Abstract

Schools are formal educational institutions in which there are teaching and learning activities in achieving national education goals. To be able to achieve the goals of quality and quality national education, one of the components needed is human resources. Therefore the development of human resources is fundamental for school managers. The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts made by the school to improve the quality of human resources at SD IT Almunawwar and explain the implications of HR development on quality development at SD IT AlMunawwar. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation methods. Data were analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The conclusions show (1) efforts made by the school to improve the quality of human resources at SD IT Almunawwar is to conduct teacher evaluations every week, namely on Saturdays. In addition, the school also provides guidance in the form of subject teacher deliberations (MGMP) per field of study. And held teacher working group (KKG) training for PAI teachers. (2) implications of HR development on quality development at SDIT Al-Munawwar can be seen from the programs developed at SDIT Al-Munawwar.

Abstract

Mother Gabena Harahap's recitation place is a place to learn the Koran for children of the Sibuhuan Market neighborhood VI community for those who want to learn the Koran in neighborhood VI of Sibuhuan Pasar Village. However, there is a problem that is still a problem in terms of reading, namely the lack of applying the correct knowledge of recitation. Children who recite the Koran only apply the pronunciation of hijaiyah letters without applying the knowledge of recitation. The purpose of this activity is to provide learning to children who recite the Koran so that their reading is in accordance with the science of recitation. The method used in the mentoring is face-to-face teaching of the Koran to children who recite the Koran at the Gabena Harahap Study House. The result of the service is an increase in the ability to read the Koran with recitation.

Abstract

In several locations, the community faces problems regarding the procession of managing the corpse. The procedures for caring for, bathing and shrouding and praying for the corpse are due to never studying, never reading, no one teaching and lack of information about the process. Therefore community service activities in the form of assistance are very important to implement. Because community service is an activity that aims to help the community in several activities without expecting rewards in any form. In general, this community service program is designed by various universities in Indonesia to make a real contribution to the nation, especially in developing the welfare and progress of the Indonesian nation. Community service activities are part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. In this case, this activity aims to increase the professionalism and quality of community service in carrying out the obligations of Fardhu Kifayah. This activity produces assistance output in the form of improving the quality of funeral services.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that there are still students who still make mistakes in writing their thesis and also in using punctuation marks and the solution that the researcher provides is to upload the file to Google Drive and carry out analysis using Google Doc. The objectives of this research are (1) To find out language spelling errors in preparing thesis proposals for PGMI STAIBR Sibuhuan students. (2) To find out writing errors in STAIBR Sibuhuan student theses. (3) To describe spelling errors in using capital letters, errors in using italics, and errors in using bold letters in PGMI STAIBR Sibuhuan student theses. In this research the author used a type of field research, the design used was qualitative research, namely research that produces data in the form of written or spoken words from the people being observed. The researcher checked the validity of the data by means of source triangulation and technical triangulation. Source triangulation is triangulation carried out by interviewing various sources, such as the head of the library and lecturers, students from the class of 2017. However, the results obtained must remain the same. Meanwhile, technical triangulation is triangulation carried out by researchers by collecting different data from the same source. By using triangulation techniques in data collection, the data obtained will be better and more certain. Analysis of capital letter errors in writing and italics in students' theses at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI) Barumun Raya Islamic College (STAIBR) Sibuhuan. caused by errors in the use of capital letters as elements of the first letter of a word at the beginning of a sentence, the first letter of the name of a nation, ethnic group, and language. Analysis of errors in writing prepositions in, to and from students' theses at the Islamic High School Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI). Islam Barumun Raya (STAIBR) Sibuhuan is due to ignorance that the writing must be written separately from the words of its followers or a combination of words that are commonly considered as one word. Analysis of errors in the use of punctuation marks in students' theses at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI) Barumun Islamic College Raya (STAIBR) Sibuhuan errors which include errors in the use of the period punctuation mark (.), errors in the use of the comma punctuation mark (,), errors in the use of the colon (:), and errors in the use of the question mark (?) errors. Punctuation errors are caused by differences in perception in the use of punctuation marks in accordance with EYD guidelines.

