Abstract

The problem of public transportation service in Tegal City is not yet optimal performance of urban transport service and border transportation caused by route of circular route so that public transportation service user will going in the opposite direction of difficulty obtaining public transportation. And not optimal network route performance caused by several route routes that overlap with other routes so that minimize Load Factor The proposed structuring of urban transport network and border in Tegal City 8 routes (2 urban transport routes and 6 border transport routes) to 14 routes consisting of 9 urban transport routes, namely A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9 and 5 border routes, Tegal - Slawi, Tegal - Banjaran, Tegal - Pasar Bawang, Tegal - Kemantran and Tegal - Jatibarang . Abstract

The full height rectangular opening of castellated steel beam is failed in Vierendeel mechanism. The Vierendeel failure mechanism made the load capacity of castellated steel beam is lower than its original section. In this research, the 16 mm diameter of steel bar as the diagonal stiffener is used as a reinforcement on the full height rectangular opening of castellated steel beam has a purposes to prevent Vierendeel failure mechanism so the load capacity of castellated steel beam can reach its maximum capacity. This research used a specimen of 3059 mm long span of castellated steel beam to study the flexural behavior. The specimen will be given the static load until it reached its maximum capacity. The test result show that the load capacity of the castellated steel beam is increase 157% compare to its original section. From the theoretical calculation it has 6.15% difference from the laboratory test result. Keywords: castellated, Vierendeel, flexural behavior

Abstract

              Road as a transportation system has an important role in Indonesia compared to other modes of transportation such as air and sea transportation. As road is found to be important, this condition must be maintained to keep it in a good condition. In fact, road damage still occurs that it can bother the road users and disrupt the pace of the economic activities of the community. Therefore, a research is needed to get to know factors that cause damages to the road segments of Pemalang - Tegal. This research belongs to descriptive research conducted by previously testing the validity and reliability of the research approach. It is done by looking for factors that cause damages to rigid pavement roads in terms of implementation, and factors causing the type of dominant damage and how to handle it.This resarch was conducted to 70 respondents using a questionnaires previously tested for validity and reliability. Data were obtained from the questionnaires filled by the respondents and then statistically processed through SPSS and AHP method. The results show that one of the causes of rigid pavement road damage viewed from implementation was the poor material processing system. Abstract

One of the most frequent tasks of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) of Grobogan Regency is the handling of road damage with routine road maintenance. Implementation of material procurement is done contractually with provider of goods / services while for the implementation of activities in the field implemented by UPTD area according to location of activity. So in the implementation of road maintenance activities PUPR Service Grobogan District requires a method of engineering value or commonly called Value Engineering in order to be implemented efficiently and optimally. The purpose of this study is to determine the cost efficiency in the implementation of road maintenance; know the cost components that have the potential to be saved / streamlined in the implementation of road maintenance and also to know the extent to which this value engineering can be applied to the implementation of road maintenance on a self-managed basis. The method used is descriptive qualitative with analytical technique using value engineering to answer the background of problem and purpose. The results of this study indicate that contractual road maintenance is cheaper because it does not rent equipment but has a short plan life of maximum 3 years. While road maintenance is done by self-managed has a plan life of up to 5 years. The cost of renting equipment is a very possible component to save. Value engineering also yields a final conclusion that road maintenance work carried out with self-managed systems has a short and efficient procedure; better road quality and faster processing times compared to conventional systems. Keywords: Grobogan District; Road Maintenance; Value Engineering.

