Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much digital technology is used in the marketing field for micro, small and medium enterprises in border areas, especially Bengkayang district. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, using the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of community research in Bengkayang Regency have used digital technology as a means of marketing products, but in implementing the management of marketing products it is still relatively low, because of problems in the network so that there is still use through manuals directly to consumers, although purchasing power is lower than using digital marketing technology.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan pada anak sangat penting diterapkan sejak dini supaya mendidik anak agar paham untuk mengelola keuangan secara bijak. Oleh karena itu, sasaran pendampingan ini ialah peserta didik sekolah dasar di jenjang kelas IV. Kegiatan pendampingan ini dilaksanakan di SDN 01 Bengkayang dengan beberapa pertemuan. Metode pendampingan ini menggunakan dua cara, yaitu pemberian materi dan praktek. Adapun kegiatan pendampingan ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap. Tahap pertama; koordinasi awal dengan kepala sekolah untuk pelaksanaan pendampingan. Tahap kedua; pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dengan pemberian materi awal, kemudian edukasi dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan media edukatif, dan diakhiri dengan kegiatan sharing dan diskusi mengenai materi dan praktek yang telah dilaksanakan. Praktek yang dilakukan ialah pembuatan tabungan dari karton dan barang bekas. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan lima kali pertemuan sampai peserta didik menyelesaikan praktek pembuatan tabungan secara berkelompok. Tujuan pendampingan ini untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan pada anak sekolah dasar melalui pembuatan media edukatif di SD 01 Bengkayang. Harapanya para peserta didik kelas IV SDN 01 Bengkayang semakin sadar bahwa literasi keuangan sangat penting melalui menabung secara mandiri dan diawali dengan memiliki tabungan sendiri.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bengkayang merupakan Kabupaten di wilayah perbatasan yang memiliki batas dengan negara tetangga, sehingga untuk mengembangkan suatu daerah seyogyanya memiliki SDM yang baik, salah satunya diawali dengan Pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah. Untuk itu pengabdi ingin memberikan pendampingan mengenai kewirausahaan dari usia dini untuk menanamkan pola pikir siswa-siswi dari awal. Metode yang dilakukan oleh pengabdi meliputi dasar pendampingan, menanamkan pola pikir siswa siswi untuk membuka peluang usaha kemudian adanya pendampingan pelatihan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat terealisasi dan memerlukan campur tangan berbagai pihak, diantaranya baik dari pengabdi sendiri, pihak sekolah, orang tua murid dan siswa sisiwi. Sehingga dari kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi semua pihak, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pola pikir dalam berwirausaha dari dini.

Abstract

Sustainable farming systems can be implemented properly if each farm is always oriented towards an efficient production process that can be profitable and focuses on improving management and disease prevention. Social capital in social life has similarities with economic capital in society. This study aims to measure the social capital of sustainable corn farmers, namely corn farming in Tiga Berkat Village, Lumar District. The research location was determined intentionally (Purposive Method). In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative. Qualitative research is research that is more inclined to describe by means of analysis to find meaning from events involving human life. The analysis carried out in this qualitative research is that the researcher must first understand the events that occurred by communicating directly with the source of the incident. Qualitative research can also be interpreted as research to produce and process data that describes events as they are, through interviews and observations. Results Farmers who live today expect agricultural extension workers to be more open minded about developments in information and communication technology

Abstract

Bengkayang Regency is an area in the neighboring border region with Malaysia. Economic growth in the region is one of the keys to successful development in the region. In Bengkayang Regency, apart from farming, people who work for the government also have a profession as entrepreneurs, namely as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). These MSME businesses vary, such as culinary, services, tourism and trade. Micro business development can be carried out if it is supported by knowledge and government intervention, so that micro businesses can continue to develop. This research aims to determine the development of digital-based businesses in MSMEs to increase income in their businesses. The informants in this research are micro business actors in Bengkayang Regency. Data collection techniques use techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions

