Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemberian vaksinasi covid-19 terhadap normalisasi pendidikan di kecamatan Sinjai Utara. Ada tiga pendekatan oleh Matini dan Lubis (1987:56) dalam menganalisis efektifitas diterapkan dalam penelitian ini, yakni Pendekatan Hasil, Pendekatan Sumber, dan Pendekatan Proses. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Tiga sekolah dengan jenjang pendidikan yang berbeda (SMAN 1 Sinjai, SMPN 5 Sinjai, dan SDN 3 Balangnipa Sinjai) menjadi data primer penelitian ini dengan metode pengambilan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian vaksinasi covid-19 di Kecamatan Sinjai Utara efektif terhadap normalisasi pendidikan. Prasyarat atau threshold yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah untuk dapat dilakukan PTMP dapat dipenuhi oleh sekolah melalui kampanye dan edukasi yang berkelanjutan tentang manfaat vaksin. Satuan pendidikan dan pemerintah berkolaborasi dengan membentuk tim satgas khsusus covid-19 dalam mengawas dan mengevaluasi sekolah-sekolah dalam menerapkan protokol Kesehatan dan juga sekaligus menjadi tim khusus yang memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya vaksin covid-19

Abstract

Community empowerment is one of the supports in developing potential sources of local original income (PAD). For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen the human resources that support the occurrence of PAD. Her one element of the existing talent is youth. One of the efforts to develop this potential is the 'English Training' English Training and Entrepreneurship Management Office for Young People of Kalampuan Hamlet, Tompobul Village. The types of activities of this program and the technical implementation of the activities are: (1) Pree Test (a test that the tutor conducts before giving the material to the target), (2) Giving Material (the tutor provides the material to the target), (3) Post Test (a test given to the target) Partner) target partner becomes available). (Performed at the end of the training to know the degree of change before and after the training), (4) Brainstorming (brainstorming of entrepreneurial ideas). As a result of the activity, we obtained data that English learning was beneficial for the target group from the change in data values ​​before and after the test. On the other hand, regarding the business types of the target group, it was found that the majority of the communities are engaged in palm sugar business, cattle trading business, and broiler business. However, the trade still operates separately and no joint ventures with an organizational structure have been formed, so the processing of official permits (business licenses and labels) cannot be carried out.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of technology in inclusive education on enhancing student learning outcomes. The research methodology employed is a comprehensive literature review, encompassing data from various sources pertaining to the integration of technology in educational settings. The findings indicate that the incorporation of technology in inclusive classrooms can markedly enhance student learning outcomes, particularly in developing cognitive and critical thinking abilities. Additionally, technology can facilitate the optimization of the learning process in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. It is also important to note that the use of technology in education presents certain challenges and risks that must be managed effectively in order to achieve optimal outcomes. Therefore, when considering the use of technology in education, it is essential to carefully select and integrate technology in a manner that is conducive to achieving desired results.

Abstract

Teacher professional development is a key factor in improving education quality and student learning outcomes. This study aims to explore the relationship between teacher professional development and student learning outcomes and identify factors that influence the effectiveness of professional development programs. The method used in this research is a literature review that includes analyzing various studies related to teacher professional development and its impact on student learning outcomes. This study collected data from relevant articles, journals and research reports. The results of the review show that teacher professional development contributes significantly to improving student learning outcomes through improving pedagogical competence, technology utilization and classroom management. However, there are obstacles such as a lack of teacher motivation that affects the effectiveness of the program. This study provides important implications for stakeholders, showing the need for collaboration between the government, educational institutions and teachers in creating a sustainable professional development system. With adequate support, it is expected that professional development can effectively improve the quality of education and student learning outcomes, as well as create a learning environment that is more inclusive and responsive to students' needs.