Abstract

SD IT Al-Mawaddah saat ini menjadi alternatif pendidikan favorit yang memiliki aspek ilmu pengetahuan umum dan juga mengedepankan ilmu agama Islam di Tlogosari Semarang. Hal ini menjadikan SD IT Al-Mawaddah perlu melakukan perluasan pembangunan untuk memfasilitasi dan meningkatkan daya tampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisa pengaruh keluar dan masuknya kendaraan proyek pembangunan gedung SD IT Al-Mawaddah, serta melakukan analisa sirkulasi penataan kendaraan yang terjadi di kawasan studi, dan memprediksi peningkatan jumlah siswa dalam 10 Tahun mendatang. Metode yang digunakan adalah MKJI 1997 untuk menganalisis kondisi ruas jalan dan beban lalu lintas yang akan terjadi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sesuai dengan jam sibuk pagi pada dan jam sibuk sore bahwa volume per kapasitas (VC rasio) di kawasan studi memiliki tingkat pelayanan A. Pada kondisi saat ini tahun 2020, lokasi parkir kendaraan tidak mencukupi untuk kebutuhan karyawan dan tamu. Maka dari itu perlu adanya penambahan lahan parkir baru.

Abstract

Pada saat ini angka pengguna kendaraan di Indonesia semakin mengalami kenaikan yang drastis. Dengan jumlah kendaraan yang sangat banyak maka dibutuhkan prasarana yang memadai agar pengemudi bisa berkendara dengan aman dan nyaman. Salah satu fasilitas yaitu bahu jalan, bahu jalan adalah jalur yang terletak berdampingan dengan jalur lalu lintas yang biasanya berada di pinggir sebelah kiri yang berfungsi sebagai tempat berhenti sementara untuk kendaraan yang mengalami keadaan darurat. Banyaknya kebutuhkan Bahu Jalan tersebut maka dalam penelitian ini kami membuat Bahu Jalan yang terbuat dari Paving Block yang akan ditinjau dari aspek tebal, bentuk dan pola pemasangannya. Adapun Paving Block yang kami gunakan adalah paving block berbentuk holland/ bata dengan tebal 6 dan 8 cm. Serta kami akan menghitung Momen, Deformasi dan Penurunan Tanah pada desain Bahu Jalan bermaterial Paving Block dengan software Plaxis dan SAP2000. Desain Bahu Jalan bermaterial Paving Block ini dimaksudkan agar dapat menghasilkan desain Bahu Jalan yang optimal serta Paving Block sendiri bisa untuk mengurangi kecepatan kendaraan sehingga kendaraan yang mengalami keadaan darurat bisa aman.

Abstract

At this time the manufacture of products using waste has been developed. One of them is a cone block. In this study, the addition of green glass powder material will be carried out in order to determine the effect on the quality of the cone block. The addition of green glass powder aims to determine the difference in compressive strength against the conventional model cone block. The silica content contained in green glass powder is in the form of pozzolanic substances, a substance in the form of a cement-like content and can replace cement. This study modified the cone block with a mixture of green glass powder from a percentage of 8%, 10% and 15%.Penbased on previous research which states that the addition of more than 10% silica will affect the cone block structure. Tests carried out on cone blocks, namely the compressive strength test. The results of the cone block research on the compressive strength test, in general, the mixed cone block of 8%, 10% and 15% compressive strength decreased due to the slowing of the binding process due to the reduction of the cement element except for the cone block aged 14 days with a mixture percentage of 8% which had an increase.

Abstract

Jalan sebagai sistem transportasi mempunyai peranan penting dalam mendukung bidang ekonomi, sosial dan budaya. Pada ruas jalan weleri-patean beberapa sudah mengalami kerusakan yang signifikan, sebagian ruas jalan belum mencapai masa umur rencana tetapi sudah mengalami kerusakan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi apa saja jenis kerusakan jalan, kriteria dalam penanganan kerusakan jalan, dan alternatif untuk penanganan kerusakan jalan di ruas jalan Weleri-Patean. Metode Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara dan pengisian kuisioner langsung responden. Penelitian ini mempunyai variabel yaitu kriteria (Jenis Kerusakan Jalan, Biaya Pelaksanaan, Waktu Pelaksanaan, Umur Rencana, Lalu Lintas Harian) dan alternatif (Perkerasan beton / kaku (rigid pavement), Metode Perkerasan Aspal / lentur (flexibel pavement), dan Metode Daur Ulang (Recycling). Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan bantuan software Expert Choice 11. Hasil pada penelitian ini untuk prioritas kriteria didapat jenis kerusakan jalan dengan bobot (0,268), biaya pelaksanaan dengan bobot (0,097), waktu pelaksanaan dengan bobot (0,051), umur rencana dengan bobot (0,420), dan lalu lintas harian dengan bobot (0,163). Kemudian untuk prioritas alternatif didapat pada peringkat pertama adalah perkerasan kaku (0,562), kedua yaitu perkerasan lentur (0,329), dan ketiga yaitu metode daur ulang (0,109).