Abstract

The research carried out aims to find out what the problems are in running a basic food business by asking questions about the 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and finding out the relationship between selling basic food products to consumers. Promotion on consumer satisfaction in purchases such as pop noodles, snacks, and various sachet drinks, as well as vhocher, and drinks. This research was conducted on businesses that are run by business actors themselves. The background of the problem formulation is how the efforts made by Samko business actors overcome market competition in the dormitory environment at the Shanti Bhuana Institute. with the aim of explaining the specifics of what occurred and was resolved by incorporating various existing strategies in this research. The method used is a qualitative method. Subjective exploration is research used to study, discover, describe, and understand the characteristics or quality of social impacts that cannot be understood, estimated, or described through quantitative methodology. The implementation of the 4P marketing strategy implemented by basic food entrepreneurs has a real influence on the service that is always available every day so that the level of consumer satisfaction with the sale of Samko products, products, prices, locations, and promotional techniques carried out shows that the marketing strategy using the 4P.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the marketing mix strategy in the Ayam Geprek Aroma culinary business in conducting marketing that utilizes social media such as Facebook and Whatsapp which can affect consumers' buying interest in Ayam Geprek Aroma food. The marketing strategy used is products, prices, promotions, and places in marketing so that it can increase the sales turnover of Ayam Geprek Aroma. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, direct interviews, and documentation. The results of this study also show that marketing strategies carried out through social media such as Facebook and Whatsapp as a marketing medium are quite effective, because many consumers use Facebook and Whatsapp more often to order Ayam Geprek Aroma products. As for the marketing mix of Ayam Geprek Aroma products, the quality has been guaranteed and product development can meet the wishes of consumers, as well as product prices that are affordable for all groups because they are relatively cheap. Promotions carried out through social media Facebook, Whatsapp and offline have a very good impact on Ayam Geprek Aroma products. The marketing mix strategy that most affects consumer buying interest is the price where Ayam Geprek Aroma is sold at a low price, but the taste is no less competitive with other products

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of observing and finding out the extent of consumers’ preferences for consuming village rice. This research was carried out using qualitative methods through data collection by conducting observations and interviews. The results of this research are that village rice has several attribute elements such as price, shape of rice, taste, aroma, color and packaging size. These product attributes are one way to develop products and services that have been used by business actors. This product attribute can help consumers to differentiate village rice products from market rice because both have different attributes so that with these product attributes business actors can see consumer preferences in consuming village rice. Consumer preferences in the Andeng village area, Sengah Temila sub-district, Landak district can be seen from how often consumers buy or consume village rice sold by business actors. In terms of consumer interests and tastes, many consumers prefer to buy village rice rather than buy rice in the market because the price of village rice is cheaper than the price of market rice

Abstract

ABSTRAKLimbah tongkol jagung termasuk golongan sumber biomassa namun pemanfaatanya belum terlalu optimal. Limbah tongkol jagung sesungguhnya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk bahan baku pembuatan briket  sebagai alternatif bahan bakar. Minyak bumi merupakan bahan bakar yang tidak bisa di perbaharui. Hal ini tentunya sangat dikhawatirkan karena akan menyebabkan terjadinya persediaan bahan bakar fosil terus menipis, sehingga diperlukan bahan bakar alternatif sebagai sumber energi yang ramah lingkungan yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber energi alternatif dengan nama briket tongkol jagung. Tim Pengabdian dari Institut Shanti Bhuana memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa SMKN 2 Bengkayang. Tujuan agar siswa memahami manfaat tongkol jagung yang bernilai ekonomis. Metode pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Eskperimental yaitu melakukan pengujian secara langsung di lapanngan.Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa SMKN 2 akan manfaat dari limbah tongkol jagung bisa dijadikan suatu peluang usaha yang dapat menghasilkan uang. Briket tongkol jagung merupakan salah satu sumber energi biomassa di Indonesia yang sangat potensial. Limbah pertanian dapat di manfaatkan sebagai salah satu solusi permasahan terhadap kelangkaan minyak bumi. Kata kunci: limbah jagung; ramah lingkungan; nilai jual. ABSTRACTCorncob waste is included in the biomass source category but its utilization is not yet optimal. Corn cob waste can actually be used as raw material for making briquettes as an alternative fuel. Petroleum is a non-renewable fuel. This is of course very worrying because it will cause fossil fuel supplies to continue to run low, so alternative fuels are needed as an environmentally friendly energy source that can be used as an alternative energy source called corncob briquettes. The Service Team from the Shanti Bhuana Institute provides training to SMKN 2 Bengkayang students. The aim is for students to understand the economic benefits of corn cobs.The training method is carried out using the experimental method, namely conducting tests directly in the field. The aim of this activity is to provide SMKN 2 students with an understanding of the benefits of corn cob waste which can be used as a business opportunity that can make money. Corncob briquettes are one of the potential sources of biomass energy in Indonesia. Agricultural waste can be used as a solution to the problem of petroleum scarcity. Keywords: corn waste; environmentally friendly; sale value

Abstract

This research aims to find out the strategies that can be applied to DapureSA's business located in Setia Budi Village, Bengkayang District. This study uses SWOT analysis to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and existing threats. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach where primary data is obtained directly from consumers while secondary data is obtained through books, magazines, journals and articles. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the DapureSA business is quite popular with consumers who say that the products from the DapureSA business taste good at a low price, the quality offered is very good. In conclusion, DapureSA's business can experience an increase in turnover if it continues to develop products and continue to innovate by adding various flavor variants, increasing production volumes, maintaining price stability, maintaining production quality and finding strategic places to open outlets
