Abstract

The implementation of learning to recite the Al Qur’an is more effective and efficient in the mosque than in the classroom. Because in the mosque, teachers can convey material more freely and are closer to students. Inside the mosque it can also make it easier to adjust the sitting position for the classical learning model and also students feel more comfortable because of the new atmosphere. Based on the background above, the purpose of this research is to know and understand the effectiveness of learning to recite the tilawati method carried out in elementary the mosques Muhammadiyah of nine City of Malang. Qualitative research with a descriptive approach is used with the aim of explaining and describing existing events, both practical and engineered. This data collection technique is used to obtain data as needed. This data includes: Observations, Interviews, Documentation. Research findings. This learning of the Al Qur’an produces effectiveness in the learning process, because the place is more comfortable and provides students, and is more conditioned for students who are busy or joking around themselves. This tilawati method has several volumes, namely volumes one to volume the six and after volume the six is finished, students continue to the Al-Quran. This Al Qur’an class is different from the formal class, both in terms of the number of students, the location of implementation and the number of classes of Al Qur’an. In this Al Qur’an class each teacher teaches a maximum of twenty children. In contrast to formal classes, where one class consists of approximately the thirty children. Abstract

Currently, Indonesia ranks as the fourth most populous country globally, with 86% of the population being predominantly Muslim. Paradoxically, the literacy rate in Indonesia does not match its high population index. The latest report from the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) survey revealed that Indonesia's literacy rate ranked 62nd out of 70 countries in 2019. Meanwhile, Islamic education faces the challenge of nurturing a generation capable of critical thinking for their livelihoods. On the other hand, literacy is highly encouraged in Islam, as stated in the Quran. The initial verses of the holy book, such as Al-'Alaq: 1-5, encourage humans to learn and read. However, literacy in the context of Islamic education is often perceived merely as physical skill training, without understanding the essence and purpose of the process. Therefore, the aim of this research is to delve deeper into the concept of learning motivation in the Quran, specifically related to the verses discussing it, using Library Research methods and employing thematic and semantic analysis approaches. The research identifies two varieties of Quranic strategies: Intrinsic and Extrinsic, each with different patterns and motifs. These strategies encompass directives and prohibitions, inspirational stories, titles and self-actualization, as well as rewards and punishments. All of these aspects are interconnected with motivating individuals to engage in learning activities, spanning visual, oral, listening, writing, drawing, and mental activities. This concept is crucial for family environments, school settings, and study groups.

Abstract

Etika dalam strategi bisnis menjadi komponen penting dalam membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas pelanggan, terutama di era informasi yang ditandai dengan keterbukaan, transparansi, dan akses cepat terhadap berbagai informasi. Di tengah meningkatnya kesadaran konsumen terhadap nilai-nilai moral dan sosial perusahaan, etika tidak lagi menjadi aspek tambahan, melainkan menjadi bagian inti dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Perusahaan yang menerapkan prinsip etika, seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab sosial, dan perlakuan adil terhadap pemangku kepentingan, cenderung mendapatkan kepercayaan dari publik dan menciptakan hubungan jangka panjang yang loyal. Dalam digital saat ini, informasi mengenai reputasi bisnis dapat tersebar luas melalui media sosial, yang dapat memperkuat atau meruntuhkan kepercayaan pelanggan secara instan. Oleh karena itu, strategi bisnis yang berlandaskan etika tidak hanya meningkatkan kredibilitas merek, tetapi juga menjadi keunggulan kompetitif dalam persaingan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran etika dalam membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas pelanggan melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tinjauan pustaka sebagai dasar analisis.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the development of Islamic education through the newly launched concept of "Merdeka Belajar" from the perspective of Nurcholish Madjid's thoughts. This research employs a library research approach with in-depth descriptive analysis. The findings reveal that the achievements of educational reform in Indonesia through "Merdeka Belajar" have both relevance and gaps when compared to Nurcholish Madjid's perspective on educational modernization in three areas: First, the relevance of the conception of values and development principles in the three dimensions of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning through a student-oriented learning approach. Second, the gaps in the practical implementation of "Merdeka Belajar," are: 1) the concept of "Merdeka Belajar" tends to be autonomous concerning the administration of education at educational units, creating opportunities for changes in educational direction; and 2) the aspect of educational equality, which remains uneven to this day. Therefore, these findings can serve as representative evaluation material for stakeholders and policymakers regarding the development of education in Indonesia, particularly in the context of Islamic education

