Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari – Maret 2021 di The Farmhill store Kota Semarang. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive). Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis bauran pemasaran produk melon hidroponik dan menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran melon hidroponik The Farmhill terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 pelanggan melon hidroponik di The Farmhill di Kota Semarang. Data yang dikumpulkan dari data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis data menggunakan paket program SPSS 21.0. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah nilai dari Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,732 atau 73,2%, yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 0,732 atau 73,2% dan sisanya 26,8 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Aspek marketing mix yang meliputi variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi secara serempak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melon hidroponik The Farmhill di Kota Semarang. Secara parsial aspek marketing mix yang meliputi variabel produk, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melon hidroponik The Farmhill di Kota Semarang, sedangkan variabel harga tidak mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan melon hidroponik The Farmhill di Kota Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the general description of Resto Banaran 9, to analyze general description of coffee consumers in Resto Banaran 9 which includes respondent characteristics, consumption behavior, and respondent’s answer distribution,in additionto analyze the influence of cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, psychological factors, and physical evidence on coffee purchasing decisions at Resto Banaran 9. This research was conducted on 10 September until 11 October 2018 at Resto Banaran 9, Gemawang Village, Jambu Sub-district, Semarang District. The location of the research was determined purposively. This research method was a survey and data collection techniques through interviews using a questionnaire tool distributed to 100 respondents. The sampling method used was the accidental sampling method. Data analysis used was descriptive-quantitative analysis method. The quantitative analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously, cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, psychological factors, and physical evidence had a significant effect on consumers’ coffee purchasing decisions at Resto Banaran 9. Moreover, partially, cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, psychological factors, and physical evidence had a significant effect on consumers’ coffee purchasing decisions at Resto Banaran 9.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the shallot marketing channels, analyze the efficiency of shallot marketing, and the factors affect the efficiency of shallot marketing in Wanasari, Brebes Regency. The study was conducted in December 2018 - January 2019 in Wanasari District, Brebes Regency. The sampling of farmers respondents was carried out by the proportionate stratified random sampling method involved 100 farmers. A snowball sampling technique with 22 traders was done for marketing agency respondents. The data collected, subsequently analyzed descriptively with marketing channel patterns. The marketing efficiency, farmer's share and RPM, and factors affecting marketing efficiency were also examined. This study indicates two marketing pattern channels for shallot seedlings and three patterns for consumption. Efficient marketing channels was only in pattern I. Besides, pattern II, III, and IV were found in less efficient marketing. In contrast, pattern III was an inefficient marketing channel. The multiple linear regression test showed that the coefficient of variable selling price of farmers was negative and had a significant effect on marketing efficiency. Coefficient of the variable consumer purchase price was positive and had a significant effect on marketing efficiency. Also, coefficient of the variable number of institutions involved was negative and had a significant effect on marketing efficiency.

Abstract

The research objective was to analyze the distribution channel model and the factors that influence the marketing efficiency of pineapple in the Village of Wonorejo Trisulo, District Plosoklaten, Kediri Regency. The research was conducted on 10 September - 10 October 2020 located in the Wonorejo Trisulo Village, Plosoklaten District, Kediri Regency. The research method used survey. The number of respondents was 144 people. The samples were determined using the Slovin formula consisting of 86 pineapple farmers. Furthermore, the snowball sampling method was used to determine the marketing agency respondents, namely 4 collectors, 8 wholesalers, and 16 retailers. The primary data obtained from interviews with based on questionnaires that has been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from related institutions and agencies such as the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), monographs of Wonorejo Trisulo Village, literature, and other supporting sources. The data analysis used was the descriptive quantitative method and statistical analysis. The results showed that the pineapple distribution channel in Wonorejo Trisulo Village was divided into 3 channels. The most efficient channel was channel 3 characterized by the lowest created marketing margin (IDR 4,650) and the highest farmer share value (63.59%). Results revelead that the farmer price level, and marketing margin were found significant in affecting the marketing efficiency. T-test results showed that partially the price variables at the farmer level and marketing margins effects on the efficiency of pineapple marketing, while the marketing channel variables had no effect on the marketing efficiency of pineapples in the Wonorejo Trisulo Village, Plosoklaten District, Kediri Regency.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Kopi Kapal Lampung is an MSME in Bandar Lampung City that sells ground coffee with the Kapal Lampung stamp. The demand for Kapal Lampung ground coffee tends to fluctuate, so it is necessary to know the factors that influence the demand for Kapal Lampung ground coffee on household scale consumers. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the demand for Kapal Lampung powdered coffee on household scale consumers at MSME Kopi Kapal Lampung and analyze the elasticity of demand for Kapal Lampung powdered coffee. This research was carried out in October 2021, which was located at the UMKM Kopi Kapal Lampung. Determination of the location is determined intentionally (purposive). The method used in this study is a survey method with the determination of respondents as many as 100 people using non-probability sampling technique by purposive accidental sampling. Methods of data analysis with quantitative descriptive analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the variables of income, number of family members, frequency of consumption, product prices and consumer tastes simultaneously had a very significant effect on coffee demand. The variables of income, consumption frequency and consumer tastes have a partial effect on coffee demand. The number of family members and the price of the product have no partial effect on the demand for coffee. The price elasticity and income elasticity are inelastic to the demand for ground coffee with Kapal Lampung stamp. The Lampung Ship's powdered coffee product is classified as normal goods.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the income of coffee farming and analyze factors impact of land area, production output, labor contribution, fertilizer costs and experience to the income of coffee farming at Karya Manunggal Farmers Group in Bedono Village, Jambu Subdistrict, Semarang Regency. This research used case study method. Determination of the sample used proportional random sampling as many as 46 respondents at Karya Manunggal Farmers Group. The data was analyzed descriptively and quantitatively by income analyze, R/C ratio, and multiple linear regression analyze. The results showed that the income of coffee farmers at Karya Manunggal Farmers Group is Rp 1.877.509,00/year with an average land area of 5.978 m2, R/C ratio is 1,28 and considered profitable. Significant level of 0,05 showed land area, production output, labor contribution, fertilizer costs and experience simultaneously affect the income of coffee farmers, while the partial affect is land area, production output and fertilizer costs.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze factors that influence the production of spring onions in Sidomukti Village, Bandungan District, Semarang Regency. Research was conducted in January 2022 – February 2022 in Sidomukti Village, Bandungan District, Semarang Regency. The research method was a survey method. Sample was determined by simple random sampling method with the number of respondents as many as 52 onion farmers. The method of data collection was carried out by structured interviews using a questionnaire. Data were analysed using descriptive analysis method and then followed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the average yield produced by farmers in Sidomukti Village was 767 kg/planting season with an average land area of ​​3446 m2. Factors of land area, seeds, fertilizers, and labor simultaneously affect production. Variations in the value of the variables of land area, seeds, fertilizer, and labor were able to explain the variation in the production value of 65,3%, the remaining 34,7% was explained by variables outside the model. The production factors of land area and seeds partially have a significant effect on the production of leek farming, while the production factors of fertilizers and labor partially have no significant effect on the production of leeks in the research area