Abstract

Laju pembangunan infrastruktur jalan raya salah satunya sangat dipengaruhi oleh sektor transportasi terutama di negara yang sedang berkembang layaknya Indonesia. Lokasi yang sering timbul kepadatan arus lalu lintas bahkan hingga menimbulkan kemacetan adalah persimpangan. Pada penelitian ini, studi analisa kinerja simpang dilakukan pada simpang empat Jati Raya, Banyumanik, Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh karakteristik lalu lintas dan hasil analisa kinerja persimpangan bersinyal. Data yang diperlukan untuk penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui survei langsung di lapangan dan observasi kondisi lingkungan di sekitar simpang, sedangkan data sekunder mencakup informasi jumlah penduduk kota tersebut. Analisa data menggunakan metode MKJI 1997. Pengaturan fase sinyal sebagai karakteristik lalu lintas pada persimpangan bersinyal Jati Raya terdiri dari dua fase, yaitu fase 1 untuk arah utara – selatan dan fase 2 untuk arah timur – barat, dengan waktu siklus 68 detik. Hasil analisa kinerja menunjukkan bahwa persimpangan bersinyal tersebut masih layak dalam pengoperasiannya, namun pada hasil analisa perhitungan derajat kejenuhan (DS) dan tundaan simpang rata-rata (D1) diperoleh hasil yang buruk sehingga perlu dilakukan analisa lebih lanjut. Abstract

Pada tahun 2021, Bakauheni Harbour City (BHC) ditetapkan sebagai Proyek Strategis Nasional, kondisi kawasan berupa pemukiman jarang, ruang hijau, area wisata Siger, dan terjadi kemacetan pada hari puncak. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh pembangunan BHC terhadap kinerja Jalan Utama Pelabuhan Bakauheni (JUT), Jalan tol trans Sumatera (JTT), Jalan lintas tengah (JLE), Jalan lintas timur (JLT), Jalan lingkungan permukiman (JLP), dan Jalan kawasan pelabuhan (JKP). Metode penelitian dengan pemodelan bangkitan tarikan BHC dan kinerja jalan JUT, JLT, JLE, JTT, JLP, JKP pada kondisi arus normal dan puncak, ditentukan pada sebelum pembangunan BHC (2021), persiapan (2022), semasa (2023), selesai (2043), fungsional (2047), ultimate/puncak (2073). Berdasarkan analisa diperoleh bangkitan tarikan BHC 17.470 smp/hari. Dengan variabel terikat Y (JUT) dan variabel bebas X1(JBHC), X2 (JTT), X3 (JLT), X4 (JLE), X5 (JKP), X6 (JLP), dengan metode analisa regresi, didapatkan korelasi dampak pembangunan BHC terhadap kinerja jalan sangat kuat (nilai pearson correlation = 0,954). Model regresi menghasilkan persamaan Y= 0,007 + 0,172X1 + 0,378X2 + 1,273X3 + 0,378X4 - 2,821X5 + 0,979X6 (kondisi arus normal), dan Y= 4,007+0,377X10,989X2+4,975X3+1,307X4-0,649X5-10,060X6 (kondisi arus puncak). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembangunan BHC berkonstribusi signifikan terhadap kinerja JUT sebesar 0,172 (normal) dan 0,377 (puncak) satuan ratio, sehingga meningkatkan tundaan dan kemacetan.
