Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian dalam Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Sukabumi, dimana penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan tiga dimensi teori manajemen strategi Fred.R. David dan Forest R. David (2016). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian telah berjalan dengan baik. Meskipun sudah berjalan dengan baik, akan tetapi jika dianalisis berdasarkan teori Fred. R. David dan Forest. R. David (2016) masih ada beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaannya yakni adanya keterbatasan mengenai kegiatan pemberdayaan UMKM melalui pelatihan-pelatihan kewirausahaan efek dari adanya pandemi covid-19. Sehingga dapat dipahami bahwa strategi yang sudah dilaksanakan belum sepenuhnya berjalan optimal dalam pelaksanaannya

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Efektivitas Aplikasi Layanan Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik Terintegrasi Dengan Mudah (Kado Terindah) Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil Kota Sukabumi. Metode Yang Digunakan Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Metode Kuantitatif Dengan Pendekatan Deskriptif. Sedangkan Teknik Pengumpulan Datanya Menggunakan Kuesioner/Angket, Observasi Dan Studi Kepustakaan. Dengan Menggunakan Teknik Simple Random Sampling, Penelitian Ini Melibatkan 98 Responden Dari Berbagai Karakteristik Yang Berbeda. Uji Hipotesis Menggunakan Uji Satu Sampel T-Test, Sedangkan Uji Validitas Menggunakan Kolerasi Product Moment Dan Uji Reliabilitas Menggunakan Metode Cronbach Alpha. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Aplikasi Layanan Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik Terintegrasi Dengan Mudah (Kado Terindah) Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil Kota Sukabumi Dinyatakan Efektif

Abstract

The Indonesian government continues to strive to implement the health promoting school program nationwidely. Yet the disparity in its implementation is still high. Most schools in remote areas have not been able to implement it. Such as Sekolah Dasar Negeri 08 Berinang Mayun and Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Sidan which are located in the middle of palm oil plantations in Landak, West Kalimantan. Students of and communities around the two schools are Dayak people whose health quality are still poor. Based on that, we conducted a health-promoting school workshop at the two schools. The workshop was carried through lectures, focus group discussions, and simulations. In the end, the participants were required to produce a health promoting school plan as an outcome. A number of indicators such as KWL analysis, participants’ feedback and pre-post test analysis showed that there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of participants regarding the health promoting school program. But the most obvious achievement is that participants have designed a health-promoting school plan that they will carry out in their respective schools.

Abstract

Program Kartu Identitas Anak diimplementasikan di Kota Sukabumi sejak Desember 2018. Selama Desember 2018 hingga 2020 terdapat 9.824 anak yang memiliki Kartu Identitas Anak dari 105.850 anak yang memiliki akta kelahiran. Terdapat kesenjangan jumlah yang besar antara anak yang mempunyai Kartu Identitas Anak dan akta kelahiran. Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Sukabumi menyadari bahwa implementasi program Kartu Identitas Anak belum memenuhi target. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas implementasi program Kartu Identitas Anak di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Sukabumi. Efektivitas program diukur berdasarkan tiga dimensi, yaitu pencapaian tujuan, integritas dan adaptasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling yang melibatkan 100 responden dari berbagai karakteristik yang berbeda. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner/angket, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas implementasi program Kartu Identitas Anak di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Sukabumi telah mencapai tingkat skala yang cukup efektif. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi program Kartu Identitas Anak di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Sukabumi telah berjalan dengan efektif.

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas termasuk ke dalam kelompok minoritas yang tentunya perlu mendapatkan pelayanan dan perlindungan khusus yang diberikan baik itu oleh pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Saat ini, dengan dihadapkannya pandemi Covid-19 membuat penyandang disabilitas menjadi kelompok yang memiliki kerentanan dua kali lipat lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan individu lainnya. Langkah yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk tetap dapat memperhatikan kelompok minoritas yaitu dengan adanya program rehabilitasi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial dasar bagi penyandang disabilitas pada masa pandemi Covid-19 yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial dasar bagi penyadang disabilitas pada masa pandemi Covid-19 yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kota Sukabumi belum optimal karena adanya refocusing anggaran yang menyebabkan rehabilitasi sosial dasar ini lebih memprioritaskan pada aspek pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar yang terdiri atas pemberian permakanan dan penyediaan sandang, serta akses pelayanan kesehatan yang diantaranya yaitu memfasilitasi penyandang disabilitas untuk mendapatkan vaksinasi. Selanjutnya, apabila dilihat dari dimensi komunikasi, disposisi, struktur birokrasi sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, akan tetapi apabila dilihat dari dimensi sumber daya manusia Dinas Sosial Kota Sukabumi belum mempunyai Tenaga Kerja Sosial Pendamping Disabilitas (TKSPD).

