Abstract

Latar belakang :Gangguan mual muntah biasanya berlangsung hingga minggu ke dua puluh kehamilan yang ditandai dengan mual tidak terkendali serta muntah-muntah hampir sepuluh kali tiap hari, hal ini lebih dikenal dengan istilah hiperemesis gravidarum. Stres dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya hiperemesis gravidarum dimana stres ini merupakan bentuk psikologik yang memegang peranan yang penting pada penyakit. Data yang didapatkan peneliti di BPS Ny. Sayidah Kendal menunjukkan terdapat 110 ibu hamil dengan keluhan mual muntah sebanyak 57 ibu hamil. Tujuan : mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan kejadian hiperemesis gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester I di Bidan Praktik Swasta (BPS) Ny. Sayidah Kendal. Metode :Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil trimester I yang melakukan kunjungan ANC di BPS. Ny. Sayidah Kendal pada Juli 2011-Juni 2012 yang berjumlah 387 orang. Teknik samplingnya adalah quota sampling dengan jumlah 79. Hasil : penelitian ini menunjukkan sebagian besar tingkat stress yang dialami oleh ibu adalah dalam kategori ringan (79,7%) yang ditandai oleh seringnya merasa kesulitan untuk tenang setelah sesuatu yang mengganggu, sebagian besar tidak terjadi hiperemesis (78,5%). Simpulan : hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat stress dengan kejadian hiperemesis pada ibu hamil tri mester I di BPS Ny. Sayidah Kendal.

Abstract

Telemarketing is a modern marketing strategy that relies on long-distance communication to offer products or services. This strategy offers several advantages, including cost efficiency, two-way communication, and the ability to reach consumers personally. However, telemarketing also poses ethical challenges such as privacy violations, misuse of data, and the risk of manipulation in communication. From an Islamic perspective, Shariah-compliant telemarketing should prioritize the values of honesty (ṣidq), transparency (bayān), and non-coercion (ikhtiyar). The purpose of this study is to examine how telemarketing can be ethically applied in accordance with Islamic principles to create transactions that are fair, efficient, and spiritually and socially beneficial. This study was conducted through literature analysis related to marketing strategies, Islamic business ethics, and telemarketing practices. The results show that the implementation of Islamic telemarketing has the potential not only to increase marketing effectiveness, but also to become a means of da'wah in promoting Shari'ah values. This conclusion reinforces the importance of integrating ethical values into any business strategy to ensure the achievement of maslahat for all parties involved.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Tingkir Type A Terminal, Salatiga City. In this research, the objects taken were service users at the Tingkir Terminal. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 service user respondents at Tingkir Terminal. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, literature studies, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression technique which is first tested through a questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests (autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, normality). The results of the analysis using the statistical tools of the SPSS V.26 program obtained a multiple linear regression equation: Y = 2,637 + 0,170.X1 + 0,203.X2 + 0,180.X3 + 0,179.X4 + 0,171.X5 + μ. The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that the Tangible Variable (X1) has a tcount of 0.170 and a ttable of 1.66105, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Reability variable (X2) has a tcount of 0.203 and a ttable of 1.66105, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Responsive Variable (X3) has a tcount of 0.180 and a ttable of 1.66105, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The variable Emphaty (X4) has a tcount of 0.179 and a ttable of 1.66105, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Assurance variable (X5) has a tcount of 0.171 and a ttable of 1.66105, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the study, conclusions can be drawn from multiple linear regression analysis and the distribution of respondents' answers regarding independent variables (Tangible, Reability, Responsive, Emphaty, Assurance) has an influence on the dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction).

