Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are one of the institutions with the strategic potential to support national economic development, one of which is the development of modern industrial entrepreneurs in the boarding school setting. Many Islamic boarding schools have formed cooperatives, created small and medium-sized business units or industries, and had business incubators. In fact, they frequently disregard the records in the books of financial statements, making future business developments difficult to plan. This community service activity aims to provide solutions to problems encountered by Islamic boarding schools, such as business management management in terms of determining product selling prices, financial management by compiling simple financial reports, and ethics or norms in running a business in accordance with Islamic Sharia. The activity method is carried out in several stages, including observation and preparation, partner problem analysis, coordination, and training. The outcomes of this community service activity show that the majority of participants understand business management and business ethics. The routine activities of recording financial statements demonstrate their comprehension. Although some participants have not yet recorded financial statements on a regular basis, they have a strong desire to do so. Most of them believe that by regularly recording financial reports and adhering to business norms, they can help smooth and change the business mindset. This business management and business ethics training allows students and business actors at Mukmin Mandiri Islamic boarding school to manage their finances more neatly and orderly, as well as carry out their business activities more ethically.

Abstract

The attitude of consumers who are pro-environment does not always lead to buying behavior on environmentally friendly products. Although consumers are regularly exposed to environmentally friendly product messages, this does not always have an impact on actual changes in behavior. To encourage understanding of consumer behavior of environmentally friendly products going forward, this paper aims to identify deeper the causes of attitude gaps - behavior and solutions to overcome them to obtain knowledge about integrated and holistic conceptual models related to consumer behavior gaps in the consumption of environmentally friendly products. This paper discusses the significant limitations in the consumption of environmentally friendly products and raises an understanding of consumer behavior of environmentally friendly products in the future. Furthermore, the operationalization of this model offers knowledge and strategic direction for marketing managers who seek to bridge the gap in consumer attitudes.

Abstract

Saat ini, persaingan usaha pengecer makanan modern di pusat perbelanjaan semakin banyak menyulitkan produsen makanan lokal. Begitupun, pasar sekolah, umumnya di setiap sekolah ada kantin yang menjadi pasokan makanan bagi siswa sekolah. Sayangnya, kondisi ini kurang optimal. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan, ada beberapa masalah dalam pengelolaan usaha kantin sekolah terutama pada aspek produksi dan aspek pengelolaannya. Responden penelitian ini adalah pembuat makanan ringan sekolah dan pemilik kantin sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode produksi dan pelatihan manajemen usaha diikuti dengan evaluasi pemantauan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Selanjutnya, hasil kuesioner yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan manajemen produksi dan bisnis, mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pembuat cemilan sekolah dan pemilik kantin sekolah dalam mengemas dan mengatur (menampilkan) makanan ringan sekolah, membuat laporan keuangan sederhana dan juga penjualan. harga. Selain itu, keberadaan kelompok usaha dan dukungan situs jajanansehat.com memungkinkan mereka bertukar informasi dan mempromosikan produk bisnis mereka ke pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Awareness of residents in Griya Taman Asri related to waste segregation isnot yet optimal. On average, each household produces more than 1 cubic of disposal per day with 60% organic waste and 40% inorganic waste and garbage disposal is still mixed between organic and non-organic waste. This condition indicates that there is less awareness of the residents in sorting both the waste. Therefore, how to sort waste into organic waste and inorganic waste is the main problem to be solved. The problem of separating organic and inorganic waste can be solved if the residents' behavior in the housing complex in dealing with waste changes. In order for residents in the housing complex to change, it is necessary to create something that will stimulate citizens to change; the attractiveness offered is the economic value of waste. Recycling plastic bag into plastic bag craftis actually a good attraction and if continued and managed as a business unit, the more the economic appeal so that later will also impact on the incomes of citizens. Methods of this activity by using training of plastic waste recycling products. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data collected were analyzed descriptively using percentage technique.

Abstract

This study analyses the effect of e-wom and information quality on purchase intention with brand trust as the mediating variable of research on Mixue. This research is quantitative research. The sampling technique was used judgmental sampling technique with total 220 respondents. The questionnaire distribution was excecuted online using a Likert scale as an answer measurement tool. The statistical analysis used in this research is Path Analysis with AMOS software version 24. The results showed that the e-wom and information quality variables had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The results of this study also showed that the e-wom and information quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through brand trust as a mediating variable. This was confirmed in the mediation test which states that the brand trust variable strengthens the influence of the e-wom variable and information quality on purchase intention with the results of the mediating role partially proven (partial mediating). Mixue is expected to continue to build and create good and positive e-wom, provide quality information to potential customers in order to increase purchase intention..

Abstract

This study explores how narrative engagement influences story-consistent attitudes and entrepreneurial intentions among students in Indonesia. It also examines the mediating roles of enjoyment and perceived relevance in this relationship. Using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Warp-PLS 8, data from 320 students who completed entrepreneurship courses were analysed. Findings reveal that narrative engagement significantly enhances enjoyment and perceived relevance, positively impacting story-consistent attitudes and entrepreneurial intentions. These results suggest that enjoyment and perceived relevance fully mediate the effects of narrative engagement, underscoring the importance of incorporating engaging and relevant narratives in entrepreneurship education to foster a stronger entrepreneurial mindset and intentions. This study offers actionable insights for educators and policymakers to design course content that maximises narrative engagement, thereby effectively shaping students' attitudes and intentions toward entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of sales promotion and product quality on the decision to buy a wuling confero car in Surabaya. This research is quantitative. Questionnaires were distributed offline. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is judgmental sampling with a total of 220 respondents. The statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that sales promotions affect purchasing decisions and product quality influences purchasing decisions.

Abstract

With the development of the shoe industry, sneakers are the type of shoe most liked by young people. The need for shoes that are stylish, comfortable and in accordance with the latest trends is increasingly dominant, so they tend to be more interested in sneakers. This is evidenced by the increasing interest in sneakers every year. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, product design, and product features on the purchase intention of Bata Sneakers. The type of data used is quantitative data sourced from primary data through online questionnaire filling. The population in this study are people who know Bata sneakers and plan to buy them in the near future, where the population in this study is infinite, meaning the population is unknown. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and calculated using IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that product quality and product design had a significant and positive effect on purchase intention. Meanwhile, product features have no significant effect on purchase intention. Bata is expected to continue to create and offer sneakers with varied designs following current trends, so that the expectations and needs of potential customers can be met and gain their trust and attention.

Abstract

Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) menjadi sumber utama air minum, persentase dari tahun ke tahun mengalami kenaikan hal ini menyebabkan sampah plastik juga mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kemasan dan kualitas website terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen air galon Le Minerale. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan prosedur judgemental sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 220 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kemasan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan kualitas website berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
