Abstract

Maqâshid al-Syarî'ah are the ultimate goals that must be realized with the application of syar'at or Islamic law. The application of syar'at in real life (world), is to create the benefit or goodness of creatures on earth, which then has an impact on benefit or goodness in the hereafter. Excavation of benefits by the mujtahids, can be done through various methods of ijtihad. Basically, these methods lead to an effort to find "benefits", and make it a tool for establishing laws whose cases are not explicitly mentioned in the Qur'an or Sunnah. There are two methods of ijtihad developed by mujtahids in an effort to explore and determine benefits. The two methods are: First, the Ta'lîlî method (substantive analysis method) which includes Qiyâs and Istihsân. The two methods of Istishlâhî (Method of Benefit Analysis) which include Al-mashlahah al-Mursalah and al-dzarî'ah both sadd al-dzarî'ah and fath al-dzarî'ah categories.

Abstract

To generate college graduates who are competitive, independent, ready to work and have entrepreneurial competencies will require hard work, both the learning process, learning strategies, regulations, curriculum, supporting infrastructure, methods and appropriate regulations to make it occur. This research aims to enhance entrepreneurial mental competence for students. The benefits of the research are that a goodness of fit entrepreneurship learning model is generated for enhancing entrepreneurial competence and a role model for increasing student entrepreneurial competence. The object of the research is students who take entrepreneurship lectures in the Industrial Engineering study program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Data collection methods are conducted with questionnaires, observation, documentation and direct action of students doing entrepreneurial learning activities. Stages of implementation through workshops, business internships, product manufacturing and design, and product marketing. Data analysis with structural equational modeling (SEM) concept approach build variable linkages and model formulation. Based on the results of the analysis, the model developed is declared goodness and fit so that it is feasible to use to develop an entrepreneurial learning model in order to enhance student entrepreneurial competence.

Abstract

Product development research, aims to identify and analyze the attributes of batik fabric products developed and expected consumer desires based on marketingmix. The results of the research as input for product development for batik MSMEs, development of the attributes of batik fabric products of interest to consumers. The research used an exploratory method through a sample of 100 consumers who had purchased batik fabric products at the Masaran Sragen batik MSMEs. Data collection methods are through questionnaires, interviews to respondents and surveys, interviews, direct observation with MSMEs. Data analysis uses conjoint and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Based on the analysis that batik fabric products are in demand by consumers characterized by: (1) product variables: (a) fabric material made of cotton fabric; (b) features modern-traditional combination motifs; (c) fabric size 110 cm x 240 cm; (d) combination batik, written and stamped; (2) price variables: (a) selling price between Rp. 150,000, - to Rp. 200. 000 per piece; (b) cash payment system; (c) giving discounts when purchasing; (3) promotion variables: (a) advertisements on social media/internet, marketing personnel and signboards; (b) sold in stores/boutiques and online shops; (c) actively participating in events; (4) distribution variables; (a) sold in stores in all districts/cities in Indonesia; (b) timely delivery; (c) sales through stores and online. Abstract

Satisfaction towards customers or consumers is one of the success factors in running a business, therefore customers or consumers must get excellent service. This study aims to evaluate and identify the sevice quality so as to increase customer satisfaction. The benefits of research are feedback, recommendations and implementation of improving service quality in the service sector, Yoi restaurant. Data collection methods are through questionnaires, observation, documentation and literature study. Analysis method is through service quality to analyze consumer perceptions and expectations. Based on the analysis, the level of service quality at the restaurant is unsatisfactory.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to formulate the development of an entrepreneurial model to improve students business independence through workshop to equip entrepreneurial knowledge and internships to hone entrepreneurial skills. There were 40 students involved in this research as an experimental test, through workshop activities: business planning and analysis, business model canvas and MSME internship activities to hone skills through making business prototypes and marketing products for the students. Testing through a pretest and post-test is carried out through control group design field experiment approach. Abstract

