<![CDATA[The formulation of the problem in this study is how much influence leadership style and Work Culture have on the performance of PT employees. Nijes Bayu Lestari. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence work culture and work career have on the performance of PT employees. Nijes Bayu Lestari. Based on the results of the study, it was found that for the effect of variables X1 (Style of Leadership) and X2 (Work Culture) on Y (Employee Performance) need to be analyzed by the author because Employee Performance is work achieved by a person or group of work or activities that have been done. Performance can only be obtained if a person or group is doing work or activities. Therefore, without doing something, neither individuals nor groups will be possible. By identifying Work Motivation and Employee Ability, it will have an impact on employee performance. Based on the above thoughts according to the researcher hypothesis which states that Leadership Style and Work Culture have a strong influence on Employee Performance di PT Nijes Bayu Lestari. The magnitude of the influence of both independent variables with dependent variables also shows the reality of how to implement and improve optimal Employee Performance, this fact has been answered with Leadership Style and Good Work Culture. Practically, the two variables run together, meaning that in the process of Leadership Style and Work Culture can be variables or factors that determine whether employee performance is good or bad. If the Leadership Style is good / and Buya Work is good, then by itself Employee Performance will increase.]]>

<![CDATA[People in most cultures would probably agree that politeness is needed during their interaction. However there may be differing opinions as to when they should be polite. In tourism industry, tourism service providers’ act as hosts and tourists act as guests. Typically hosts will try to act politely and use appropriate politeness norms when serving guests to ensure their satisfaction. The research findings show that the tourism service providers in Central Java use various unggah-ungguh ‘politeness norms’ when serving English speaking tourists and Indonesian speaking tourists. Besides that, there are some violations made by the tourism service providers in using unggah-ungguh ‘politeness norms’. The research findings also show that there are similar and different perspectives on unggah-ungguh ‘politeness norms’ between English speaking tourists with Western culture backgrounds and Indonesian speaking tourists with Indonesian culture backgrounds towards the politeness norms used by the tourism service providers in Central Java. The findings imply the needs of energizing unggah-ungguh ‘politeness norms’ which is discovered from well known noble Javanese values used by the tourism service providers for tourism service improvement.Keywords: Local Values ; Politeness Norms; Tourism Service Improvement ]]>

<![CDATA[Nowdays students barely understand the content presented by the teacher due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, so learning was carried out online. Several applications are used for online based-learning. Therefore to solve that problem this research aims to develop e-modules based on exe learning with the WhatsApp application for online history learning worthy of research. This research decide the feasibillity of the product being developed and the student's response to the product. The research method for developing products uses the ADDIE model. The e-module developed was assessed and based on expert assessments. E-module trials met the eligibility criteria with a percentage of 98% from material experts with a score of 49 and a score of 53 with a percentage of 88.3% from media experts, and a score of 674 (89, 86%) and 1375 (91.53%), from small and large group trials, then the media is declared suitable for use in learning history at the senior high school level. This shows that the Whatsapp application-based exe-learning media can improve learning results. The effectiveness test also shows an increase with a comparison of the control class getting 67% completeness, compared to the experimental class with a 90% completeness level. This showed that the Whatsapp application-based exe-learning media can improve learning results.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of traditional medicine service providers has experienced rapid growth over time. Increasing public demand has caused the traditional medicine industry to increase in 2020. To accommodate consumer protection and the provision of traditional medicine, the government has issued legislation regarding traditional health providers, especially Law no. 17 of 2023 (previous law Law No. 39 of 2009 concerning health) and other government regulations that support the health law. The existence of cases of traditional medical service providers endangering the lives of their patients means this research will examine the responsibilities of traditional health service providers in accordance with the Health Law. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a normative legal research model. This method was chosen because it can thoroughly describe the research topic. Data was obtained from statutory regulations, government regulations, ministerial regulations, and other documents related to the research topic. The research results show that the Health Law (new or old) has regulated criminal liability for providers of traditional healing services. However, the explanation portion is different because some regulations have been discussed in Government Regulations. <![CDATA[Penerapan restorative justice sebagai pendekatan alternatif dalam sistem peradilan pidana terus berkembang, termasuk dalam konteks peradilan militer yang selama ini identik dengan pendekatan retributif dan struktur hierarkis yang ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemungkinan penerapan restorative justice dalam sistem peradilan militer Indonesia, dengan meninjau dari perspektif kepentingan militer, serta regulasi hukum yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif, dengan mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan dan literatur hukum yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua model utama yang dapat diadopsi, yakni victim-offender mediation seperti di Amerika Serikat dan dual track restorative justice sebagaimana diterapkan di Belgia. Di lingkungan militer, penerapan konsep ini dapat dilakukan melalui penguatan hukum disiplin oleh Ankum, penghentian perkara oleh Papera, serta melalui asas pemaafan hakim (rechterlijk pardon) dalam perkara ringan. <![CDATA[Taylor Swift is a famous singer-songwriter, and her songs are enjoyed by people worldwide. One of her well-known works is a studio album called Reputation. This album is composed of many metaphors as figurative language, which is sometimes hard to understand. However, to run the communication well, listeners have to understand the message the songwriter wants through this album. Due to this importance, the researchers studied the Metaphorical Meaning of Taylor Swift’s Reputation Album study. This study aims to examine the meaning of the metaphorical phrases in the album based on Leech’s metaphoric rule and Yule’s meaning theory. The data were analyzed by the qualitative method along with a questionnaire, as a part of the quantitative approach to support data validation, mainly filled by Taylor Swift fans and people who often listened to her songs. The research findings show that all denotative meanings are like the connotative ones in the sense of semantic properties, which are abstract and build patterns. <![CDATA[Penyebaran berita hoaks di media sosial semakin menjadi tantangan serius di era digital, terutama ketika melibatkan prajurit TNI yang memiliki peran strategis dalam menjaga stabilitas nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebaran berita hoaks di media sosial serta meninjau pertanggungjawaban hukum prajurit TNI berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2014 tentang Hukum Disiplin Militer. Dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif melalui kajian kepustakaan yang mencakup bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier, penelitian ini menyajikan analisis deduktif untuk memahami norma hukum yang berlaku dan penerapannya terhadap kasus penyebaran hoaks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prajurit TNI yang menyebarkan hoaks dapat dikenakan sanksi disiplin maupun pidana, sebagaimana ditunjukkan dalam Putusan Disiplin Militer Nomor Kepkumplin/25/X/2019. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya literasi digital, penguatan regulasi, pengawasan media sosial, serta sinergi antara militer, pemerintah, dan masyarakat dalam mencegah penyebaran hoaks demi menjaga kedisiplinan dan profesionalisme prajurit di era digital.]]>

