Abstract

Asupan yang masuk selama masa kehamilan dan menyusui akan mempengaruhi kondisi bayi yang dikandung dan disusui. Seorang ibu yang sedang mengandung atau menyusui hendaknya mengonsumsi makanan sehat dengan gizi seimbang agar seluruh komponen gizi yang masuk pada anak dapat bermanfaat untuk tumbuh kembangnya. Pemenuhan gizi seimbang ini tidak dapat dilakukan dengan baik di Dusun Kebunduren akibat kurangnya fasilitas dan akses untuk mendapatkan bahan makanan yang baik. Pengetahuan masyarakat yang cukup rendah akan pentingnya konsumsi makanan dengan gizi seimbang juga menjadi permasalahan kondisi gizi ibu hamil dan menyusui di Dusun Kebunduren cukup rendah. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai gizi seimbang pada kelompok posyandu Dusun Kebunduren. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi tahap observasi lapangan, sosialisasi, monitoring dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa peengetahuan peserta mengenai gizi seimbang bagi ibu hamil dan menyusui terjadi peningkatan sebesar 54%; pemahaman peserta mengenai pemenuhan gizi seimbang bagi ibu hamil dan menyusui mengalami peningkatan sebesar 57%; implementasi pemenuhan gizi seimbang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mengalami peningkatan sebesar 35%; motivasi peserta dalam mengikuti sosialisasi/penyuluhan meningkat sebesar 50%; keterlaksanaan program sosialisasi/penyuluhan meningkat 100%. Berdasarkan kegiatan sosialisasi yang telah dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa mulai terjadi perubahan pola perilaku masyarakat mengenai konsumsi gizi seimbang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase the activity and learning outcomes of students in biology learning material for biological technology innovation in class XA SMAN 6 Madiun by applying the Problem Based Learning learning model.This research is a class action research (CAR) with the Kemmis & Taggart model which was carried out in two cycles. The data collected was in the form of data on students' active learning and cognitive learning outcomes, namely the pre-test and post-test scores of cycles I and II. Data on students' learning activeness was taken by observation and analyzed descriptively by describing the percentage of each aspect in learning activeness. Cognitive learning outcomes data were taken by pre-test and post-test cycle I-cycle II and tabulated in the form of class averages. The increase in students' cognitive learning outcomes can be seen from the difference between the mean value of the second cycle post-test and the first cycle post-test average value. The results showed that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in biology subject material Biological Technology Innovation could increase the activity and cognitive learning outcomes of class X A students of SMAN 6 Madiun. Increasing the activeness of learning students can be seen from each aspect of activeness.

Abstract

This study aims to improve collaboration skills and learning outcomes of students majoring in Social Sciences (IIS) in Biology cross-interest subjects through the Problem-Based Learning learning model. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR), which consists of 2 cycles, where each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 32 class XI IIS 3 students at SMAN 6 Madiun. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets and test sheets. The results obtained were an increase in collaboration with an average score of 74% in cycle 1 and 83% in cycle 2 with a good value category. From these results, it is known that the percentage increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2 is 9%. The results obtained showed an increase in learning outcomes, with the average pretest score in cycle 1 being 48 increasing to 62 in cycle 2 so the percentage increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2 was 29%. While the average post-test score in cycle 1 was 75, it increased to 81 in cycle 2 so that the increase in posttest learning outcomes from cycle 1 to cycle 2 was 8%. The conclusion from this study is that the Problem-Based Learning learning model can improve collaboration skills and learning outcomes of class XI IIS 3 students of SMAN 6 Madiun in cross-biology subjects.

Abstract

Buluharjo Village, Magetan Regency is a rural area, the majority of which are horticultural crops. Shallots are one of the commodities in the region. The productivity of shallots for the last three years has decreased due to the reduction in agricultural land caused by the construction of housing projects. The decline in shallot production is caused by the lack of land and the presence of plant pests such as worms, caterpillars, fungi and bacteria. The use of high chemical fertilizers, improper selection of seeds makes the quantity and quality of shallot production not optimal. The purpose of the activity is to provide training on red onion cultivation with verticulture techniques as a solution for using narrow land. The method used is pre survey, survey, socialization and training. The activity was carried out for 6 months. The result of the activity is an increase in understanding of modern agricultural techniques, namely verticulture in the field of red onion farming. Public understanding of modern agricultural systems, and increasing the productivity of shallots. The community is very enthusiastic and actively involved in applying vertical culture techniques. The community can apply the shallot verticulture technique on narrow land.

