Abstract

Blue Economy adalah usaha memanfaatkan  potensi sumber daya laut berbasis lingkungan dalam menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat wilayah pesisir. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) sebagai bagian dari program Kedaireka Matching Fund Direktorat Pendidikan Tinggi ini, dilakukan di wilayah Lemukutan untuk tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan  dan kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir  melalui kegiatan Implementasi Blue Economy Melalui  Kegiatan  Budi Daya Rumput Laut E. cottonii di Wilayah Pesisir . Budidaya E. cottonii dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode longline, melibatkan sebanyak 15 orang mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi di lingkungan Universitas Tanjungpura serta 10 orang masyarakat setempat, selama 4 bulan berkegiatan. Kesuksesan usaha  budidaya rumput laut sangat tergantung pada pemilihan lahan dengan parameter lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan rumput laut, teknik serta metode budidaya yang sesuai. Kegiatan PKM ini menggunakan metode ceramah, simulasi di darat kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktek langsung menanam rumput laut E. cottonii di wilayah perairan Lemukutan. Dari hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan kemampuan masyarakat menggunakan metode long line dalam budidaya rumput laut E. cottonii sudah sangat memadai, dengan pengamatan selama 50 hari menunjukkan pertumbuhan relatifve sebesar 220,50%, dan  pertumbuhan harian 3.36 %. Penanaman rumput laut harus memperhitungkan intensitas matahari untuk memaksimalkan berlangsungnya fotosintesis serta menghindari penanaman di masa menjelang ekstrim di mana terjadi curah hujan tinggi dan gelombang laut yang kuat. Blue Economy Implementation Through Eucheuma cottonii Seaweed Cultivation Activities in the Coastal Area of ??Lemukutan Island  Blue Economy is an effort to exploit the potential of marine resources based on the environment in supporting the economic growth of coastal communities. Community Service (PKM) as part of the Directorate of Higher Education's Kedaireka Matching Fund program, is carried out in the Lemukutan area for the purpose of improving the skills and welfare of coastal communities through Blue Economy Implementation activities through E. cottonii Seaweed Cultivation Activities in the Coastal Area. The cultivation of E. cottonii was carried out using the longline method, involving as many as 15 students from various study programs at Tanjungpura University and 10 local people, for 4 months of activities. The success of seaweed farming is highly dependent on the selection of land with environmental parameters that support the growth and development of seaweed, appropriate cultivation techniques and methods. This PKM activity used the lecture method, simulations on land and then continued with direct practice of planting E. cottonii seaweed in the waters of Lemukutan. The results of this activity show that the community's ability to use the long line method in cultivating E. cottonii seaweed is very adequate, with observations for 50 days showing a relative growth of 220.50% and a daily growth of 3.36%. Seaweed planting must take into account the intensity of the sun to maximize photosynthesis and avoid planting at extreme times when there is high rainfall and strong sea waves.

Abstract

One of the important things in the management of the lecture building is the need for a security system to lock the door. This is necessary to avoid the possibility of theft and negligence in opening or closing the door at certain hours. The purpose of this study is to implement an Internet of Things-based door security control and monitoring system using a mobile device. This system is a substitute for door security that uses conventional locks. The system can be accessed by setting the operating time from 07.00-17.00. If there is a change in operational time, the admin can reset the operational time. Before the operating time ends, the speaker gives an automatic door lock warning, and the door is automatically locked and cannot be accessed. In addition, the system is equipped with a door alarm using a buzzer and a notification is sent via the application when the door is forcibly opened. The door control process starts by reading the operating time and the status of the door lock solenoid. If the initial status of the door lock solenoid is locked, the RFID tag sends data to the RFID reader, then the door lock solenoid opens. The test results show that the response time for opening and locking doors using RFID is 26,22 seconds and 22,25 seconds. The response time to open and lock the door using the application is 5,03 seconds and 5,34 seconds, respectively. The average response time when the door is forcibly opened is 14,83 seconds

Abstract

Server security is an important thing that must be considered so that the server can work well and serve users. Attacks on servers can threaten server performance and data security in it. According to the National Cyber and Crypto Agency 2020 report, ports 22 and 80 were the top ports with the most attacks. One of the attacks on port 22 is brute force and an attack on port 80 is Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS). To solve this problem, a study was conducted to implement fail2ban IPS (Intrusion Prevention System) to increase server security. The attacks tested focused on brute force attacks on port 22 and DDoS attacks on port 80 using the TCP protocol. The fail2ban system is equipped with a website interface and notifications via telegram. The test results show that DDoS attacks have more impact on CPU performance with the highest increase in CPU being 92%, while brute force attacks have more impact on server memory performance with the highest increase in memory by 100%. The increase in server performance results in slowed server performance. The system managed to prevent DDoS attacks with an average speed of 0.5 seconds while brute force attacks were 6.1 seconds. The system managed to prevent DDoS attacks with a total of 88 attacks and brute force attacks with a total of 864 attacks.

