprise multiple interrelated stages, each of which presents distinct risks that can affect project goals. Failure to implement adequate risk controls may result in delays, cost overruns, regulatory non-compliance, reputational damage, or even complete project failure. Therefore, a rigorous and structured risk assessment is indispensable for guiding informed decision-making and ensuring the successful execution of base transceiver stations development project across the entire project lifecycle. To address this challenge, the study employed the analytical hierarchy process as a decision-making framework for classifying and prioritizing project risks in a hierarchical manner. The analysis reveals that physical risks hold the highest overall weight, underscoring the operational vulnerabilities faced during the construction phase.Keywords: risk assessment, base transceiver stations, analytical hierarchy process
