Abstract

Rancangan penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yakni untuk menjelaskan kedudukan-kedudukan variabel yang diteliti serta untuk mengetahui hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Besar sampel  yang diperlukan 380 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara acak pada masing-masing fakultas sesuai dengan proporsinya. Landasan teori dan penelitian terdahulu yang sudah dilakukan menjadi dasar kerangka konseptual dalam penelitian ini. Variabel Price dan variabel Physical Evidance  memiliki pengaruh terhadap Customer Satisfaction (mahasiswa) dan Customer Loyalty (mahasiswa), selain itu juga memiliki pengaruh Customer Loyalty (mahasiswa) terhadap Customer Satisfaction (mahasiswa). Hasil uji dari lima variabel semuanya menghasilkan nilai yang positif dan signifikan, sesuai dengan model yang disampaikan, masing-masing variabel memiliki peran yang saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain sehingga Customer Satisfaction yang dituju melalui Customer Loyalty tercapai dengan nilai yang positif.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several gaps or differences in research results with expert opinions, also supported by data on research problems, namely based on the results of employee performance evaluations in 2020 which were less than optimal, where the realization of performance achievements did not reach 90 at the end of the fiscal year. Evaluation data for filling out the E-application Performance shows that as many as 38% or about 900 employees do not fill in e-Kinerja to 100%. So the phenomenon of this research is the lack of effectiveness of employee performance in increasing competence, especially in the use of IT-based e-performance. The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of evaluating performance based on the e-Kinerja application and employee competence on employee job performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Structural Employees of the Bondowoso Regency Government. The total population of this study was 2,405 employees, while the number of samples was 168 using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. The results of data analysis show that e-performance based performance appraisal and employee competence have a significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) e-performance based performance appraisal and employee competence and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) e-performance based evaluation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by data on the percentage of poor people in Bondowoso Regency which is still fluctuating. Also based on the achievement of performance in the context of accelerating poverty reduction, the Sweet Tape Movement has not been optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the influence of the work environment and employee competence on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable for members of the Bondowoso Regency Poverty Reduction Coordination Team. The population of this study was 250 employees, while the number of samples was 125 people using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. 1. the results of data analysis indicate that the test results have a significant effect on the work environment on organizational commitment of 0.001; 2. the test results have a significant effect of employee competence on organizational commitment of 0.001; 3. the test results have a significant effect of the work environment on the performance of members of 0.001; 4. the test results have a significant effect of employee competence on the performance of members of 0.001; 5. the test results have a significant effect of organizational commitment on the performance of members of 0.009; 6. The indirect effect of the work environment on the member's performance variable through the intervening variable of organizational commitment is 0.079 with a significant level of 0.010; 7. The indirect effect of the employee competence variable on the performance of members through the intervening variable of organizational commitment is 0.065 with a significant level of 0.015.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of work from home and the use of information technology on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable (study at the Lumajang District Forestry Service Branch and Jember District Forestry Service Branch). The number of samples is 78 people. The analytical technique used is WarpPLS 5.0. The results of data analysis show that: 1). The work from home variable has a positive and insignificant effect on both job satisfaction and employee performance of 0.210; 2). The variable of the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on both job satisfaction and employee performance of 0.074; 3). The satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of 0.001; 4). Information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of 0.001; 5). job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of 0.001; 6) There is an indirect effect of work from home on employee performance variables through employee job satisfaction whose value is smaller than the direct effect, also not significant at 0.188 with details of the direct effect of 0.158 and the indirect effect of 0.074; 7). There is an indirect effect of the variable use of information technology on employee performance through job satisfaction whose value is smaller than the direct effect of 0.54 with details of the direct effect of 0.386 and the indirect effect of 0.177.

Abstract

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pengaruh Inovasi pelayanan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap realisasi pajak BPHTB melalui kepatuhan wajib pajak sebagai Variabel intervening pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 83 dengan menggunakan teknik penentuan sample random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan WarpPLS 5.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel Inovasi pelayanan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, Inovasi pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap realisasi pajak BPHTB, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap realisasi pajak BPHTB, kepatuhan wajib pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap realisasi pajak BPHTB. Secara tidak langsung Inovasi pelayanan serta kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap realisasi pajak BPHTB melalui kepatuhan wajib pajak

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengusulkan dan menguji model konseptual untuk memecahkan suatu kesenjangan antara penelitian tentang pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui citra merek. Kami mengadopsi teori planned of behavior kontrol persepsi perilaku mengenai mudah atau sulitnya perilaku yang dilakukan. Oleh karena itu menurut teori ini faktor yang bisa memperbaiki penurunan dan penjualan ialah keputusan pembelian. Data dikumpulkan dari 100 orang sampel pembeli minuman kratingdaeng di jember, jawa timur, Indonesia, sebagai sampel kami untuk menguji model penelitian yang diusulkan, menggunakan perangkat lunak pemodelan persamaan warppls7.0. Temuan utama dari studi ini adalah untuk menguji koefisien jalur langsung dan tidak langsung untuk meningkatkan penjualan melalui variabel harga kualitas produk citra merek dan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This research was conducted on consumers of Pizza Hut at Kedai Rilex Jember. This study aims to determine the influence of hedonic value, store atmosphere, and promotion on purchasing decisions at Pizza Hut At Kedai Rilex Jember. In this study, data were collected with tools in the form of observation, interviews, and questionnaires for 100 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis used includes data instrument tests (validity tests, and reliability tests), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicholinearity test, heteroskedasticity test), and hypothesis test (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the results of the analysis using regression, it can be seen that the variables hedonic value (0.230), mood (0.285), and promotion (0.262), all have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. From the t test, hedonic value results (0.001) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The mood test (0.000) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. As well as promotions (0.000), all have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the better the hedonic value will have an impact on the better the purchase decision, the better the store atmosphere will have an impact on the better the purchase decision and the promotion affects the purchase decision which means that the better the promotion will have an impact on the better the purchase decision. Abstract

The hospital is an organization that provides health services carried out by professional medical personnel who are organized both from permanent medical facilities, medical services, continuous nursing care, diagnosis and treatment of diseases suffered by patients. This study aims to examine the effect of patient satisfaction and hospital image on patient loyalty with patient trust as an intervening variable. The object of this research are inpatients who seek treatment at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in March – April 2022. The number of respondents is 100 people. The results showed: Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient confidence in Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient confidence in Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Patient trust has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty at the Fatimah Islamic Hospital in Banyuwangi. Patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty which is strengthened by patient trust as an intervening variable at Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi. Hospital image has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable at Fatimah Islamic Hospital Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengusulkan dan menguji model konseptual untuk memecahkan suatu kesenjangan antara penelitian tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Kami mengadopsi teori kinerja Malcolm Baldrige Criteria untuk sebuah keunggulan kinerja yang ada di perusahaan. Penghargaan ini dikelola oleh Lembaga Standar dan Teknologi Nasional (The National Institute of Standard and Technology). Data dikumpulkan dari 107 sampel karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Banyuwangi, sebagai sampel kami untuk menguji model penelitian yang diusulkan, menggunakan perangkat lunak pemodelan persamaan WarpPLS 7.0. Tujuan utama dari studi ini adalah untuk menguji koefisien jalur langsung dan tidak langsung dari variabel lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
