Abstract

Bank Syari’ ah merupakan bank yang mendasarkan pada prinsip- prinsip Syariah. Prinsip- prinsip Syariah tersebut wajib senantiasa dipatuhi oleh Bank Syariah mulai dari pendirian hingga dengan operasionalnnya, tercantum pula dalam perihal ini permodalan Bank Syariah. Berkaitan dengan permodalan, modal Bank Syariah tidak boleh berasal dari sumber yang diharamkan secara Syariah, sebab perihal itu nanti hendak menimbulkan bercampurnya suatu yang haram dengan yang halal. Suatu yang halal wajib secara tegas dipisahkan dengan yang haram, demikian pula kebalikannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder sebagaisumbernya. Data sekunder adalah   data   yang   diperoleh   dari   sumber yang  sudah  ada.  Dalam  pengumpulan  data peneliti menggunakan teknik library research   (studi   kepustakaan).

Abstract

Basically society has experienced significant technological developments. One of them is the existence of online transactions in the form of e-money. According to the Indonesian Banking Regulation Number: 12 November 2009 PBI Regarding Electronic Money Electronic Money. Electronic money is issued based on the value of money previously deposited by the holder to the issuer that is stored electronically in media such as servers or chips, with the money not as deposits, and used as payments. The promotional technique carried out by BI is by holding a begawi festival which is complemented by the presence of MSMEs who participate to provide socialization of payments via e-money in the community. The research method used is qualitative method. The purpose of this study is to find out how the promotion strategy is carried out by Bank Indonesia Kpw Lampung regarding e-money transactions. In addition, the purpose of this study is to find out payment applications such as OVO, GO-PAY, and Dana used in e-money transactions.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) have a contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This continues to increase from year to year, but has decreased during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the Covid-19 pandemic, namely in 2020-2021, all sectors experienced an economic crisis, including UMKM. The existence of the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) resulted in UMKM experiencing a decrease in turnover of up to 80-90% during the co-19 pandemic. Business actors are still faced with a common problem, namely that business is hampered due to slow capital turnover, especially during the co-pandemic. Therefore, to develop UMKM Coffee Shops in Bandar Lampung, it is necessary to have additional Business Capital and Product Innovation to develop their business, accompanied by Digital Marketing as a moderation medium for the development of UMKM Coffee Shops in Bandar Lampung. Based on this, the formulation in this study is Does Business Capital have an influence on the development of UMKM in Bandar Lampung City with Digital Marketing as a Moderating Variable in the Perspective of Islamic Economics? And does Product Innovation have an influence on the development of UMKM in Bandar Lampung City with Digital Marketing as a Moderating Variable in the Perspective of Islamic Economics? The purpose of this study, to examine and analyze the effect of Business Capital on the development of UMKM in Bandar Lampung City with Digital Marketing as a Moderating Variable in an Islamic Economic Perspective and to test and analyze the effect of Product Innovation on the development of UMKM in Bandar Lampung City with Digital Marketing as a Moderating Variable in Islamic Economic Perspective. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The data used in this study is primary data derived from the results of the questionnaire answers that the researchers distributed to UMKM actors in the city of Bandar Lampung. The sample used uses the slovin formula with the results of the sample used by 100 UMKM actors in the city of Bandar Lampung. This study determines how much influence Business Capital has on the Development of UMKM in the City of Bandar Lampung with Digital Marketing as a moderating variable in the Islamic Economic Perspective, which is equal to 62.5%, the rest is influenced by other variables. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the influence of Product Innovation on UMKM development with digital marketing as a moderating variable is 62.4%, the rest is influenced by other variables. Most Coffee ShopUMKM have understood that product innovation is something that is needed so that a business can continue and survive.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of green banking practices in Bank Syariah Indonesia(BSI) through the lens of Islamic economic ethics and sustainable finance principles. Theresearch seeks to understand how Islamic banking institutions integrate environmentalresponsibility within their financial operations, investment decisions, and corporate governancestructures. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected throughdocumentation, literature review, and secondary reports from regulatory authorities and BSI’ssustainability publications. The findings indicate that BSI has adopted various environmentallyconscious initiatives such as green financing, paperless transactions, and eco-efficientinfrastructure. However, the implementation remains partially instrumental, focusing more onregulatory compliance than on transformative commitment to sustainability. From an Islamicperspective, these efforts resonate with the principles of Maqashid al-Syari’ah—particularly thepreservation of life (hifz al-nafs) and wealth (hifz al-mal)—but require deeperinstitutionalization through strategic alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)and Islamic Environmental Governance. The study contributes to the growing discourse onIslamic sustainable finance by emphasizing that true green banking must embody not onlyenvironmental prudence but also spiritual accountability and social justice.
