Abstract

This research aims to ascertain the 7P marketing mix achievement rate of respondents and examine how the 7P marketing mix influences consumers' decisions to buy hydroponic lettuce products of CV. TFP. The research was conducted in August 2022, located at Jl. Tejosari Raya No. 1 Gedawang, Kec. Banyumanik, Semarang, Central Java. The location was selected purposefully based on the consideration of the CV. TFP is a hydroponic plant cultivation and marketing business with its superior products of hydroponic fruits and vegetables. The survey method was the research method that was used. The process of selecting the respondents involved using an accidental sampling technique of as many as 100 samples who were consumers purchasing CV. TFP hydroponic lettuce products directly at CV. TFP. Primary data was collected through consumer-distributed questionnaires used in interviews. Secondary data were obtained from BPS and other relevant sources. Multiple linear regression statistical tests and descriptive analysis are used for data analysis. In a multiple linear regression analysis, price, location, product, promotion, physical evidence, people, and process are independent factors (X), and the purchase decision is dependent (Y). The findings demonstrated that the Respondent Achievement Rate (TCR) value for the seven marketing mix factors (7P) is in the excellent range. The factors influencing purchasing decisions are people / human resources, process, product, price, place, and physical proof. Promotion is the only variable that has no effect. With a Standardized Coefficients Beta value of 0,241, the place variable is the most prominent 7P marketing mix variable.

Abstract

Climatic conditions that often change and are difficult to predict have a negative impact on natural disasters such as floods, droughts and increasing pest attacks that affect crop damage. Efforts to minimize this by participating in the rice farming business insurance program. Farmers' participation in the AUTP program is still low, therefore it is necessary to know the perception of farmers towards AUTP. Production inputs used by farmers are not optimal, which can result in non-optimal production yields and farmer income. The purpose of this study is to analyze farmers' perceptions of AUTP, rice farming income with Grobogan MSE, factors that affect the income of AUTP farmers. This study was conducted in Lemah Putih Village with a sample of 60 farmers from a population of 105 farmers. Determination of the number of samples taken using the Slovin method where respondents were taken proportionally sampling. Data analysis method with likert scale, multiple linear regression, one sample t test. The results of the research on farmers' perceptions of the AUTP program are overall in the good category. The perception of farmers in terms of socialization is not good, participant registration is very good, premiums are good, claims and benefits are not good. Rice farming is profitable compared to Grobogan MSE. The cost of seeds, labor, farm experience has a significant effect on income. Fertilizer costs, selling prices of rice have no real effect on income

Abstract

Abstract Sweet potato is a part of the food commodity that has the potential to develop agri-food business in Indonesia, especially in Cikarawang Village, Dramaga District, Bogor Regency. Increasing the amount of sweet potato production requires the use of appropriate production inputs, so that it can affect farmers' income. This research aims to analyze income, profitability, and the correlation of production factors with the income of sweet potato farmers in the Hurip Farmer Group.This research was conducted form August to September 2023 in Cikarawang Village, Dramaga District, Bogor Regency. The research location was chosen purposively. The research method used is the case study method. The method of determining the sample using a purposive sampling technique as many as 35 respondents from active member farmers in Hurip Farmer Group. Data were collected by interview using a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, namely correlation analysis with SPSS, income analysis, and profitability analysis. The Spearman rank correlation test aimed to determine the relationship between production factors and income of sweet potato farmers in Hurip Farming Group.The results showed that the variables of land area, production amount, use of labor, and fertilizer application have a significant effect on the income of sweet potato farmers. The selling price variable does not significantly reduce the income of sweet potato farmers. The average income of sweet potato farmers was IDR 5,439,969.00 per planting period with an average profitability of 92%. The results showed that farming is profitable to developed.Keywords: production factor, income, and sweet potatoes. AbstrakUbi jalar merupakan salah satu hasil pertanian yang memiliki potensi pengembangan agribisnis pangan di Indonesia, khususnya di Desa Cikarawang, Kecamatan Dramaga, Kabupaten Bogor. Peningkatan jumlah produksi ubi jalar memerlukan penggunaan input produksi yang sesuai, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan petani.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan, profitabilitas, dan korelasi antara faktor produksi dengan pendapatan petani ubi jalar anggota Kelompok Tani Hurip. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus-September 2023 di Desa Cikarawang, Kecamatan Dramaga, Kabupaten Bogor. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive). Metode penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 35 petani anggota yang aktif pada Kelompok Tani Hurip. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial berupa analisis pendapatan, analisis profitabilitas, dan analisis korelasi dengan SPSS. Pengujian korelasi rank Spearman bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor produksi dengan pendapatan petani ubi jalar anggota Kelompok Tani Hurip.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel luas lahan, jumlah produksi, penggunaan tenaga kerja, dan pemberian pupuk berkorelasi signifikan dengan pendapatan petani ubi jalar. Variabel harga jual tidak berkorelasi signifikan dengan pendapatan petani ubi jalar. Rata-rata pendapatan petani ubi jalar sebesar Rp 5.439.969,00 per masa tanam dengan rata-rata profitabilitas sebesar 92%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa usahatani ubi jalar bersifat profitable sehingga layak untuk terus dikembangkan.Kata kunci: faktor produksi, pendapatan, dan ubi jalar.