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the implementation of mathematics learning using the LAPS (Logan Avenue Problem Solving) Heuristic learning model. (2) Describe the improvement of student learning outcomes after using the LAPS (Logan Avenue Problem Solving) Heuristic learning model. This study used a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were fourth grade students of SD IT Al Qonita with a total of 21 students. Research data were collected through learning outcome tests, observations of student and teacher activities, and interviews with teachers. Data analysis was carried out descriptively quantitatively to determine changes in learning outcomes and increased student activity during learning. The results showed that (1) The implementation of mathematics learning with the Logan Avenue Problem Solving (LAPS) Heuristic model showed improvement. In cycle I, the teacher's activity in managing the class reached 86.6% (very good category), and increased to 90% in cycle II. Student activities also increased, from 82.8% in cycle I to 91% in cycle II, both in the very good category (2) The use of the LAPS (Logan Avenue Problem Solving) Heuristic learning model can improve student learning outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to (1) Describe the implementation of Indonesian language learning using the Scramble type cooperative model assisted by Question Card Media in Class IV. (2) Know and analyze the improvement of student learning outcomes by using the Scramble type cooperative model assisted by Question Card Media in Indonesian language learning. This study used a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class IV B MIS Miftahul Huda 2 Kota Palangka Raya with a total of 27 students. Research data were collected through learning outcome tests, teacher and student activity observations. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively descriptive to determine changes in learning outcomes as well as improving teacher and student activities during learning. The results showed (1) In cycle I, the analysis of teacher activity in managing the class obtained a percentage of 82.5% with very good criteria. As for the implementation in cycle II, the analysis of teacher activities managing the class became 85% with very good criteria, which means that in this case there was an increase. While student activity in cycle I got a percentage of 82.1% with very good criteria and an increase in cycle II with a percentage of 91% with very good criteria.  (2) Student learning outcomes using the scramble type coopearification model assisted by Question Card media had a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes in cycle I the percentage of student completeness reached 51.8% while in cycle II it increased by 92.5%. In cycle 1, the N-Gain test obtained a medium category with a value of 0.3384 with the N-Gain score division category of 0.3 ≤ g ≤ 0.7. While in cycle 2 get a high category of 0.7117 with the N-Gain score division category g> 0.7.

Abstract

Students' learning outcomes can be actively involved in mathematics learning activities through the application of the PjBL model. This PTK method is carried out in two cycles, each of which includes four stages, namely: planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. This study involved 22 students from class IV B as research subjects atMIS Darul Ulum Palangka Raya, data obtained through observation techniques, tests, and documentation. The findings obtained by observation of the teacher's skills in managing the class in cycle I were recorded at 86.53% in the good category. In cycle II, the percentage increased to 92.30% in the very good category. While in cycle I, student learning activities were recorded at 71.59% in the sufficient category, but increased in cycle II with a percentage of 86.37% in the very good category. Students' posttest scores after the implementation of the PjBL learning model in cycle I showed a completeness rate of 45.45%. Meanwhile, in cycle II, there was a significant increase, through completeness reaching 90.91%. In cycle I, the increase in student learning achievement was classified as moderate, from the N-Gain score of 0.3433. In cycle II, the N-Gain score increased to 0.7314 in the high category. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the application of the PjBL model in mathematics is proven to be effective in improving the achievement of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kecepatan Bongkar Muat Peti Kemas merupakan salah satu masalah yang selalu mendapatkan perhatian serius di Pelabuhan peti kemas setiap Negara, Kinerja pelabuhan dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat pelayanan pelabuhan kepada pengguna pelabuhan (kapal dan barang), yang tergantung pada waktu pelayanan kapal selama berada di pelabuhan. Kinerja pelabuhan yang tinggi menunjukkan bahwa pelabuhan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik. Transportasi laut menjadi transportasi utama dibidang perdagangan. Hampir 90% kegiatan perdagangan luar negeri dilakukan lewat laut. Angkutan barang yang dilakukan melewati laut menjadi sangat efisien karena daya angkut yang besar sehingga peran pelabuhan sebagai tempat dimana kapal dapat melakukan bongkar muat barang menjadi sangat penting dengan di tunjang sarana maupun prasarana yang memadai. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Transformasi Digital Port, Pasang Surut Air Laut, Sedimentasi Alur Pelayaran terhadap Kecepatan Bongkar Maut Peti Kemas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pelabuhan PT. IPC Terminal Peti Kemas Area Pontianak sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS V.25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis berganda dihasilkan persamaan : Y = 0.589 + 0,255 X1 + 0,259 X2 -0,412 X3 + µ Dimana variabel Kecepatan Bongkar Muat Peti Kemas (Y), Transformasi Digital Port (X1), Pasang Surut Air Laut (X2), dan Sedimentasi Alur Pelayaran (X3) diuji menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kecepatan bongkar muat peti kemas sebagai variabel dependen. Angka Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,584 menunjukkan bahwa 58,4 persen variabel kecepatan bongkar muat peti kemas dapat dijelaskan melalui ketiga variabel independen dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya 41,6 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar ketiga variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Community service represents a tangible contribution of higher education institutions in improving the quality of learning at the elementary level. This service activity was carried out collaboratively by lecturers and students at MI Miftahul Huda 2 Palangka Raya with the aim of enhancing the quality of IPAS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial) learning through the development of interactive teaching materials based on Canva. The program applied the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which emphasizes the empowerment of existing assets within the school community. The implementation involved mentoring sessions, technical guidance, and direct classroom application of the developed materials. Effectiveness was evaluated through pretests and posttests, showing an increase in students' understanding from an average pretest score of 55.19 to a posttest score of 77.04, with an average N-Gain of 0.47 (moderate category). Validation results from subject matter experts (96%), design experts (97%), and classroom teachers (89%) confirmed that the developed media were appropriate in terms of content, visual quality, and language use. In addition to improving learning outcomes, the use of technology-based teaching media also increased student motivation and teacher engagement during the learning process. The outcomes of this program not only provided direct benefits to the partner school but also demonstrated the potential for broader application as a participatory and sustainable model for digital innovation in basic education.

