Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of workload, compensation and job satisfaction on lecturers' work productivity in scientific journal publications at Flores Ende University. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires from 71 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The research results show that work responsibilities, compensation and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on lecturers' work productivity and the F value count equal to 32.173 > F table 2.640 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination shows that 57.2% of changes in teacher performance are explained by the three independent variables. The conclusion of this research is that an effective workload, fair compensation system and increased job satisfaction will increase lecturers' work productivity in scientific journal publications. These findings have important implications for the development of policies and strategies to increase lecturer work productivity in the research field.

Abstract

This research examined optimising the management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) through modern management practices and sustainable innovation in developing the rural economy in Watusipi Village, North Ende District, Ende Regency. The activity was carried out as community service. It was attended by 43 participants, consisting of lecturers, students, village government representatives, BUMDes managers, and village communities, including community leaders, youth, and women members of village business groups. The findings of this study highlight the importance of collaborative efforts between village governments, BUMDes managers, and communities in achieving sustainable development goals. Integrating technology and innovative business practices will revive its business, including savings and loans, payment services, and virgin coconut oil management, which has not been running optimally. The study results show a need for significant restructuring of BUMDes through its adaptability in modern BUMDes operations to effectively contribute to improving the welfare of the village community and the economic resilience of Watusipi village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ada tidaknya pengaruh sistem imbalan, otonomi pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan pembiayaan sepeda motor di Kota Batam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan pembiyaan yang berlokasi di Kota Batam yang berjumlah 460 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 214 responden  yang tersebar di perusahaan pembiayaan yang ada di Kota Batam. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling.Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 18.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem imbalan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan otonomi pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh minat belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, serta menguji peran motivasi belajar sebagai variabel mediasi pada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Ende. Permasalahan utama yang melatarbelakangi penelitian adalah rendahnya motivasi dan disiplin siswa, terlihat dari sikap pasif, kurang percaya diri, serta ketidaksiapan mengikuti pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket tertutup, observasi, dan dokumentasi nilai rapor. Sampel berjumlah 128 siswa, diambil menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 4). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar dan disiplin belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi belajar sebagai variabel mediasi. Temuan ini mendukung teori motivasi Vroom dan konsep hasil belajar Bloom, sekaligus menunjukkan bahwa motivasi merupakan penghubung penting antara sikap, perilaku regulatif, dan prestasi akademik. Implikasi penelitian menekankan bahwa peningkatan minat dan disiplin belajar perlu dilakukan melalui pengalaman belajar yang kontekstual, sejalan dengan prinsip pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Guru berperan sebagai manajer pembelajaran yang menggunakan pendekatan manajemen kinerja untuk meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan perilaku belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan semangat kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Ende. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 44 orang Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Ende. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk uji hipotesis penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Variabel Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan kabupaten ende yang di tunjukkan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 0,497. (2) Variabel Komunikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan kabupaten ende dengan nilai thitung sebesar 0,293. (3) Variabel Semangat Kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan kabupaten ende dengan nilai thitung sebesar 0,421

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine: 1) The influence of work ability on increasing teacher competency at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School. 2) The influence of motivation on increasing teacher competency at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School. 3) The influence of work ability on increasing teacher competency at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School. This research is quantitative research, the sample in this research is all teachers who work at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School, totaling 43 people. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Results of statistical tests on the influence of the work environment (X1) on increasing teacher competency at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School (Y) of 5.487>1.684 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 has an effect on increasing teacher competency. Statistical test of the influence of work discipline (X2) towards increasing the competency of the Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School (Y) of 6.829 > 1.699 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 has an effect on increasing teacher competency. Statistical test of the influence of work ability (X3) towards increasing teacher competency at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School (Y) of -0.470 < 1.684 and a significant value of 0.642 > 0.05 was stated to have no effect on increasing teacher competency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) Whether digital leadership has a direct effect on employee engagement at PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch (2) Whether work motivation has a direct effect on employee engagement at PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch (3) Whether digital leadership through job satisfaction has an effect on employee engagement at PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch (4) Whether Job Motivation through job satisfaction affecting employee engagement at PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch. This research includes causality research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study is 38 employees of PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch. Data was collected with questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Path Analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this research. The results of this study show that, (1) There is a direct and significant influence of digital leadership Employee Engagement on employee engagement of PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch, with a standardized coefficient beta value of (β) 0.837 (2) There is a direct and significant influence of work motivation on employee engagement of PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch, with a standardized coefficient beta value of (β) 0.894. (3) There is an indirect and significant influence of digital leadership through job satisfaction on employee engagement at PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch directly and significantly Job Satisfaction on teachers of SMKN 1 Ende, with a standardized coefficient beta value of (β) 0.604. (4) There is an indirect and significant influence of work motivation through job satisfaction on employee engagement at PT Jasa Raharja Nusa Tenggara Branch, with a standardized coefficient beta value of (β) 0.684.

Abstract

  This study aims to explain: the effect of work motivation partially on employee performance, to explain the effect of the work environment partially on employee performance and to explain work motivation and work environment simultaneously on employee performance. The research method used in this study is to use descriptve analysis with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were millennial employees who work at the PT. Floresindo Ende Office with a sample size of 40 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that there is a significant influence between work motivation and employee performance, meaning that with increasing employee work motivation, employee performance will increase. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence between the work environment and employee performance, meaning that with better work environment conditions, employee performance will increase. Work motivation and work environment have been shown to have a significant influence on employee performance. This means that with changes in work motivation and work environment, employee performance will change.