Abstract

Abstract The problem of this research is the perception that santri are often considered to lack a sense of ukwah wathaniyah. The purpose of the study was to determine how the influence of the uswatun hasanah nature of educators on ukhwah wathaniyah santri. The research method used is quantitative and the data collection instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis using simple linear regression. The results showed that the significance value was 0.047, meaning that the significance value of the anova table was greater than 0.05 (0.047 <0.05). From this data, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is an influence of the uswatun hasanah nature of educators on the spirit of ukhwah wathaniyah of students at Nurul Huda Al-Islami Islamic Boarding School in Pekanbaru City. Furthermore, because the value of the regression coefficient is negative (-), it can be concluded that the nature of uswatun hasanah educators negatively affects the spirit of ukhwah wathaniyah santri. So the regression equation is Y = 62.994 - 0.107 X. Thus it can be concluded that if the uswatun hasanah nature of educators decreases, it will negatively affect the spirit of ukhwah wathaniyah santri. Keywords: uswah hasanah, ukhwah wathaniyah, boarding school, santri Abstrak Masalah penelitian ini adalah adanya persepsi bahwa santri sering dianggap kurang memiliki rasa kecintaan terhadap tanah air (ukwah wathaniyah). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh sifat uswatun hasanah pendidik terhadap ukhwah wathaniyah santri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dan instrumen pengumpulan datanya adalah angket. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.047, artinya nilai signifikansi tabel anova lebih besar dari pada 0.05 (0.047 < 0.05). Dari data ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima, yaitu terdapat pengaruh sifat uswatun hasanah pendidik terhadap spirit ukhwah wathaniyah santri di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Huda Al-Islami Kota Pekanbaru. Seterusnya, karena nilai koefisien regresi bernilai negatif (-), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sifat uswatun hasanah pendidik berpengaruh negatif terhadap spirit ukhwah wathaniyah santri. Jadi persamaan regresinya adalah Y = 62.994 - 0.107 X. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa apabila sifat uswatun hasanah pendidik menurun maka akan berpengaruh negatif terhadap spirit ukhwah wathaniyah santri. Abstract

Mangupa is a traditional ritual that is still preserved by the people of South Tapanuli as a form of gratitude to Allah SWT for success or avoidance of danger. This tradition also aims to return the tondi (soul/spirit) to the body so that a person can return to health. In the Mangupa procession, food is served and "hata pasu-pasu," which is an expression of prayer, advice and hope conveyed by family and traditional leaders. This procession is held at certain moments such as sirian (joy) and siluluton (sorrow), and uses traditional materials that have been determined. This research is descriptive analytical in nature which aims to explain the view of Islamic law regarding the implementation of Mangupa. Through a qualitative approach, the author tries to understand how this ritual is practiced in people's lives and how Islamic law views this tradition. From the research results, the implementation of Mangupa in Paringgonan Village was declared permissible (allowed) as long as it did not contain elements of shirk, superstition, lies or excessive waste. If in the future Mangupa violates religious principles, such as destroying beliefs or causing waste, his legal status could change to makruh or haram. The essence of Mangupa is an expression of gratitude, prayer and advice, which is in accordance with Islamic teachings, so that its practice is still acceptable as long as it does not conflict with the Shari'a.

Abstract

Pesantren merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan tertua di Indonesia yang memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan pengetahuan generasi muda. Sejak dahulu, pesantren dikenal sebagai lembaga yang fokus pada pengajaran ilmu agama. Namun, seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, banyak pesantren yang mulai mengintegrasikan ilmu umum dalam kurikulum mereka, yaitu dengan cara menerapkan model pendidikan holistik. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah literature review dengan menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis). Analisis isi digunakan untuk memahami teks-teks dokumen yang relevan dalam upaya mengungkap data-data penting dari tema yang diteliti. Hasil pembahasan penelitian ini bahwa pesantren dengan konsep holistik dapat diaplikasikan melalui kurikulum yang mencakup ilmu agama dan ilmu umum. Ilmu agama, yang meliputi studi tentang Al-Qur'an, Hadis, Fiqh, dan Tasawuf, berfungsi sebagai fondasi spiritual dan moral bagi santri. Di sisi lain, ilmu umum seperti matematika, sains, bahasa, dan teknologi diajarkan untuk mempersiapkan santri dalam menghadapi tantangan kehidupan modern. Pesantren sebagai model pendidikan holistik menawarkan keseimbangan yang ideal antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya menghasilkan santri yang cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki kedalaman spiritual dan moral yang kuat, karena pendekatan holistic adalah pendekatan yang mengedepankan perkembangan menyeluruh dari setiap individu, meliputi aspek intelektual, emosional, spiritual, dan sosial. Dengan demikian, pesantren memiliki peran penting dalam mencetak generasi yang mampu menghadapi tantangan zaman modern tanpa kehilangan identitas keagamaan mereka. Penting bagi pesantren-pesantren di Indonesia untuk terus mengembangkan dan mengoptimalkan pendekatan holistik ini guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan kontribusi mereka terhadap pembangunan bangsa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine (1) Writing Skills of Class II Students at SD Negeri 0513 Aek Lancat. (2) Application of the irex learning strategy in improving the writing skills of class II students at SD Negeri 0513 Aek Lancat.The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research was carried out in class IV of SD Negeri 0513 Aek Lancat. The data analysis techniques in this research are qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the pre-cycle students' writing skills, the low category was 8.33% of students' writing skills were very good, 2 or 16.67% of students' writing skills were "good", 2 or 16.6% of students' writing skills were "fair", 4 or 33 .33% of students' writing skills are "poor" and 3 or 25.00% of students' writing skills are "very poor". In the first cycle there was an increase, namely 3 or 25.00% of students' writing skills were "very good", 2 or 16.67% of students' writing skills were "good", 4 or 33.33% of students' writing skills were "fair", 3 or 25 .00% of students' writing skills were "poor" and no writing skills were "very poor", and in cycle II there was also an increase from the next cycle, namely there were 6 or 50.00% of students' writing skills were "very good", 5 or 41.67 % “good” writing skills. Based on the discussion that has been described, it can be concluded that the irex learning strategy can improve the writing skills of Class II students at SD Negeri 0513 Aek Lancat.

