Abstract

This research aims to discuss the idea of establishing the Roemah Collaboration. This research is qualitative in nature by applying the Asset Based Community Development method. The results and discussions directed Roemah Collaboration to immediately prepare program offer proposals and recruit marketing resources whose role was to promote various activity programs to a wide audience. This research concludes that the idea of establishing Roemah Collaboration is considered appropriate in an effort to collect and combine various expertise competencies that work collaboratively to realize common goals.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the management of scientific journals. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive-analytical methods. The results and discussion show that journal managers deserve appreciation for their dedication to improving the performance of scientific publications in the world of higher education. This research concludes that higher education alumni who continue to dedicate themselves to managing scientific journals are certain to have sufficient capacity to accelerate scientific publications if they have the opportunity to be appointed as lecturers. Because future lecturers need adequate mastery in the field of scientific publications.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss optimizing the creation of skilled lecturer resources. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying the case study method. The results and discussion show that preparing skilled lecturer resources can be done through the agenda of accelerating the waiting period for work as a form of optimizing higher education management in ensuring graduate employment levels. This research concludes that optimizing higher education management in preparing lecturer resources has guaranteed the employment rate of graduates with a relatively fast waiting period for work of less than three years, this includes the suitability of graduates' fields of work as skilled lecturer resources.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the student scientific article publication continuum project experiment. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive methods. The results and discussion of the research show that the continuum trial project requires the availability of manuals, procedures and work instructions, the need for outreach to various parties ranging from stakeholders to the academic public at large, starting the implementation of the continuum project trial adequately, and not skipping the implementation of the evaluation. This research concludes that the student scientific article publication continuum project can be started immediately with experimental steps.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the design of manuals, procedures and work instructions for continuum projects. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying the Focus Group Discussion method. The results and discussion of the research show that input documents in the form of manual designs, procedures and work instructions for continuum projects are needed to ensure the process, output, outcomes, benefits and impact of continuum project implementation. This research concludes that manuals, procedures and work instructions are input documents in the continuum project framework.

Abstract

This article aims to present a continuum project offering for student scientific article writing. This article uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive methods. The results of the discussion of this article show that the implementation of a continuum project can involve a number of agreements between users and organizers in ensuring the successful publication of student scientific articles in standard journals. This article concludes that continuum project bidding can be continued at the contract stage with academic institutions, especially higher education institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potret sejarah pendidikan perempuan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi pustaka dengan metode sejarah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan di Indonesia perspektif para tokoh pejuang pendidikan perempuan di Indonesia memandang bahwa pendidikan adalah suatu hal yang sangat penting, menjadi salah satu jalan yang tepat untuk mengangkat derajat kaum perempuan, serta menjadi suatu alat yang digunakan untuk membuka pikiran masyarakat ke arah modernitas dan suatu langkah menuju peradaban yang maju. Bahkan perlahan mengubah pandangan bahwa kaum perempuan juga manusia yang memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang setara dengan laki-laki, bahkan menjadi seseorang yang terhormat dan mulia.

Abstract

The research aims to discuss student success in writing scientific articles. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive-analytical methods. The results and discussion show that students achieved success seen from motivation, efforts made, and achievements in scientific article writing practice. This research concluded that the participants had demonstrated success in writing scientific articles even though the training was still ongoing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas zakat dan infaq sebagai upaya dalam menurunkan angka kemiskinan perspektif al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menerapkan metode deskriptif-analitis. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesinambungan antara zakat dan infaq sebagai media untuk menurunkan angka kemiskinan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa surat al-An’am ayat 141 sangat relevan untuk dijadikan motivasi dalam menjalankan ibadah zakat dan infaq, serta dalam membangun nilai-nilai sosial dalam kehidupan.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the need for achievement in the student environment in the publication of scientific articles through the formation of the "Kelas Menulis " of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Religious Studies, State Islamic University of Mataram. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive-analytical methods. The formal object of this study is the theory of the need for achievement in the phase of writing scientific articles within the framework of the scientific publication continuum project. While the material object of this study is the practice of writing scientific articles in the environment of academic writing ambassador students. The results of the discussion show that academic writing ambassadors have fulfilled the aspects of the theory of the need for achievement in the phase of practicing writing scientific articles, namely first, the desire to exceed, second, achieving standards, and third, hard work to achieve achievements. This study concludes that academic writing ambassadors in the "Kelas Menulis" of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Religious Studies, State Islamic University of Mataram are considered to have fulfilled the theory of the need for achievement in the phase of practicing writing scientific articles.