Abstract

Organic rice farming has good prospects in terms of increasing land area, production levels and consumer preferences. Profit-oriented farming requires an analysis that is used to measure the ability of the business to generate profits. The study aims to analyze the income and profitability of rice farming of APPOLI members in Simo District. The research location is in three villages in Simo District, namely Wates Village, Temon Village and Sumber Village. The research method used was a survey method with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The sampling technique used a census method of 65 farmers who planted organic rice for three periods in one year. The data used included primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used in the study is the analysis of income and profitability using the R/C ratio. Average income was tested with One Sample Wilcoxon Signed Rank compared to Boyolali Regency minimum wage. Average R/C Ratio tested with One Sample T-Test compared to 1. Data analysis shows that the average rice farms income of APPOLI members in Simo District is 2,551,658 rupiah per month with an average land area of 0.46 ha. The results of the One Sample Wilcoxon Signed Rank test showed that APPOLI members rice farming income in Simo District was not different from the Boyolali Regency minimum wage. The average R/C ratio was 2.08. The One Sample T-Test results show that R/C ratio of APPOLI members rice farms in Simo District are higher than 1, which means it is profitable to run.

Abstract

Potential analysis means searching for or exploring the potential that exists in a research object. This study aims to analyze the base location/potential location for mangosteen production, forecast the planted area, production, and productivity of mangosteen fruit, and analyze the influence of planted area, farmer exchange rate (NTP), and mature plants on mangosteen fruit production in Purwakarta Regency, West Java. This research was conducted in Purwakarta Regency, West Java. The method used is secondary data analysis. The data used in this study is secondary data. The secondary data used is time series data for 10 years from 2014 to 2023. The analytical methods used are analysis of base location using the location quotient, forecasting analysis using the least squares method, and analysis of the influence of factors using multiple linear regression analysis. This study concludes that from 2024 to 2028, The sub-districts in Purwakarta Regency that are included in the base location for mangosteen plants include Kiarapedes District, Wanayasa District, and Darangdan District. The planted area, production and productivity is predicted to increase constantly. Planted area, farmer exchange rate (NTP), and mature plants simultaneously have a significant influence on mangosteen fruit production. Farmer exchange rate (NTP) and mature plants partially have a significant influence on mangosteen fruit production while planted area did not have a significant influence on mangosteen production in Purwakarta Regency.

Abstract

Kopi arabika adalah komoditas perkebunan dengan permintaan tinggi di pasar dunia. Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara ekspor kopi terbesar, masih kesulitan memenuhi permintaan kopi jenis arabika di pasar domestik maupun dunia. Pengembangan komoditas kopi arabika di Indonesia berpotensi besar, dengan kesesuaian tempat tumbuh kopi arabika di beberapa daerah. Desa Tlahap di Kabupaten Temanggung, Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu desa yang berpotensi untuk pengembangan kopi arabika, melalui keberadaan usaha pengolahan kopi arabika skala mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi pengembangan UMKM Kopi Arabika Desa Tlahap untuk membuka pasar baru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan responden dari Pemilik UMKM, Kepala Desa, Ketua BUMDes, Ketua MPIG KAJSS, dan survei kepada konsumen dari setiap UMKM. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling kepada masing-masing 10 konsumen dari 4 UMKM di Desa Tlahap. Metode analisis data menggunakan kualitatif-deskriptif melalui kerangka kerja Pergeseran Samudra Biru dalam dua tahap, yaitu mengidentifikasi faktor persaingan dan merekonstruksi batasan industri pengolahan kopi arabika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM dapat bersaing pada Faktor Kualitas dan Kesegaran Produk. Strategi pengembangan yang dapat dilakukan menurut Kerangka Empat Aksi yaitu dengan melakukan pengurangan pada ekspor produk bentuk green bean dan penggunaan plastik sekali pakai untuk pengemasan; peningkatan pada penjualan produk bentuk roastbean, branding produk, dan pemasaran melalui media sosial; penghapusan pada penjual produk greenbean untuk pasar domestik; serta menciptakan tren minum kopi sebagai bagian dari aspek wisata desa, membuat Event terjadwal yang mendatangkan massa dalam satu waktu tertentu, serta membuat promosi jasa pengantaran khusus produk roast bean.