This study aims to: (a) formulate a sales media-based marketing strategy to increase sales of Goyor fabric at Sragen Goyor Industry Center, (b) analyze the increase in the sales volume of Goyor fabric based on sales media at Sragen Goyor Industry Center. The advantages of this research are: (a) the formulation of a marketing strategy model based on sales media with goodness of fit model is produced, (b) the trend of Goyor sales during model development is known. This research method uses a mix method, namely qualitative to collect a number of information in solving the problems encountered by Goyor entrepreneurs in Sragen and a quantitative approach to analyze the sales media-based marketing model. The media-based marketing model includes: (1) web creation, (b) tik tok, (3) instagram, (4) financial system, (5) billboard, (6) facebook, (7) prduct catalog, (8) marketing digitization. Sales media is uded to determine the importance of marketing indicators and marketing volume including indicators . The results of the marketing strategy model assistance through the media, produced: (1) the formulation of a sales media-based marketing strategy model that is goodness of fit model, and deserves to be a good marketing model, (2) the sales trend through the developed media has increased. The marketing strategy formulation model developed can be implemented in Sragen goyor fabric. industry center.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan: (a) mempetakan potensi dan menggali potensi peserta inkubasi (mahasiswa) wirausaha, (b) memberdayakan dan menguatkan mental wirausaha peserta inkubasi, (c) fasilitasi dan pendampingan omset kegiatan wirausaha peserta (mahasiswa). Manfaat kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: (a) dihasilkan informasi tentang potensi peserta inkubasi wirausaha, (b) hasil kegiatan pemberdayaan dan pendampingan wirausaha berbasis iptek (ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi), (c) dihasilkan lulusan peserta inkubasi (pendampingan) wirausaha yang memiliki omset bulanan lebih 5 juta. Metode kegiatan pengabdian melalui pendampingan wirausaha melalui metode partisipatif interaktif di dalam kegiatan, dengan Model Community Development. Konsep kegiatan pendampingan wirausaha menggunakan DEFE (Doing, Empowering, Facilitating dan Evaluating). Doing, diartikan peserta langsung melaksanakan kegiatan wirausaha, Empowering adalah melakukan pemberdayaan potensi peserta, Facilitating dilakukan dengan cara pemberian fasilitas dan pendampingan berupa modal usaha pada mahasiswa, Evaluating adalah evaluasi kegiatan program pendampingan wirausaha berbasis iptek (ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi). Jumlah sampel dalam pengabdian 20 mahasiswa UMS, yang terbagi dari Progdi Psikologi (4 peserta), Progdi Teknik Informatika (2 peserta), Teknik Industri (6 peserta), Progdi Tarbiyah (2 peserta), Ekonomi Manajemen (4 peserta), Pendidikan Akuntansi (1 peserta), Pendidikan Geografi (1 peserta). Kegiatan pengbdian dilaksanakan dalam waktu 10 bulan, langkah pengabdian meliputi: (a) sosialisasi program kegiatan di universitas, (b) rekruitmen calon tenant (peserta) inkubasi, (c) pemilihan peserta berdasar analisis business plan dan potensi usaha, (d) kegiatan pemberdayaan: meliputi pendampingan, fasilitasi dan pelatihan; (e) praktek usaha (start up business); (f) kunjungan usaha, (g) penambahan modal, (h) evaluasi hasil. Berdasar pendampingan terhadap 20 peserta, dihasilkan: (1) semua peserta memiliki mental wirausaha yang meningkat, (2) mental wirausaha yang dimiliki peserta meliputi: (a) memiliki potensi konsisten usaha, (b) mental akumulator, (c) berfikir logis, (d) memiliki karya, (e) kinestetis sentuh/gerak, (f) karya visual, (g) mental tantangan/pantang menyerah, (h) interpersonal, (i) imanjinasi intuisi, (k) ulet dan tekun, (l) semangat, (m) menguasai teknologi, (n) mandiri, (n) kreatif, (o) cakap, (p) mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan diri, (q) komunikasi dan (r) manajerial; (3) fasilitasi yang dilaksanakan pada 20 peserta telah menghasilkan 7 peserta memiliki omset pendapatan lebih 5 juta/bulan. Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan sosialisasi penyembelihan dan pembagian hewan qurban sesuai syariat Islam. Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan tindak lanjut kerjasama antara Institut Teknologi Bisnis AAS Indonesia ke beberapa mitra pengabdian. Kebetulan dalam pengabdian ini Institut Teknologi Bisnis AAS Indonesia bekerjasama dengan Bani Sutardi di Pulutan, Desa Kebonan, Kecamatan Karanggede, Kabupaten Boyolali yang kebetulan rutin melaksanakan kegiatan qurban saat Idul Adha. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tutorial penyampaian materi terkait penyembelihan hewan qurban yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penyembelihan dan pembagian daging qurban kepada masyarakat disekitarnya. Waktu pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertepatan langsung dengan Idul Adha Tahun 2022 yaitu pada tanggal 10 Juli 2022 dimana dalam kalender akademik terhitung masuk Semester Genap 2021/2022. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa: a). proses sosialisasi penyembelihan hewan qurban sesuai syariat Islam dan dilanjutkan dengan pembagian daging qurban yang dilaksanakan mendapatkan dukungan dari banyak pihak, mulai dari institusi khususnya LPPM Institut Teknologi Bisnis AAS Indonesia, keluarga besar Bani Sutardi, panitia pelaksana qurban dan masyarakat sekitar; b). Pelaksanaan penyembelihan yang dilakukan sudah sesuai ketentuan syariat Islam; c). Pembagian hewan qurban dapat berjalan lancar dan mencukupi. Implikasi dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu masyakarat semakin memahami tata cara penyembelihan yang benar sesuai syariat Islam serta mereka memahami kewajiban melaksanakan qurban bagi yang mampu sebagai wujud ketaatan kepada Allah SWT dan Rasulnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendapatan, pendidikan, serta religiusitas terhadap minat muzakki untuk membayar zakat pada Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq, dan Shadaqah (Lazis) Jateng Cabang Solo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana metode tersebut disertai pula dengan pengujian hipotesis. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh muzakki pada Lazis Jawa Tengah Cabang Solo, sedangkan sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden dengan random sampling Technique. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang diberikan kepada responden. Pengujian terhadap hasil kuesioner atau angket dengan menggunakan analisis validitas serta analisis reliabilitas. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji F, uji R2, dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendapatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat muzakki membayar zakat, pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat muzakki membayar zakat, religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap minat muzakki membayar zakat, dan secara bersama-sama atau simultan tingkat pendapatan, pendidikan, dan religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat muzakki untuk membayar zakat pada Lazis Jateng Cabang Solo.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of firm size (SIZE), rate of return on investment (ROI), financial leverage (FL), earnings per share (EPS), offering size (K), current ratio (CR), Composite stock price index (IHSG), company age (AGE), auditor reputation (AUD), underwriter reputation (IBNK), type of industry (IE), interest rate (SBI) on underpricing in the initial public offering on the IDX. Methods of data analysis using logistic regression, with the results of research on several financial and non-financial variables (company size, rate of return on investment, financial leverage, earnings per share, offering size, current ratio, composite stock price index, company age, auditor reputation, reputation of the underwriter, type of industry, interest rate) variable rate of return on investment that has the most dominant influence on underpricing.
