Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kinerja Mahasiswa Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data kinerja mahasiswa. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk menggantikan proses manual yang digunakan sebelumnya yang memakan waktu dan rawan kesalahan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan berbasis teknologi, sistem ini menyediakan platform terintegrasi untuk pencatatan, pemantauan, dan pelaporan prestasi akademik dan non-akademik. Fitur utama dari sistem ini mencakup modul untuk pendaftaran siswa dan pembaruan data, melacak pencapaian akademik, mengelola kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan menghasilkan laporan analitis dan statistik untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan. Selain itu, sistem ini memungkinkan siswa untuk mengakses dan memantau kemajuan kinerja mereka secara real-time, sehingga meningkatkan transparansi dan keterlibatan mereka dalam proses manajemen. Penerapan sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi beban administrasi, mempercepat pengolahan data, dan meningkatkan keakuratan informasi terkait kinerja mahasiswa. Dampak positif dari sistem ini diharapkan tercermin dalam peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan kinerja mahasiswa dan mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten dan berprestasi.

Abstract

The adoption of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is a crucial step toward improving healthcare service delivery, especially in public hospitals in developing countries. RSUD Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe, a referral hospital in Gorontalo, Indonesia, has implemented the SIMRS Khanza system to digitize inpatient registration and medical documentation. However, limited evaluation has been conducted to assess its effectiveness beyond technical performance. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of SIMRS Khanza using the Human-Organization-Technology Fit (HOT-Fit) framework, which examines the alignment between users, institutional support, and system quality. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving in-depth interviews, non-participatory observations, and document reviews with eight informants, including medical record officers, system coordinators, and hospital management. The findings reveal that although most users reported improved efficiency and satisfaction, several issues persist: incomplete training, limited adherence to SOPs, and system performance lags during peak hours. Organizational support was present but inconsistent, and documentation policies lacked specificity for digital contexts. Technologically, the system demonstrated stable output, but responsiveness and integration require enhancement. The synthesis of findings suggests that success in HIS implementation is contingent upon not only system reliability but also continuous user engagement, structured training, and dynamic policy support. Therefore, a holistic strategy integrating human, organizational, and technological components is essential to optimize SIMRS performance and sustainability.

Abstract

CV Expressa faces challenges with an attendance system that fails to provide adequate real-time monitoring of employee attendance and encounters difficulties in verifying the authenticity of attendance data. This has resulted in inefficiencies and unreliability in employee attendance management.This research employs data collection methods through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system development methodology applied is the Waterfall method, involving stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation using the Flutter framework, testing, and maintenance. The database utilized is PostgreSQL.The CV Expressa employee attendance application features various functionalities in streamlining the attendance process and managing employee data. These include location tracking and capturing photos during attendance, providing strong authentication evidence. Moreover, the application offers convenience in maintaining a daily journal to record employee activities. The generated outputs encompass attendance reports, offering information on employee attendance, as well as salary reports for each employee.

Abstract

Pada sistem yang berjalan di Shood Clothing, penyajian informasi mengenai mitra terkait produk, media sosial dan informasi mitra masih melalui relasi dari owner, sehingga penyebaran liputan informasi mengenai Shood Clothing masih belum dapat menyebar secara optimal. Dengan menggunakan sistem yang masih manual, keberadaan Shood Clothing belum diketahui oleh masyarakat luas di luar relasi owner, yang dapat mengakibatkan jumlah produk yang dibeli di Shood Clothing tidak terjual sesuai target yang diinginkan oleh owner. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi tahapan Requirements, System Design, Implementation, Program Testing, dan Maintenance. Sistem informasi manajemen ini berbasis website dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil dari perancangan sistem ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi web profil Shood Clothing berbasis website yang dapat digunakan untuk menyajikan informasi mengenai Shood Clothing kepada masyarakat luas. Sistem ini memudahkan pelanggan untuk mengetahui informasi seputar Shood Clothing, produk-produk Shood Clothing, serta media sosial admin Shood Clothing untuk memesan produk di Shood Clothing. Pengujian sistem menggunakna Black Box dengan hasil valid dan uji kelayakan yang di peroleh dengan nilai 87,825% yang artinya sangat layak.