Abstract

Proses pengeringan tahap finishing pada produk kerajinan eceng gondok di UMKM Iboni Craft di Desa Rowoboni, Kecamatan Banyubiru, Kabupaten Semarang saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal tersebut memerlukan pengawasan yang intensif dan sering terkendala cuaca yang menyebabkan produk lembab dan berjamur sehingga menurunkan kualitasnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut berupa alat pengering elektrik. Alat pengering otomatis bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses pengeringan.  Kegiatan dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah melalui wawancara dan observasi, dilanjutkan analisis kebutuhan dan desain alat. Selanjutnya, dilakukan instalasi serta pengujian kinerja alat untuk memastikan efektivitasnya. Pada tahap ini juga diberikan pelatihan kepada mitra terkait petunjuk penggunaan dan keamanan alat. Hasilnya alat pengering berhasil mengurangi waktu pengeringan yang tersedia dan tidak terhambat cuaca. Produk yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas yang lebih baik dengan kelembaban rendah dan bebas jamur. Pemilik UMKM memberikan respon positif terhadap alat ini, yang dinilai sangat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan menjaga kualitas produk. Kesimpulanya alat pengering terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan kualitas produksi  UMKM Iboni Craft.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze costs, revenues, revenues, business feasibility, and analyze the added value of rondam beans. The research location is in Sentra Kacang Rondam, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency, North Sumatra. The research method used was a census with 3 respondents in the rondam bean agroindustry. The analysis methods used are cost analysis, revenue analysis, revenue analysis, business feasibility analysis, Hayami value-added analysis. The results showed production cost of IDR30.520.672.00/month. Receipt of IDR42.750.000,00/month. Revenue of IDR12.229.328.00/month. R/C Ratio of 1,40. ROI of 10%. Payback Period for 9 months 1 day. The added value produced by the rondam bean agroindustry in the process of making rondam beans is IDR14.800/kg. The added value ratio of rondam bean agroindustry of 34,98% is classified as moderate.

Abstract

Market competition between conventional melons and hydroponic melons is increasingly becoming a challenge for Indigen Farm in achieving a larger market share because the level of market competition will influence consumers to choose a variety of choices and alternative products that can meet their needs in accordance with consumer desires and satisfaction. This research aims to analyze simultaneously or partially the influence of product, price, promotion and service quality on consumer satisfaction of hydroponic melons at Indigen Farm Yogyakarta. The research method used is a survey. The research was carried out at Indigen Farm during the melon picking tour. Respondents were determined using accidental sampling. The number of respondents taken was 100 respondents with the criteria being that the respondent was at least 17 years old and had previously purchased Indigen Farm hydroponic melons. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis which was analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) For Windows program. The research results show that simultaneous multiple linear regression analysis of product, price, promotion and service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially, products and promotions have an effect, while price and service quality do not have a significant effect. The coefficient of determination is 0.583, meaning that the independent is able to explain 58.3% of the dependent variable while the remaining 41.7% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Trucuk District has a heterogeneous socio-economic structure, with the majority of people working in the agriculture, trade, and service sectors. This condition has a direct influence on rice consumption patterns, especially in choosing the type of rice consumed. Therefore, an analysis of the factors that influence the volume of IR 64 rice purchases in this area is important to understand the dynamics of rice consumption and market needs in more depth. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the volume of IR 64 rice purchases in Trucuk District, Klaten Regency and to determine the influence of each factor on the volume of IR 64 rice purchases. This study was conducted in December 2024 in Trucuk District, Klaten Regency. The research method used a survey method. The analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, the average rice purchase volume was 7.2 kg/month, the average income was IDR 1,499,000/month, and the price of rice ranged from IDR 14,000/kg to IDR 18,000/kg. Simultaneously, income, number of family members, and price affect the volume of IR 64 rice purchases. Based on partial results, it is known that income, number of family members, and price affect the volume of IR 64 rice purchases.