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze robusta coffee production and analyze the factors that influence to robusta coffee production in Keling District. The research locations are Tempur Village and Damarwulan Village, Keling District, Jepara Regency. The research method used is a survey method with purposive random sampling, with 100 respondents of robusta coffee farmers. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis with the production function Cobb-douglas. Research shows that robusta coffee farmers in Keling District have the following characteristics: the majority are male, the average age range is 20-49 years, the majority have primary school education, the majority have been farming for more than 20 years, the number of dependents on the majority of farmer families is 4-6 people, the majority of respondents make farming as their main job. The average production of robusta coffee in Keling District is 747,24 kg/ha/year. The production factors of capital, land area, labor, fertilizers, pesticides simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on robusta coffee production in Keling District with a coefficient of determination of 0,942. Partially, the variables of capital, labor, fertilizers, and pesticides have a significant effect on robusta coffee production. The variable that has the most significant effect on robusta coffee production is capital (X1) with a regression coefficient of 0,475 in units of IDR/year.

Abstract

Obstacles marketing activities for agricultural commodities especially aspect of marketing efficiency is unstable price, many marketing agencies and disproportionate marketing costs and profits between agency. This study aims to analyze pattern of marketing channels, marketing efficiency and factors that affect the efficiency. The research location is in Kopeng Village and Batur Village Getasan District, Semarang Regency. The research was conducted in January-February 2022. The research used survey method and the location was chosen deliberately. The sampling technique at the farmer by quota sampling totaling 40 people and snowball sampling at the marketing agency totaling 18 people. The research used primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used descriptive quantitative methods and statistical analysis (one sample t-test and multiple linear regression). The results of the potato marketing channel in Getasan District are 4 channels, with each marketing margin of pattern I IDR 3,847/kg, pattern II IDR 2,250/kg, pattern III IDR 4,155/kg and pattern IV IDR 4,220/kg, while the farmer's share values were respectively: 63% for pattern I, 79% for pattern II, 62% for pattern III and 61% for pattern IV. Potato marketing in Getasan District is efficient. The results of one sample t-test is a significant difference between the value of marketing efficiency (0.000 <0.05) with the standard of marketing efficiency. Simultaneously, the producer price, consumer price, marketing cost, marketing channel pattern, and sales volume have a very significant effect (p<0.01) on marketing efficiency. Partially, the producer price and consumer price have a very significant effect on marketing efficiency.Keywords: efficiency, marketing, potato

Abstract

Primary processing is the most important aspect of enhancing the added value of Robusta Coffee, but some farmers didn't. This study aims to analyze the reasons why Robusta coffee farmers sell in the form of cherry or beans coffee, analyze the compare in farmers income that sells coffee cherry and beans, and analyze the added value of coffee beans. The research was conducted in January-February 2023 in Dawe District, furthermore two villages were selected with criteria for the largest Robusta Coffee land area in Japan Village and Colo Village. This research used a survey method. The determination of the sample using simple random sampling. Furthermore, the sample size in each group is the determination of the sample proportional random sampling with 61 farmers selling coffee cherry and 44 farmers selling coffee beans. The analytical method used descriptive, income, and Hayami's added value analysis. Income difference analyzed by Independent Sample t-Test. The result showed the main reason farmers sell coffee cherry was the needed quick refund of their capital. While the main reason farmers sell coffee beans was highly profitable. The income of farmers who sell coffee cherry and coffee beans is IDR 16.433.627/ha/year and IDR 23.230.330/ha/year with an average land area of 0,84 ha and 0,90 ha. The income of farmers who sells coffee beans is differ significantly from those who sells cherry. The added value of primary processing is IDR 1.530/kg with a medium category value added ratio of 19,03%.Keywords: Coffee cherry, green beans, Hayami, income, primary processing