Abstract

Menurut Echols dan Hasan Sadily, kata Islamisasi berasal dari bahasa Inggris islamization yang berarti pengislaman. Ketika mendengar istilah Islamisasi Ilmu pengetahuan, ada sebuah kesan bahwa ada sebagian ilmu yang tidak Islam sehingga perlu untuk diislamkan. Berbicara tentang islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan, biasanya rujukannya berpusat pada dua tokoh utama, yaitu Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas dan Ismail Raji Al Faruqi. Antara al-Attas dengan al-Faruqi mempunyai kesamaan pandangan, seperti pada tataran epistemologi mereka sepakat bahwa ilmu tidak bebas nilai (value free) tetapi terikat (value bound) dengan nilai-nilai yang diyakini kebenarannya. Mereka juga sependapat bahwa ilmu mempunyai tujuan yang sama yang konsepsinya disandarkan pada prinsip metafisika, ontologi, epistemologi dan aksiologi dengan tauhid sebagai kuncinya. Walaupun cukup banyak persamaan yang terdapat di antara keduanya, dalam beberapa hal, secara prinsip, mereka berbeda. Untuk mensukseskan proyek Islamisasi, al-Attas lebih menekankan kepada subjek daripada ilmu, yaitu manusia, dengan melakukan pembersihan jiwa dan menghiasinya dengan sifat-sifat terpuji, sehingga dalam proses Islamisasi ilmu tersebut dengan sendirinya akan terjadi transformasi pribadi serta memiliki akal dan rohani yang telah menjadi Islam secara kaffah. Sedangkan al-Faruqi lebih menekankan pada objek Islamisasi yaitu disiplin ilmu itu sendiri.

Abstract

Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that (1) Student learning outcomes in citizenship education subjects on understanding freedom of organization in class IV of SD Negeri 0117 Sibuhuan, Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency before implementing the mastery learning model obtained a total of 1975 students' average score. was 63.71 and there were 23 students who scored below the KKM 75 with a percentage of 74.19% and 8 students scored above the KKM with a percentage of 25.81%. So it can be seen that learning in the pre-cycle has not been able to improve Civics learning outcomes. So the researcher tried to change the implementation of the teaching and learning process by using a learning model, namely mastery learning. (2) Improved student learning outcomes in citizenship education subjects on understanding freedom of organization in class IV of SD Negeri 0117 Sibuhuan, Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency, after implementing the mastery learning model in cycle I, obtaining a total of 2300 marks, the average value of students was 74.19 . Of the 31 students who got a score below the KKM of 75, there were 12 students with a percentage of 38.71% and 19 students got a score above the KKM with a percentage of 61.21%, while in the second cycle they got a total of 2575 scores. The average score for students was 83. .06, of the 31 students who got a score below the KKM 75 there were 3 students with a percentage of 10.00% and there were 3 students with a percentage of 9.68% and 28 students got a score above the KKM with a percentage of 90.32%.