Abstract

Server is a center for providing services and storing data in a computer network. A server is managed by server administrator who has a duty of monitoring security server. While on duty, there are deficiencies in detecting attacks, the slow information about the attacks, and how to handle attacks on the server. In this research, a server security system was created by implementing an Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) based on website and mobile applications. Attack detection focuses on ICMP and TCP port attacks with the latency time when the system responds to an attack is 99,89 ms (very good). The attack handling system was successfully carried out using Iptables against the attacker's IP that detected by the Suricata system through the website and mobile applications, to be given action which is divided into Drop, Reject and Accept. Administrators can quickly take the necessary precautions after receiving an automatic notification when the server is under attack via Telegram with an average speed is 3.41second. The ping attack, port scanning and ping of death (DoS) attacks resulted in an increase in the performance load on the local server with the initial conditions of CPU performance ranging from 10-19%, increasing when a ping attack occurred to 21,6%, memory 41,7%, and disk 19,6%. Port scanning increased by 85,9% CPU, memory 41,9%, and disk 20,3%. Ping of death increased CPU 90,4%, memory 42,9%, and disk 20,8%. Based on the tests that have been done, an excessive increase is found in the ping of death attack which results in server performance increasing to 90,4%, if the attack occurs for a long time then the server condition will be hang (damaged).

Abstract

Aeroponics is a farming method without soil media that works by spraying water and a nutrient solution in the form of a mist on plant roots. The use of the aeroponic method itself requires monitoring and controlling air temperature, air humidity, water temperature, and nutrient levels. Incorrect settings can cause plants to experience drought, root rot, and a lack of nutritional elements, which can cause plant death. Therefore, we need a system that can monitor and control air temperature, air humidity, water temperature, and nutrient content. This research builds an Internet of Things-based system that can assist in providing information regarding the values of air temperature, air humidity, water temperature, and nutrient content displayed on the website application. The system can also perform manual and automatic control functions. In the test results, the sensor value reading system has an accuracy of 98.56% for air temperature, 96.89% for accuracy of air humidity readings, 99.64% for accuracy of water temperature readings, 97.02% for accuracy of nutrient solution readings, and 99.86% for accuracy of water level readings. The test results from observing potato plants for 21 days showed an increase in growth in the highest plant height with an average of 4.36 cm and the lowest plant height growth with an average of 0.96 cm.

Abstract

Abstract The Ginger Farmer Group in Rasau Jaya Umum Village is a ginger farmer group that only produces ginger rhizomes which are directly sold to collectors. This results in the farmers being less empowered to improve their welfare. Therefore, training and assistance is needed to improve the knowledge and skills of the Ginger Farmer Group in Rasau Jaya Umum Village in understanding various medicinal plants and their processing so as to increase the selling value of agricultural products. The implementation of activities is carried out in the form of training and assistance regarding medicinal plants and their processing. Based on observations made during the activity and then giving a questionnaire, data obtained that members of the ginger farmer group in Rasau Jaya Umum Village were enthusiastic about participating in the activity by 100%, increasing their knowledge by 30%, skills in processing medicinal plants increased by 40%. This condition is a trigger for improving the welfare of the ginger farmer group in Rasau Jaya Umum Village. Abstrak Kelompok Tani Jahe Desa Rasau Jaya Umum merupakan kelompok tani jahe yang hanya menghasilkan rimpang jahe yang langsung dijual ke pengepul. Hal ini mengakibatkan para petani kurang berdaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraannya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Kelompok Tani Jahe Desa Rasau Jaya Umum dalam memahami berbagai tanaman obat dan pengolahannya sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai jual hasil pertanian. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai tanaman obat dan pengolahannya. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan selama kegiatan kemudian dilakukan pemberian kuisioner diperoleh data bahwa anggota Kelompok Tani Jahe Desa Rasau Jaya Umum antusias mengikuti kegiatan sebesar 100%, meningkat pengetahuannya sebesar 30%, dan keterampilan pengolahan tanaman obat meningkat 40%. Kondisi ini menjadi pemicu peningkatan kesejahteraan Kelompok Tani Jahe Desa Rasau Jaya Umum.

Abstract

Aquascape adalah seni mengatur dan merancang taman air yang meniru lingkungan alami dalam sebuah akuarium atau kolam. Terdapat permasalahan pada aquascape yaitu tanaman pada aquascape memerlukan cahaya yang cukup untuk berfotosintesis. Kemudian air harus tetap jernih, bersih dan pH air tetap terjaga. Hal-hal tersebut berdampak pada pertumbuhan tanaman pada ekosistem aquascape. Pada penelitian ini dibuatlah rekayasa sistem fotosintesis, pengaturan suhu, penyaringan dan pergantian air pada aquascape berbasis IoT. Sistem ini dapat menyalakan lampu sesuai kebutuhan dari tanaman air. Kemudian dapat mengatur suhu air yang datanya didapat dari sensor suhu dan dapat melakukan penyaringan air apabila air sudah keruh pada batas tertentu, dan pergantian air apabila air mengalami kekeruhan diatas ambang dan pH air yang sudah tidak normal. Sistem pemantauan dibuat agar dapat diberi peringatan untuk diberikan perawatan sehingga tanaman air tetap tumbuh dan terawat serta kejernihan air tetap terjaga demi menjaga estetika pada aquascape tersebut.