Abstract

The government's efforts to reduce poverty by enacting a number of policies. The government established a BLT DD policy during the Covid-19 pandemic to combat the poverty crisis induced by the Covid-19 outbreak. The purpose of this research is to find out how the direct cash assistance policy for village finances (BLT DD) is being implemented in Warnasari Village, Sukabumi District, Sukabumi Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, because the focus of the research studied is related to the implementation of BLT DD policies through the theoretical approach of Edward III (1980). Data collecting methods included observation, interviews, and document review. The researcher evaluated the data once it was obtained. Data analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and generating conclusions, as well as data validity (validation) through source triangulation and procedures. In this study, informants were chosen through purposive sampling, with a maximum of 8 participants participating. According to the findings of this study, the implementation of BLT DD in Warnasari Village was beneficial but not fully utilized because to budget restrictions and limited recipient quotas. Moreover, according to Edward III's theory, the implementation of BLT DD in Warnasari Village has been carried out well in terms of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure; however, in terms of communication, Warnasari Village has not been able to socialize this policy optimally.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Minimum service standards (SPM) are provisions for public services to meet all citizens’ basic needs. Based on observations and interviews conducted with several informants in this study, it was stated that the implementation of health services at the Nagrak Health Center, Sukabumi Regency, had not achieved the fulfilment of targets by the provisions of the SPM, meaning that the Nagrak Health Center had not met the standards in its services. This study intends to evaluate the Minimum Service Standards policy at the Nagrak Health Center, Sukabumi Regency. The research method used by the researcher is qualitative. In the setting of the informants, the researcher used purposive sampling, which consisted of 9 informants. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques that will be used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that the MSS policy was very appropriate by providing a good impact on the Nagrak Health Center, the community, and the relevant Government.

Abstract

National development is a series of sustainable development efforts and covers all aspects of community, nation, and state life. Higher education institutions as one of the service managers must also take into account the level of student satisfaction in order to be able to carry out lecture activities properly. Service quality in the field of education is one of the factors that determine the selection of something that can satisfy users, one of which is students. The success of an institution is largely determined by the quality of the services provided. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of general administration services on student satisfaction in the Nursing Undergraduate Study Program of STIKes Sukabumi. Research Methods: Correlational research with a cross sectional approach. The population is all active students of Level 4 Semester VIII of the STIKes Nursing Undergraduate Study Program as many as 116 with a total sample of 90 respondents. Sampling technique using stratified random sampling with statistical correlation test analysisSperman Rank. Research result: The results of statistical tests using Spearman correlation obtained p value = 0.000 <0.05. The correlation value of 0.652 is in the correlation index range of 0.60 – 0.79 so that the influence of the quality of administrative services on student satisfaction has a strong relationship. Conclusion: There is an influence of the quality of general administration services on student satisfaction of the Bachelor of Nursing Study Program STIKes Sukabumi.

Abstract

Capacity is important to help government in facing COVID-19, because the government will be unable to absorb the COVID-19 problem when establishing strategy or policy if the capacity is lack. This study aims to measure how far local government capacity in tackling COVID-19, especially in Sukabumi City which is still facing the problem of COVID-19 cases. There are 8 criteria to measure local government capacity according to UNDP, namely: 1. Strategic Positioning, 2. Responsiveness, 3. Effective, 4. Efficient, 5. Sustainability, 6. Leadership, 7. Gender, 8. Coordination. The qualitative method with the case study approach was used in this research. The results showed that the capacity of local government has a significant impact, especially in tackling COVID-19. The capacity of Sukabumi City’s local bodies showed a good role with an improvement in reducing COVID-19 cases and has a strong coordination both with all element in Sukabumi City and with the central government, even though in some period has a significant case increased. However, several point must be fixed and improve related to the capacity of local government in tackling COVID-19 in Sukabumi City: (1) improve the quality of human resources, especially the health workers and secondly, (2) increase the community participation in order to compliance with all government policies, and (3) ensure the effectiveness and the efficiency of the COVID-19 programs and policies.

Abstract

Sukabumi City Regional Disaster Management Agency as an autonomous unit that was previously based on field level, which was followed up by Sukabumi Mayor Regulation No. 77 of 2020 concerning the Main Duties and Functions of BPBD located in Sukabumi City. Regional disasters that occurred in Sukabumi City were dominated by floods and landslides, in 2022 in January-March there were 54 hydrometeorologically controlled disasters. Types of disasters consist of floods, tornadoes, extreme weather, fires, and landslides. The results of the data are based on information derived from the Disaster Data Electronic Information System or called Si Edan. This research uses  (Mintzberg et al., 2003) including goals/objectives, policies, and stages/programs. Qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach, data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data validation using triangulation techniques. Data analysis used includes 1). Data reduction; 2). Presentation of data; 3). Drawing conclusions. The Sukabumi City Regional Disaster Management Agency uses the concept of penta helix or multi-party where there are various elements that help in disaster management, The strategic policy of the Regional Disaster Management Agency is always seen from the index of areas that experience disaster-prone potential. Supporting factors in the stages of activities / programs are the many parties and volunteer communities that are ready to participate in disaster management activities.