Abstract

Tema mengenai pendidikan karakter saat ini hangat diperbincangkan dalam berbagai pertemuan keilmiahan, seminar, lokakarya, publikasi di media, buku ilmiah pendidikan, dan lain sebagainya. Sejalan dengan ini kondisi negara sedang dalam keadaan krisis identitas, krisis moral bahkan sampai pada krisis keteladanan. Kegiatan bahkan perilaku siswa yang menyimpang sedikit banyak nya membuktikan lemahnya karakter anak bangsa, terlihat pada beberapa kasus di sekolah yang biasa terjadi seperti kasus bullying, kekerasan, pergaulan bebas hingga hilangnya moral dan akhlak peserta didik menandakan kurangnya pendidikan karakter yang di ajarkan dan diterapkan di sekolah, ini menjadi kasus permasalahan lain yang menjadi tanggung jawab bersama terutama pendidik untuk memperbaiki dan membenahi masalah yang terjadi dapat berupa memberikan pendidikan maupun pembelajaran yang lebih kompeten mengenai akidah akhlak, dan adab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru atau tenaga pendidik dalam usaha membentuk karakter siswa di Mts Al-Fathimiyyah Karawang. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah itu di analisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Teknik keabsahan data memakai perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan dan trigulasi. Peran guru akidah dalam membentuk karakter siswa di Mts Al-Fathimiyyah sendiri dalam pengamatan sampai saat ini sebenarnya belum cukup berhasil dalam membentuk karakter anak secara tetap. Pada kenyataannya masih banyak kasus pembullyan yang dilakukan oleh satu anak kepada anak lain, selain itu terdapat pula anak yang berperilaku baik hanya kepada guru yang mereka segani dan takuti. Meski begitu penanaman nilai moral dan pengetahuan mengenai akhlak dan adab sudah mereka pahami. Ini menandakan bahwa perlu nya evaluasi kepada guru-guru agar lebih memperhatikan dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai moral yang sudah diajarkan sebelumnya.

Abstract

Pengelolaan kelas merupakan upaya yang dilakukan oleh seorang guru untuk menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang efektif, menyenangkan, dan berkualitas bagi peserta didik. Kemampuan dalam mengelola kelas yang pertama harus dikuasai oleh guru yaitu keterampilan untuk mengelola kelas, yang meliputi keterampilan untuk memahami, memilih, dan menggunakan berbagai pendekatan dalam pengelolaan kelas. Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pendekatan apa yang di gunakan oleh guru mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak di Kelas XI MA Al-Jihadiyah Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 dalam pengelolaan kelas, dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam pengelolaan kelas pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak di Kelas XI MA Al-Jihadiyah Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya yaitu penelitian lapangan (Field Research), teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu Wawancara, Observasi dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pendekatan pengelolaan kelas yang di gunakan guru akidah akhlak kelas XI Ma Al-jihadiyah hanya satu yaitu pendekatan permisif, dimana guru memberikan kebebasan kepada peserta didik dalam proses pembelajarannya, tetapi kebebasan disini tetap ada batasan-batasan tertentu. Batasan-batasan tersebut dibuat secara bersama-sama antara guru dan peserta didik diawal pertemuan dengan membuat kontrak mengenai aturan-atauran yang harus di taati bersama-sama. Hambatan yang dihadapi guru Akidah Akhlak kelas XI di MA Al-Jihadiyah dalam melaksanakan pengelolaan kelas yaitu ada pada aspek peserta didik dan juga fasilitas sekolah.

Abstract

Classroom management is the effort or effort of the teacher in creating and maintaining a good learning environment, so that learning runs in a conducive manner. The learning environment itself is one of the important factors in education, because the learning environment is very influential in the formation of mindsets, attitudes, personality and stages in development. By creating a conducive and effective learning environment, the teaching materials that will be delivered by the teacher can be conveyed properly. This is because the teaching and learning process is fun. The importance of a teacher in managing the classroom environment is to achieve educational success, which can give birth to students who uphold discipline. Therefore, in addition to the teacher managing the class, the teacher also needs to provide discipline to students. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of the learning environment and the discipline of children was carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers at SDN Panyingkiran 1. The research method used was a qualitative approach with a type of field research (Field Research) in which the researcher conducted direct observations and interviews. . The results of the study show that the creation of a good learning environment can produce students who have a disciplined attitude, so that educational success is achieved.

Abstract

Leaders and leadership are two interrelated aspects that play a crucial role in the life of a society, a nation, and a state. Islam, as a religion of rahmatan lil-‘alamin, also places leadership and the position of a leader as fundamental components of its teachings. The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of leadership in Islam through the lens of the al-Tawazun principle as reflected in Qur’anic verses, specifically Surah Ar-Rahman verses 1–9. This research employs a qualitative method using a library-based approach, focusing on scholarly literature derived from books and peer-reviewed journal articles. The findings indicate that the concept of al-Tawazun is highly relevant to the Islamic concept of leadership (khalifah). The notion of balance articulated in these Qur’anic verses serves as evidence of the majesty and grandeur of Allah SWT. As leaders, human beings bear the responsibility to maintain balance and harmony within the universe, both in their relationship with the natural environment and in their interactions with fellow human beings.
