Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun pengaruh tidak langsung pelatihan kerja, dan karakteristik individu terhadap produktivitas guru yang dimediasi oleh kompetensi guru SD/MI Muhammadiyah se-Kabupaten Lumajang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD/MI Muhammadiyah se-Kabupaten Lumajang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adal 102 orang guru yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh (sensus). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Struktural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan aplikasi Warp PLS 5.0. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelatihan kerja, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas; (2) pelatihan kerja, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru; (3) karakteristik individu, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru;(4) karakteristik individu, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas guru; (5) kompetensi, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas guru; (6) pengaruh tidak langsung dari variabel pelatihan kerja terhadap variabel produktivitas guru melalui variabel intervening kompetensi guru adalah tidak signifikan dan lebih kecil dari pada pengaruh langsung variabel pelatihan kerja terhadap variabel produktivitas guru; (7) pengaruh tidak langsung dari variabel karakteristik individu terhadap variabel produktivitas guru  melalui variabel intervening kompetensi guru adalah signifikan, akan tetapi lebih kecil dari pada pengaruh langsung variabel karakteristik individu terhadap variabel produktivitas guru.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pengaruh Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 167. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan WarpPLS 5.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara tidak langsung Kompensasi serta Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui Motivasi Kerja.

Abstract

The hospital is an organization that provides health services carried out by professional medical personnel who are organized both from permanent medical facilities, medical services, continuous nursing care, diagnosis and treatment of diseases suffered by patients. This study aims to examine the effect of patient satisfaction and hospital image on patient loyalty with patient trust as an intervening variable. The object of this research are inpatients who seek treatment at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in March – April 2022. The number of respondents is 100 people. The results showed: Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient confidence in Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient confidence in Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Patient trust has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty which is strengthened by patient trust as an intervening variable at Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable at Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Public trust is important in order to achieve clean government and good governance. These goals are achieved through providing high-quality services that are enjoyed by the public and through innovation that leads to community satisfaction. We will to investigated the service quality and new service innovation affect public trust, with satisfaction as a possible intervention variable. We will to observe the people who work in the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Banyuwangi Regency during March-June 2022. This study is a quantitative study focusing on civil registration in Banyuwangi. This study includes 1.351.168 people living in Banyuwangi, Indonesia, and a sample was chosen using a purposive sampling technique to include as many respondents as possible who have used population service innovations. A questionnaire will used to make a primary data, with respondents rating their agreement on a Likert scale. Path analysis is a data analysis technique that can be used to explore relationships between different variables. The results show that service quality make a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction, service innovation make a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction, community satisfaction make a positive and significant impact on trust, and repair quality contains a positive and significant impact on trust Significant impact, service innovation incorporates a positive and signnificant impact on trust, service quality features a positive and significant indirect impact on trust through community satisfaction Service innovation includes a positive and significant indirect impact on charitable trust through community satisfaction with service Significant indirect effects.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of talent management and knowledge management on organizational effectiveness through organizational performance. This research was conducted in April – May 2022. The number of respondents was 100 people. The sampling technique used a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of talent management on the organizational performance of the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. There is a positive and significant influence of knowledge management on the organizational performance of the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. There is a positive and significant influence of talent management on the organizational effectiveness of the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. There is a positive and significant influence of knowledge management on the organizational effectiveness of the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. There is a positive and significant effect of organizational performance on the organizational effectiveness of the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. There is a positive and significant influence of talent management on organizational effectiveness through the organizational performance of the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Abstract

Employee performance is an indicator of organizational performance. If employee performance is good, indirectly the organization's performance will also be good. The aim of this research is to determine and test the impact of job analysis, job evaluation and work motivation on employee performance at the Bondowoso Regency Regional Secretariat. All 61 employees at the Bondowoso Regency Regional Secretariat were used as the population and also the research sample. To describe respondents, descriptive analysis is used. To test the research questionnaire, validity and reliability test analysis was used. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with WarpPLS 5.0. used as a tool to test research hypotheses. The findings from this study are that the employee position analysis variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Job evaluation variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Variable work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Aisyiyah merupakan organisasi perempuan Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah, merupakan gerakan Islam dan dakwah amar makruf nahi mungkar. Sebagai organisasi perempuan keagamaan terbesar di Indonesia ‘Aisyiyah juga memiliki beragam kegiatan berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat salah satunya dibidang perniagaan yaitu koperasi. Koperasi merupakan salah satu wujud kemandirian ‘Aisyiyah dalam rangka memajukan, mengembangkan dan pemberdayaan anggotanya. Namun dalam praktiknya tidak sedikit koperasi yang masih kurang dalam pengelolaan manajemen koperasi khususnya dalam pembuatan laporan arus kas. Dengan demikian dirasa perlu untuk dilakukanya penyuluhan tentang pembuatan laporan arus kas sesuai dengan standart akuntasi secara umum. Diharapkan dengan begitu laporan arus kas koperasi jauh lebih baik lagi dan sesuai dengan standart akuntasi. Dengan demikian koperasi yang sehat dapat memberdayakan, memajukan, dan mensejahterakan anggotanya.