Abstract

Background: Literasi merupakan hal mendasar yang harus dimiliki peserta didik agar dapat menghadapi tantangan di era globalisasi. Budaya literasi ini perlu di terapkan sejak dini di berbagai lingkungan baik itu keluraga, masyarakat maupun di sekolah. Salah satu literasi yang dapat dikembangkan di level sekolah khususnya sekolah dasar adalah literasi sains. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan dan kemampuan literasi saina peserta didik di SDN Pajaran Kabupaten Madiun.melalui pelatihan pembuatan herbarium. Metode: Mitra yang terlibat dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah SDN pajaran, kabupaten Madiun. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahapan observasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi program. Hasil: Pelaksanaan kegiatan peduli lingkungan dengan pelatihan pembuatan herbarium di SDN Pajaran Kabupaten Madiun merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan literasi sains peserta didik. Adapun temuan-temuan yang diperoleh antara lain peningkatan keaktifan, motivasi, sikap peduli lingkungan, literasi sains, pengalaman pembuatan project dalam model PJBL. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini yaitu pelatihan pembuatan herbarium dapat meningkatkan literasi sains peserta didik di SDN Pajaran Kabupaten Madiun. Motivasi belajar IPA meningkat 40%, Sikap peduli lingkungan meningkat 20% serta kemampuan literasi sains meningkat 35%.

Abstract

Background: Kehamilan dan masa pertama kehidupan anak adalah periode krusial yang memerlukan perawatan yang tepat dan pemahaman tentang gizi yang baik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis hasil dari kegiatan penyuluhan kehamilan dan konsultasi ibu hamil di Kelurahan Kanigoro. Di Kelurahan Kanigoro, isu stunting masih menjadi masalah serius. Hasil: menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman ibu hamil tentang nutrisi selama kehamilan dan perawatan prenatal. Pembagian flyer tentang nutrisi trimester kehamilan juga berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman ibu hamil. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan konsultasi memberikan dukungan emosional dan informasi yang berharga kepada ibu hamil. Evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan yang tinggi dalam mencapai tujuan penyuluhan. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran gizi dan perawatan prenatal serta potensi mengurangi risiko stunting. Saran yang diberikan adalah untuk melanjutkan program konsultasi kehamilan dan mempertimbangkan perluasan program serupa di wilayah lain

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the quality of jamu gendong products at the home industry of jamu gendong in Karangrejo village, Magetan Regency. The method of service is carried out by training, including procedures for pre-survey activities, surveys, socialization, training, and evaluation. The target of the service activity is the women of the jamu gendong group. The evaluation results showed an increase in participant understanding of 56% about the technique of selecting rhizomes for herbal medicine, an increase in participant understanding of 44% about equipment selection techniques for herbal medicine, an increase in participant understanding of 72% about the hygienic process of making herbal medicine, an increase in participant understanding of 66% about the hygienic packaging process of herbal medicine. The results of monitoring and evaluation showed that 100% of participants were satisfied in participating in the activities, 100% of participants took an active role in participating in the training, 100% of participants were enthusiastic in participating in the activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to empower the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) group by developing the creativity of natural dye batik products in order that they can become the typical batik of Mojorejo Village, Madiun Regency. The method of implementing the service activity is through the stages: 1) observation, 2) counseling, 3) training, and 4) evaluation. The target of service activity is the PKK group. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and an observation rubric. Descriptive data analysis is based on achievement indicators. Based on the questionnaire analysis, it was found that the creativity of the trainees increased by 40%. The motivation of the trainees increased by 70%. The understanding of the training participants about the process of making natural dyed batik increased by 90%. The conclusion of the service activity is that training on making Jumputan batik using natural dyes can increase the creativity of batik production, which is typical of Mojorejo Village, Madiun Regency.

Abstract

Critical reasoning skills are still relatively low among students and have a significant impact on cognitive learning outcomes. This study aims to produce E-Dioclass learning media on the PBLPOE model of circulatory system material integrated with SDGs number 3 to develop critical reasoning dimensions and cognitive learning outcomes of phase F students that are valid and practical. The research model used is the Lee & Owens development model with five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The analysis stage aims to identify the needs of teachers and students. The design stage aims to design E-Dioclass media. The development stage is to realize the design in the form of a storyboard to become a prototype. The implementation stage is to apply the media in four meetings. The evaluation stage is to determine the effectiveness of the media. E-Dioclass media is a Google Classroom-assisted media that can be accessed online through electronic devices. The results of E-Dioclass media validation by media experts, material experts, and biology education practitioners obtained an average score of 95.7%. The results of the practicality test obtained a score of 81.6%. Therefore, E-Dioclass media is declared valid, practical.