Abstract

Tekanan darah adalah indikator penting untuk menilai kesehatan. Komplikasi serius seperti serangan jantung, stroke, dan gagal ginjal dapat dicegah dengan memantau tekanan darah secara teratur. Namun, pencatatan tekanan darah biasanya dilakukan secara manual, yang menimbulkan risiko kesalahan dan kurang efektif untuk pengawasan jangka panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem pemantauan tekanan darah otomatis berbasis kecerdasan buatan yang dapat merekam dan menganalisis data tekanan darah secara real-time. Sistem ini akan mengintegrasikan perangkat digital pengukur tekanan darah dengan aplikasi web, sehingga pengguna dapat secara otomatis mengakses dan menyimpan data dalam bentuk histori kesehatan mereka. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Agile dengan beberapa iterasi, mencakup perencanaan, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil melakukan klasifikasi tekanan darah (normal, rendah, tinggi), menyimpan data secara akurat, serta menampilkan histori tekanan darah dengan baik. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi jangka panjang yang efisien dan mudah diakses dalam pemantauan tekanan darah mandiri.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Penggajian Karyawan yang efektif merupakan komponen vital dari manajemen sumber daya manusia di sebuah perusahaan. CV. Bolodewe, yang bergerak di industri produksi makanan, membutuhkan sistem yang andal untuk menangani pencatatan karyawan, pelacakan kehadiran, dan perhitungan gaji secara efisien. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan dan penerapan sistem penggajian berbasis web yang bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan operasional penggajian, termasuk perhitungan upah, pemotongan, dan pembuatan slip gaji. Dibangun menggunakan teknologi web modern, sistem ini dapat diakses dari jarak jauh oleh pengguna yang berwenang kapan saja. Implementasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas operasional, mengurangi kesalahan pemrosesan manual, dan memberikan karyawan wawasan yang lebih jelas tentang detail gaji mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan berbagai teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi langsung, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan model waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan-tahapan seperti analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pemrograman, pengujian, dan implementasi akhir. Dikembangkan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, sistem berbasis web ini dirancang khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manajemen penggajian departemen SDM CV. Bolodewe. Hasil akhir dari proyek ini adalah sistem penggajian yang fungsional dan ramah pengguna yang meningkatkan akurasi dan transparansi pemrosesan gaji. Abstract

This study aims to design an intelligent chatbot system integrated with voice recognition features to assist users in efficiently and interactively analyzing the content of PDF documents. The background of this system development stems from the difficulties many users face in understanding and extracting information from complex and lengthy digital documents. Adopting a Research and Development (R&D) approach based on the ADDIE model, this study develops a system prototype that allows users to issue commands via voice or text, and then receive responses in the form of summaries, specific answers, or information retrieval from PDF files. Although still in the design stage, this study has identified key components such as the voice recognition module, natural language processing (NLP), and PDF parser. The system evaluation plan involves testing accuracy, response relevance, and user comfort through limited simulations. Planning results indicate that the system holds significant potential in supporting educational, research, and administrative activities, although it still faces technical challenges such as voice accent variations and complex document structures. With further development that considers efficiency and sustainability, this system is expected to become a smart solution for digital document management.

Abstract

The increasing volume of academic documents in PDF format presents challenges for students, lecturers, and academic staff in quickly accessing specific information. This study proposes the design and development of an intelligent chatbot system that facilitates semantic analysis of academic PDF documents at Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta. The system integrates Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and a Large Language Model (LLM), specifically GPT-4, using the Langchain framework to interpret user queries and deliver context-aware responses. The Research and Development (R&D) methodology was applied using a 4D model: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. A prototype was developed with capabilities such as extracting content, summarizing sections, and answering user queries based on uploaded academic PDFs. Functional and usability testing were conducted using real academic documents. The results indicate high response accuracy (90%) and strong user satisfaction (score: 4.5/5), validating the system’s performance. The chatbot demonstrated its ability to support academic services by improving access to unstructured knowledge and streamlining information retrieval. Despite its potential, the system also faces challenges including PDF structure variations, dependency on third-party APIs, and the need for data privacy safeguards. This research provides a foundation for future implementations of AI-powered educational tools, suggesting further development such as multilingual support, voice interaction, and institutional integration.

Abstract

Mas Bagong Building Store is one of the building shops loated in Kartasura that provides various kind of building raw materials. Current problems with Mas Bagong Building Store is the diffictulty in inputting reports on sales, purchases and stock of goads. Mas Bagong Building Store uses Microsoft Exel as a dataformulas. The purpose of this research is to provide solutions to Mas Bagong Building Store owners and create a website-based Point Of Sales (POS) system that is easy for users to operate. The research method used by interview, documentasion and observation. The system development model used in this study is the Waterfall model. This method has sereval stages, namely needs analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation. After conducting a needs analysis, a POS system was designed using the Native Framework, system development using PHP and MySQL, and using XAMPP as a server. With the existence of a Point Of Sales (POS) system, it is hoped that it will simplify the process of sales, purchases and reports

Abstract

Modern technology has brought significant changes to various sectors, including agriculture and environmental management. Challenges faced in plant cultivation include limited clean water sources and waste generated from various agricultural and aquaculture systems. The ornamental plant Sansevieria is one type of plant widely used in interior design due to its ability to improve air quality and its attractive aesthetics. By utilizing wastewater from fish ponds as an irrigation medium, it is hoped that these plants will not only be able to grow well and obtain adequate nutritional intake, but can also provide additional benefits in the form of reusing resources previously considered waste. The technology to be developed is based on the integration of the Internet of Things, which utilizes wastewater from freshwater fish aquaculture as an irrigation medium for ornamental Sansevieria plants. The method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method, a systematic approach that aims to develop, test, and refine a product through a series of gradual steps. One of the results of this research is a system that is able to demonstrate its potential in reducing dependence on clean water and providing new uses for aquaculture waste to maintain plant health efficiently.
