Abstract

Pemanfaatan Puskesmas merupakan upaya dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan. Diketahui bahwa jumlah rujukan dari Puskesmas Sidomulyo ke rumah sakit mencapai 617 kasus, menunjukkan tingginya kebutuhan masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan Puskesmas tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan status pekerjaan dan pendapatan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Sidomulyo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan rancangan Cross Sectional menggunakan teknik accidental sampling yang dilaksanakan selama bulan Mei-Juni 2021. Populasi adalah seluruh masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sidomulyo kota Bengkulu dengan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Data di analisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 16, data yang di analisis adalah uji univariat, bivariat. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa responden telah memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan yaitu 40 orang (80%), bekerja 37 orang (74%) dan responden yang mempunyai pendapatan ≤2.000.000 sebanyak 27 orang (54%). Variabel yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan Puskesmas sebagai pelayanan primer di puskesmas Sidomulyo adalah pekerjaan (p=0,046), sedangkan pendapatan tidak terdapat hubungan (nilai p>). Diharapkan pihak Puskesmas untuk terus melakukan sosialisasi terkait pelayanan kesehatan yang ada sebagai upaya peningkatan pemanfaatan.

Abstract

Natural disasters are still a concern and problem in the world, including in Indonesia. Indonesia is a country that is prone to flooding, so it is very risky to cause material losses that can cost many lives. Tanjung Agung Village is one of the areas in Bengkulu City which continues to be flooded every year, even the frequency of flooding can be two to three times a year with inundation heights reaching one and a half meters from the ground. This community service is carried out for the residents of RT. 03 Tanjung Agung Village, Bengkulu City with activities including health education on preparedness to face flood disasters, simulation of flooding, mutual cooperation and tree planting. The results of the activity show that the community' s desire to start caring for the environment can be seen from the enthusiasm of the community in every series of activities ranging from health education, simulation, mutual cooperation and tree planting as an effort to minimize the risk of flood disasters during heavy rains. It can be concluded that this activity has a positive impact on supporting and increasing knowledge and increasing awareness of the RT community. 03 Tanjung Agung Village, Bengkulu City regarding the danger of flooding.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients at the Betungan Health Center, Bengkulu City. This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The results of the BPJS patient satisfaction study were 20 respondents (50%) were satisfied. General patient target as many as 21 respondents (52.5%) was satisfied. The results of statistical tests obtained p-value satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients based on tangible dimensions <0.05 (p=0.025), reliability dimension (p=0.001), responsiveness dimension (p=0.001), assurance dimension (p=0.001) and empathy dimension (p=0.001). In conclusion, there are differences in the satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients at the Betungan Health Center, Bengkulu City. Keywords: BPJS, General Patients

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of health education on the Personal Hygiene of students at the Pancasila Islamic Boarding School in Bengkulu City. This study is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional approach. The results of the univariate analysis obtained that the average score of personal hygiene behavior before being given health education was 42.17 and after health education was 61.20. In conclusion, there is an effect of health education on personal hygiene and on average before and after being given health education on personal hygiene behavior. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards Covid-19 prevention behavior at the Pancasila Islamic Boarding School in Bengkulu City. This research method is a quantitative research with cross sectional method. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 55.9% of students had good knowledge, 50.00% of students had an attitude of supporting Covid-19 prevention, and 55.9% of students behaved well in preventing Covid-19. The results of the chi-square test obtained that the p-value between knowledge and attitudes with Covid-19 related to Covid-19 prevention was 0.539 and 1,000. In conclusion, there is no relationship between knowledge and attitudes with Covid-19 prevention behavior at the Bengkulu City Pancasila Islamic Boarding School. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of knowledge with adolescent attitudes towards Maturation Age of Marriage (PUP). This research method is a quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The results showed that there were 63 female adolescents (63%), the most aged 18-19 years 51 (51%), good knowledge 65 people (65%) and a positive attitude of Maturation of Marriage Age (PUP) namely 61 people (61 %). In conclusion, there is no relationship between the level of knowledge with adolescent attitudes towards Maturation Age of Marriage. Abstract

Tindakan pencegahan COVID 19 harus diterapkan untuk mencegah infeksi virus. Survey pendahuluan menunjukkan lebih dari 50% Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu belum menerapkan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 pada mahasiswa/i. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah cross sectional. Survei dilakukan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu selama bulan Desember 2020. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 5.788 mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu mulai tahun 2014-2020 dengan status aktif. Sampel diperoleh sebanyak 98 mahasiswa. Analisis univariat dan bivariat digunakan setelah data terkumpul. Hasil analisis menemukkan hanya 51% responden yang menerapkan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19, berpengetahuan tinggi (62,2%), sikap mendukung (52,04) dan keluarga mendukung (57,1%). Tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang pencegahan COVID-19 (Pv=0,499) dan dukungan yang diberikan keluarga (Pv=0,431) dengan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 dan ada hubungan sikap dengan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 (Pv=0,001; OR=4,667).