Abstract

AbstractConditions of air temperature and air humidity as well as  feeding for cats are some of the important elements difficult to monitor by cat keepers when they are not home. As a result, the cats’ feeding pattern and room conditions are not properly maintained. In this research, a system named smart cat room was built to monitor and control the air temperature, air humidity, food residue, and the amount of cat food. The types of cats in this research were Maine Coon, Bengal, and Persian. With this system, users can monitor and control the smart cat room through an Android-based application. The result of the testing of the smart cat room system had an average air temperature value for Maine Coon cats of 25.31°C and an air humidity value of Maine Coon cats is 62.90%. Average air temperature value for Bengal cats is 27.49°C and the air humidity value of Bengal cats is 62.33%. The average value of air temperature for Persian cats is 22.17°C and the air humidity value of Persia cats is 59.05%. According to the results, the smart cat room system shows that the average value of air temperature, air humidity are as according to the standards, with the cats’ skin and fur conditions inside the smart cat room well-maintained. Feeding can also be done at the right time and weight according to the type of cat in the Smart Cat Room

Abstract

Pengenalan ciri fisik menggunakan biometrik palm print untuk menentukan identitas seseorang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk melakukan presensi perkuliahan. Presensi perkuliahan yang dilakukan secara manual masih rawan terhadap kecurangan diantaranya pemalsuan tanda tangan dan kecurangan melakukan presensi yang tidak tepat waktu. untuk mengantisipasi terjadi kecurangan pada presensi dibutuhkan sebuah sistem presensi menggunakan biometrik palm print  untuk melakukan  presensi dan mencatat kehadiran beserta waktu presensi sehingga meningkatkan kedisiplinan mahasiswa. Biometrik palm print dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi masalah kecurangan dalam melakukan presensi, karena pola palm print pada setiap orang berbeda-beda dan menyediakan area yang lebih luas untuk melakukan proses pengenalan. Dalam penelitian  ini  diggunakan palm metode Principal Component Analysis untuk mengekraksi nilai fitur yang terdapat pada palm print, kemudian nilai fitur tersebut digunakan untuk melakukan proses pencocokan menggunakan Euclidean Distance dengan menghitung jarak terdekat. Sistem presensi yang dibuat  telah bekerja dengan baik  dengan  menggunakan jumlah data sebanyak 30 citra palm print  sebagai data uji dan 15 citra palm print sebagai data latih  latih, Hasilnya adalah  20 citra uji dapat dikenali dan 10 citra uji tidak dapat dikenali dengan persentase keberhasilan 66,67%. Citra yang tidak berhasil melakukan pencocokan dikarenakan pengambilan sampel citra uji dan citra latih memiliki pencahayaan dan posisi palm print yang berbeda-beda, hal ini akan mempengaruhi pencocokan nilai fitur citra uji terhadap latih  dengan nilai jarak Euclidean Distance yang besar,  sehingga mempengaruhi tingkat kemiripan untuk melakukan pencocokan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi selain berdampak positif juga berdampak negatif, salah satunya konten yang berisikan materi seksualitas. Peran teknologi memiliki pengaruh yang besar untuk mempermudah dalam mengakses gambar-gambar seperti pornografi. Gambar pornografi dapat dilihat dari bagian tubuh yang terlihat terutama kulit. Karakteristik dari warna kulit memiliki ciri khas untuk dapat memenuhi aspek yang dapat dengan cepat dan tepat memudahkan dalam menentukan gambar pornografi kerena dapat dikenali dengan hanya melihat. Deteksi dengan menggunakan warna kulit merupakan proses menemukan bagian kulit diwilayah gambar. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi, maka dibangun sistem aplikasi untuk mendeteksi citra pornografi dengan metode ruang warna IRgBy. Aplikasi ini melakukan pendeteksian warna kulit pada gambar RGB, yang hasilnya digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak kulit atau bukan kulit pada suatu gambar. Warna kulit digunakan sebagai data uji sekaligus data pengamatan yang telah melalui proses deteksi yang hasilnya digunakan untuk menentukan gambar tersebut pornografi atau bukan pornografi. Sistem yang dibangun menerima masukan citra digital dalam format bmp atau jpeg. Hasil pengujian 20 citra uji didapatkan hasil benar sebanyak 18 citra uji dengan 2 citra uji yang berhasil tetapi dinilai tidak tepat, sehingga menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 90%.