Abstract

Schools are not only institutions for the transfer of knowledge but also environments that play a crucial role in shaping students’ behavior and instilling positive habits, one of which is environmental care. One form of environmental concern that can be cultivated from an early age is the discipline of disposing of waste properly. However, SD Negeri Jambewangi, located in Dusun Pesantren, has not yet fully implemented effective waste sorting practices. Waste disposal is still carried out without distinguishing between organic and inorganic waste, which may have negative impacts on the school environment. To address this issue, community service activities were carried out by KKN students from Universitas Tidar through outreach programs and the distribution of sorted waste bins. The socialization activity applied the Extend Parallel Process Model (EPPM) communication strategy using a Severity Model approach, which emphasized the dangers and consequences of improper waste management practices. During the sessions, students were encouraged to discuss and identify various types of waste, as well as the potential environmental and health impacts associated with them. Direct practice was also provided by encouraging students to actively participate in sorting waste before disposal into the designated bins. The implementation of this program showed a positive impact, as students demonstrated an increased understanding of waste management and began to practice sorting waste more consistently. The provision of separate bins for organic and inorganic waste further facilitated this new habit. It is expected that the discipline of sorting and properly disposing of waste will continue to be applied by students, teachers, and the entire school community. Such continuous practices can foster collective awareness, contribute to maintaining environmental cleanliness, and provide long-term benefits not only for the school but also for the surrounding community.

Abstract

Developing students' creativity at the elementary school level is an important part of shaping 21st century character and skills. One approach that can be taken is through hand training with cardboard and printed images. This student service activity aims to train the creativity of fourth grade students at SDN 3 Palangka through cardboard weaving training as an innovative learning medium. This activity is motivated by the need for more interesting, active, and enjoyable learning for students. The training is carried out through several stages, namely the compaction of basic weaving techniques, independent practice by students, and evaluation of the work produced. Students are given the freedom to be creative using pieces of used cardboard, with direct guidance from the implementation team and accompanying teachers. The results of the activity show that students are very enthusiastic about participating in this activity. They are able to produce various simple new forms with creative displays that can be used as visual aids in the learning process. In addition to producing work, this activity also forms positive student character such as cooperation, responsibility, perseverance, and courage in displaying work. This activity proves that skills-based training can be a solution to present more lively and meaningful learning. Therefore, this kind of activity is very relevant to be continued and developed as part of a sustainable school program.
