Abstract

This research focuses on the development of community-based tourism (community based tourism) as an effort to encourage sustainable tourism development. The increase in tourism destinations and investment which makes the tourism sector a key factor in income, job creation and business development is the background of this research. Therefore, an approach is needed that contains the concept of sustainable tourism development that involves the active participation of local communities. The concept of sustainable tourism has four main principles which consist of, being environmentally sustainable, socially and culturally acceptable, economically viable and making appropriate use of existing technology. This concept is one of the strategies in community-based tourism to achieve the goals of sustainable tourism development by involving the community in its management. Previous research shows that local community-based tourism development is able to provide positive impacts such as improvements in the economic sector, development of an entrepreneurial spirit and increased community creativity. There are three principles in the community-based tourism development strategy, namely: 1) Involving the community in every decision making, 2) There is certainty from local communities to receive benefits from tourism activities, 3) Providing training and educationtourism for local communities. Apart from that (community bass tourism) can be identified as a strategy for community economic development through empowerment, independence, conservation, sustainability and cultural improvement for more optimal livelihoods in the community

Abstract

This study seeks to identify and analyse the effect of both factors on career success. An associative strategy is used in this quantitative research. With a total of 39 participants, this study's research sample was representative of the population. This study makes use of quantitative data and employs multiple linear regression analysis techniques within the SPSS application. important for professional advancement, which in turn affects professional success. Achieving professional success is heavily influenced by both competently managing one's career and actively working to improve one's career. Approximately 65.4% of the career success variables may be explained by career competency and career growth variables, according to the computed coefficient of determination of 0.654, or 65.4%. At PT Jaya Trade Indonesia Nusa Tenggara Region, career competences and development account for 65.4% of the success that employees experience in their careers. Other factors that were not considered in this study account for the remaining 34.6%. To sum up, the success of employees' careers at PT Jaya Trade Indonesia Nusa Tenggara Region is influenced by their competencies in the workplace and their opportunities for professional development. The study found that employees' career success at PT. Jaya Trade Indonesia Nusa Tenggara Region is influenced by their career skills and career advances.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) Whether digital leadership has a direct effect on employee engagement at PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch (2) Whether work motivation has a direct effect on employee engagement at PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch (3) Whether digital leadership through job satisfaction has an effect on employee engagement at PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch (4) Whether Job Motivation through job satisfaction affecting employee engagement at PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch. This research includes causality research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study is 38 employees of PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch. Data was collected with questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Path Analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this research. The results of this study show that, (1) There is a direct and significant influence of digital leadership Employee Engagement on employee engagement of PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch, with a standardized coefficient beta value of (β) 0.837 (2) There is a direct and significant influence of work motivation on employee engagement of PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch, with a standardized coefficient beta value of (β) 0.894. (3) There is an indirect and significant influence of digital leadership through job satisfaction on employee engagement at PT Jasa Raharja East Nusa Tenggara Branch directly and significantly Job Satisfaction on teachers of SMKN 1 Ende, with a standardized coefficient beta value of (β) 0.604. (4) There is an indirect and significant influence of work motivation through job satisfaction on employee engagement at PT Jasa Raharja Nusa Tenggara Branch, with a standardized coefficient beta value of (β) 0.684.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment, organizational culture, organizational commitment and compensation on the performance of Roxi Ende Supermarket employees. The population in this study were 50 Roxi Ende Supermarket employees. The sampling technique used the total sampling method or saturated sample with a total of 50 respondents. Data collection methods include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously there is a significant influence between work discipline, work environment, organizational culture, organizational commitment and compensation on the performance of Roxi Ende Supermarket employees.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin kerja, Lingkungan kerja, Komitmen organisasi, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan Roxy Swalayan Ende. Dalam penelitian ini sampel menggunakan metode total sampling (sampel jenuh) berjumlah 50 orang. Metode Pengumpulan Data adalah : Kuesioner, Observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh partial dan signifikan Displin Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan Roxy Swalayan Ende dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 (2) Ada pengaruh partial dan signifikan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Roxy Swalayan Ende dengan signifikasi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 (3) Ada pengaruh partial dan signifikan pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Roxy Swalayan Ende dengan signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 (4) Ada pengaruh partial dan signifikan pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Roxy Swalayan Ende dengan signifikasi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Abstract

Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan penelitian kuantatif yang beralokasi pada kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan di Kabupaten Ende. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dimana semua populasi di jadikan sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 55 orang. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan data primer yaitu kuesioner/angket untuk variabel Y dari penelitian ini adalah kinerja pegawai dan pada variabel X yaitu kepemimpinan (XI), motivasi kerja (X2), disiplin kerja (X3) dan lingkungan kerja (4) data analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda yang pengolahannya melalui IBM SPSS Statistik ver 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Ende,. (2) Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Ende, (3) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Ende (4) Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan kabupaten Ende,.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengguna jasa angkutan umum (travel) di Kabupaten Ende. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen pengguna jasa angkutan umum (travel) di Kabupaten Ende, sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 98 responden dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling.. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000<0,05. Koeffisien determinasi yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 0,445 yang berarti 44,5% perubahan variabel kepuasan konsumen dijelasakan oleh perubahan variabel kualiats pelayanan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 55,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi UMKM pasca pandemi covid-19 di Kecamatan Langke Rembong Kabupaten Manggarai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 65 pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Langke Rembong Kabupaten Manggarai. Data di peroleh dari pengamatan langsung ke lapangan dan mengadakan wawancara secara mendalam dengan pelaku UMKM menggunakan daftar pertanyaan yang telah disiapkan.hasil penelitian ini yakni menemukan bahwa pandemic covid-19 memberikan dampak terhadap UMKM di Kecamatan Langke Rembong yaitu berdampak terhadap penurunan pendapatan usaha. Adapun strategi pemulihan usaha yang dilakukan UMKM pasca pandemic covid-19 diantaramya m3emperkuat sumber daya dalam segi pelayanan dan segi perkuat sumnber daya berupa sarana prasarana berbasis teknolohogi dalam segi penjualanan maupun produksi. Dengan strategi tersebut para UMKM mampu memulihkan usaha mereka dalam segi pendapatan walaupun belum pulih seutuhnya