Human resource management must be distinct from employees expected to perform as well as possible to achieve organizational goals. This research was conducted at Akpelni Vocational School, Semarang, to determine the influence of work discipline, and workability on ISO 9001. The sample used in the research was 70 respondents. The data obtained was processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. <![CDATA[The implementation of regional autonomy as an embodiment of the concept of decentralization is intended so that regional governments can further increase their efficiency and effectiveness in administering government, carrying out development, and providing services to the community more optimally by the characteristics of their region. A communication gap between superiors and subordinates occurs, triggering the emergence of negative Human Resource (HR) perceptions regarding the communication mechanisms between superiors and subordinates in the organization. This research used an explanatory research method, namely explaining the relationship between performance quality variables and communication quality. The sample selection used was stratified random sampling. The sample used was 100 Regional Financial and Asset Management Service (RFAMS) officers. The data analysis method in this research used SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The research results show that performance and communication quality greatly influence commitment. Therefore, management should be able to design a sophisticated information system so that the performance and the communication of existing HR can be appropriately monitored.]]>

<![CDATA[Industri perhotelan mengalami transformasi yang signifikan dengan munculnya era digital. Sebelum memulai perjalanan calon pelanggan biasanya meneliti terlebih dahulu hotel yang ingin mereka tinggali melalui media digital, salah satunya adalah Instagram sebagai media sosial terpopuler yang berkembang saat ini. Ketertarikan calon konsumen dipercaya meningkat jika hotel mampu menyuguhkan kelebihan produk dan jasanya dengan bagus dan menarik melalui media audio visual seperti Instagram reels. Pergeseran perilaku calon pelanggan yang biasanya meneliti produk dan jasa hotel melalui e-flyer beralih ke Istagram menimbulkan masalah baru, yaitu belum dimilikinya pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat konten Instagram reels oleh tim promosi dan pemasaran hotel anggota Perhimpunan Hotel dan Restoran Indonesia (PHRI) Kota Surakarta. Tim promosi dan pemasaran masih berpola pikir bahwa membuat konten Instagram reels tidak bisa dilakukan dengan smartphone yang mereka miliki, padahal faktanya dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memadai kita mampu membuat konten Instagram reels yang bagus dan menarik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan konten Instagram reels untuk promosi hotel bagi tim promosi dan pemasaran hotel anggota PHRI Kota Surakarta. Dengan metode pelatihan berbasis kompetensi, hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta pelatihan mampu membuat konten Instagram Reels untuk promosi hotel yang bagus dan menarik dengan smartphone yang mereka miliki. Kata kunci: konten Instagram Reels, tim promosi dan pemasaran hotel, PHRI Kota Surakarta Abstract The hotel industry is experiencing a significant transformation with the emergence of the digital era. Before starting their journey, potential customers usually first research the hotel they want to stay in through digital media, one of which is Instagram as the most popular social media currently developing. It is believed that the interest of potential consumers will increase if the hotel is able to present the advantages of its products and services well and attractively through audio-visual media such as Instagram reels. The shift in the behavior of potential customers who usually research hotel products and services via e-flyers by switching to Instagram has created a new problem, namely the lack of knowledge and skills in creating Instagram reels content by the hotel promotion and marketing team of the Indonesian Hotels and Restaurants Association (IHRA) members of Surakarta City. The promotion and marketing team still has the mindset that creating Instagram reels content cannot be made by the smartphone they have, even though in fact with sufficient knowledge and skills we are able to create good and attractive Instagram reels content. This service activity was carried out to provide training in creating Instagram reels content for hotel promotions for the hotel promotion and marketing team of IHRA members of Surakarta City. With a competency-based training method, the results of the service show that the majority of training participants are able to create good and attractive Instagram Reels content for hotel promotions with the smartphones they own.