Abstract

The continued use of contraception has an effect on the effectiveness of a contraceptive method to prevent the occurrence of an unwanted pregnancy. The purpose of this study is to find the association of the incidence of contraceptive discontinuation in women of 15-49 years of age in Bengkulu Province. While the benefits of this study specifically for the National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN) are to overcome the problems associated with Population, Family Planning and Family Development (KKBPK) for the discontinuation of contraceptive use in WUS in Family Planning in Bengkulu Province. This study uses a cross-sectional design using secondary data from the 2017 IDHS data on respondents of Fertile Age Women, and the results of the data analyzed using the SPSS program with the Univariate, Bivariate Chi-Square test. The results of this study found that WUS who discontinued using contraceptives were 89 people (33.8%), with the reason that the dominant husband opposed 85 people (32.3%) and health problems as many as 44 people (16.7%). Most were 15-35 years old and high school graduates, most worked and lived in the village. There is no relationship between age (p value 0.420), education (p value 0.304), employment (p value 0.275), area of residence (p value 0.714) and wealth index (economy) (p value 0.232) with the incidence of contraceptive use in Fertile Age Women Bengkulu Province. Factors of age, education, occupation, area of residence and wealth index (economy) impact the incidence of dropping out of contraceptive use in women of childbearing age.

Abstract

Background of Study: Th increasing number of hospitals has made the people to free choose services that match their expectations. The number of patient visits at the Outpatient Polyclinic of Bhayangkara Hospital Level III Pattern Bengkulu has decreased from 2016 to 2019. The decision to visit the community is influenced by how they perceive the stimuli they receive in the marketing mix consisting of Product, Price, Promotion and Place. This study aims to determine the relationship between client perceptions of the marketing mix with the decision to choose polyclinic services at Bhayangkara Hospital Level III, Bengkulu City Police.Methods: The research design was cross-sectional. The number of samples were 92 clients who used outpatient poly services taken by accidental sampling technique. The research was held from July to August 2019. The data analysis technique used Chi Square.Results: The results showed that 55.4% of respondents had a good perception of the hospital's marketing mix and 62% of respondents made the decision to re-elect outpatient polyclinic services. Bivariate analysis showed p value = 0.001 which means that there was a relationship between the client’s perception of the marketing mix on the decision to choose an outpatient polyclinic service at Bhayangkara Hospital Level III Bengkulu Police.Conclusion: There is relationship between the client’s perception of the marketing mix on the decision to choose an outpatient hospital polyclinic.Keywords : Marketing Mix, Decision, Election, Polyclinic

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh pada kekhawatiran ibu terhadap kesehatan anaknya. Terutama pada ibu dalam menyusui. Ibu khawatir jika ibu atau ada keluarga mengalami gejala batuk pilek atau kondisi lainnya yang mengarah kepada gejala Covid-19. Edukasi kepada ibu sangat diperlukan untuk mengatasi kekhawatiran ibu tentang kondisi ini, sehingga ibu memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang menyusui di masa pandemi. Kegiatan ini berlangsung 26 April sampai 26 tahun 2021 Mei di wilayah kerja puskesmas lingkar timur. Sehubungan masih dalam kondisi pandemic Covid-19, kegiatan edukasi diberikan menggunakan media leaflet dengan mendatangi satu per satu rumah ibu menyusui. Sebelum memberikan edukasi pelaksana mengukur terlebih dahulu pemahaman ibu kemudian memberikan edukasi dan selanjutnya mengukur Kembali pemahaman itu. Kegiatan berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan, ibu yang semulanya belum memahami cara menyusui dimasa pandemi sekarang sudah mulai paham. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan skor ibu sebelum dan setelah edukasi. Ibu dan keluarga tidak khawatir lagi menyusui anaknya. Edukasi tentang menyusui di masa pandemic sangat bermanfaat bagi ibu dan keluarga. Keyword : Menyusui, Masa Pandemi
