Abstract

Socialization of the PKM SIA program to Bank Mandiri customers through the MBKM program provides a positive contribution in increasing customer understanding of SIA and its benefits in the banking context. Students who took part in the internship program reported an increase in their understanding of the importance of AIS in supporting sound banking decisions. Several challenges related to the effectiveness of SIA socialization through PKM were also identified, such as time constraints and varying levels of understanding among customers. Therefore, it is recommended that PKM continue to improve their outreach methods, including the use of information and communication technology, as well as holding additional training sessions to ensure that customers can make maximum use of AIS.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia bisnis, termasuk di industri perhotelan. Pemanfaatan media digital, khususnya platform media sosial, menjadi salah satu strategi utama dalam komunikasi pemasaran untuk menjangkau konsumen secara lebih luas, cepat, dan interaktif. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan oleh Sapa Raja Hotels Group dalam membangun citra merek (brand image) dan meningkatkan brand awareness di era digital. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi digital. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola komunikasi dan efektivitas strategi digital yang diterapkan. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sapa Raja Hotels Group menerapkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital yang konsisten melalui pemanfaatan media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan website resmi. Strategi konten yang menonjolkan visual storytelling, nilai budaya lokal, serta interaksi aktif dengan pelanggan terbukti meningkatkan keterlibatan (engagement) dan memperkuat citra merek perusahaan. Tantangan utama yang ditemukan meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia di bidang digital marketing dan inkonsistensi jadwal unggahan. Kesimpulan: Secara keseluruhan, penerapan strategi komunikasi pemasaran digital oleh Sapa Raja Hotels Group terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat citra merek, meningkatkan brand awareness, dan membangun loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This article revealed the concept of aesthetic resistance in Pramoedya’s Child of All Nations: a shift from a battleground to an intellectual resistance. Explored aesthetic resistance function as a political act in the text of Child of All Nations, and it aimed to reveal the legacies of the oppressive structures that formed the present-day systems. The method employed was descriptive and qualitative, where postcolonial theory served as the analytical lens that framed the colonial epistemologies from past to present. The results finding of this article, Child of All Nations, by Pramoedya Ananta Toer, demonstrates that aesthetic form operates as a mode of resistance. Through narrative style and the act of writing, Minke asserts control over his thoughts and reclaims the authority to define reality. By challenging the colonial narratives imposed upon him, the novel reveals aesthetic resistance to challenging power. Thus, the conclusion of this article is that the aesthetic resistance reclaims narrative authority and rewrites the East from the perspective of postcolonial identity.
