Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price variables and promotion variables on consumer loyalty among Grab-Food users in Yogyakarta. The variables used in this study consist of independent variables, namely price (X1) and promotion (X2), as well as the dependent variable, which is consumer loyalty (Y). The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis, instrument quality testing (validity and reliability tests), and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression (t-test and R² test), with a total of 100 respondents. The results of the analysis using the multiple linear regression equation show that price has a significant effect on consumer loyalty among Grab-Food users in Yogyakarta. This means that price significantly influences consumer loyalty and has a simultaneous significant effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer loyalty of Grab-Food users in Yogyakarta is influenced by price (X1) and promotion (X2), while the remaining factors are influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan pada Rating Penilaian dan Ulasan Online terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen pada toko online Shopee. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni mahasiswa di Yogyakarta dan merupakan pengguna/pernah berbelanja di Shopee dengan sampel 110 orang konsumen yang mengetahui dan menggunakan Shopee. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan regresi linear berganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 26 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Rating Penilaian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen, sedangkan Ulasan Online tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepercayaaan Konsumen. Secara simultan variabel Rating Penilaian dan Ulasan Online berpengaruh terhadap Kepercyaan Konsumen. Selain itu, faktor Rating Penilaian dan Ulasan online berkontribusi sebesar 58,6% terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen sedangkan sisanya 41,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Rating Penilaian, Ulasan Online, Kepercayaan Konsumen ABSTRAC This study aims to examine the effect of partial and simultaneous Rating Ratings and Online Reviews on Consumer Confidence in Shopee's online store. The population in this study are students in Yogyakarta and are users/have shopped at Shopee with a sample of 110 consumers who know and use Shopee. The sampling method used purposive sampling and multiple linear regression. Data processing is done using SPSS version 26 software for windows. This study's results indicate that the Rating variable partially has a significant effect on Consumer Trust, while Online Reviews have no significant effect on Consumer Trust. Simultaneously, the variables of Rating Rating and Online Reviews have an effect on Consumer Trust. In addition, the online rating and review factor contributed 58.6% to consumer confidence while the remaining 41.4% was influenced by other variables outside of this study. Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa SMU/K kelas XII SMK Sanjaya Pakem tentang pentingnya manajemen waktu dan pengelolaan stres sebagai bekal menghadapi ujian dan transisi menuju dunia dewasa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan interaktif yang mencakup teori, simulasi praktik, dan diskusi kelompok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya perencanaan waktu, pengelolaan prioritas, serta teknik relaksasi untuk mengelola stres. Program ini diharapkan dapat membantu siswa lebih siap menghadapi tantangan akademik dan sosial dalam kehidupan selanjutnya. Kata kunci : Manajemen Waktu, Stress

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Customer Satisfaction Index Pengguna Aplikasi Tiktok Shop di Kalangan Mahasiswa Dengan Metode Importance Performance Analysis. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa salah satu kampus di Yogyakarta dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner dengan alat bantu google form. Teknik analisis data mengunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis dengan bantuan aplikasi Bandistats. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai Customer Satisfaction index (CSI) sebesar 90.00%. Berdasarkan kriteria kepuasan konsumen nilai tersebut berada di antara nilai 80 – 100 dengan kategori sangat puas. Abstract

Using a methodical literature review technique, this study seeks to compile the most recent data about the impact of workplace spirituality on organizational performance. Using the keywords "job performance," "organizational performance," and "workplace spirituality," Google Scholar is the database that is used. Use the article search tool publish or perish to find English-language papers in the Google Scholar database between 2017 and 2025. 988 articles were found in the search results. Following the procedure for inclusion and exclusion, 40 suitable articles were found. The synthesis's findings demonstrate how organizational performance is impacted by workplace spirituality. According to this review, workplace spirituality can boost constructive employee behavior, which raises the caliber of work produced. Aside from that, workplace spirituality functions as a moderator and mediator in addition to being an independent variable. A concept map that illustrates the connection between workplace spirituality and different organizational outcomes is also created by this literature review. Additionally, this study is significant because it might serve as a reference for scholars wishing to delve further into the connection between job performance and workplace spirituality.
