Abstract

The growing development of information technology makes information technology a very important resource for government and private organizations. The same applies to the university environment in student services. Amikom Purwokerto University is one of the many tertiary institutions that has implemented a web-based academic information system, including in one of its study programs, namely Information Systems. Based on interviews conducted by researchers with one of the lecturers in the Information Systems Study Program at Amikom University, Purwokerto, several problems were identified, such as the lack of regular updating of data and information on the website, the appearance of the website which was less attractive, and the lack of available content. Then, so that the company can be ready to compete with other similar websites, it is necessary to analyze the quality of the website, one of which is using the WebQual 4.0 method which is then assessed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires with 3 WebQual 4.0 variables based on the level of performance and the level of user expectations for the 85 samples that have been determined by calculating the Slovin formula. The data obtained is then assessed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method which produces recommendations to companies for actions that need to be taken on the website in order to improve and maintain the quality of the website. The results of the GAP analysis obtained 9 variables with positive values and 13 variables with negative values. While the results of the IPA analysis obtained variables that have been grouped into 4 quadrants, with 1 variable being the main priority, namely UQ8.

Abstract

One element in student activities is secretarial work or popularly known as the duties of a secretary. This field is very synonymous with administrative matters. In practice, data administration by the management of the Student Activity Unit (UKM) at Amikom Purwokerto University still makes many mistakes, such as when making incomplete proposals, final reports that do not comply with existing guidelines. . This resulted in a long time because they had to submit 2 times, make data corrections so that it hindered the work of the UKM administrators themselves. The aim of UKM data administration training is to help UKM administrators to be more orderly in administration and in accordance with existing guidelines. The methods used in socialization and training are the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The result of the research is that the training participants' knowledge of the basic administration of UKM increases before the training is carried out, the errors in making proposals and other procedures are reduced.

Abstract

It is felt that monotonous packaging designs do not function optimally from a visual perspective. Ideally, a product always has an attractive packaging that makes it a separate brand image to distinguish its identity from other products. The purpose of this service is to have training in making this packaging design which can foster a sense of creativity and create innovation, especially in making packaging designs. This packaging design training is aimed at UKMs in Kedunggede Village. The method used is literature review and demonstration via Zoom Meeting. The tool used in this packaging design service is Canva. In carrying out this activity, 14 people involved in the corn vermicelli cenil business participated. The results of this service activity are direct practice in making packaging designs and increasing knowledge and insight in implementing attractive packaging designs.

Abstract

Health is a very important aspect of human life. Human health will ensure that their lives continue to run well in everyday life in society. Currently, education about public health has been carried out in many ways by health agencies, from education by providing direct counseling to counseling using digital technology. However, not all health agencies have carried out health education through digital technology, one of which is the health agency at the Kaliwadas Community Health Center, where the agency has a problem where the staff at the agency have human data source competency and is still lacking competent in creating health education content for the public. This hampers public health education. The aim of this research is to create a digital content template to help simplify and speed up the production of health education content at the Kaliwadas Community Health Center. The method in this research uses the waterfall method which takes Sayanto as a reference, where this method consists of 3 stages, namely pre-production, production, and post-production.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dindukcapil) Kabupaten Banyumas untuk menyediakan layanan online melalui aplikasi GratisKabeh. Layanan ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengurus administrasi kependudukan secara lebih cepat dan efisien. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui keberadaan aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi GratisKabeh terhadap masyarakat di Rt 03 Rw 02 Desa Rempoah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang dilakukan telah berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam menggunakan aplikasi GratisKabeh.

Abstract

Amikom Purwokerto University provides services to students in the form of a student service center system that is used for student academic management. The system contains general, academic, events, library, student activities, learning processes, financial and other menus. The problem that often occurs in student service centers is the frequent occurrence of server errors when filling in online KRS which results in many students getting random classes so their schedules collide. This study has the aim of analyzing threats, conducting assessments and evaluating risks that occur to campus assets. OCTAVE Allegro is a method used to analyze existing problems. The results of the study are that there are 3 areas of concern. There are 4 Impact Areas Prioritization in priority order of reputation, productivity, finance and security. In the area of ​​concern for exploiting system security holes, there are 5 mitigations. In terms of storage space capacity, there are 3 mitigations and unstable internet parts, there are 4 mitigations. From the results of the risk analysis, the highest value is 28, which is an unstable internet area of ​​concern in the system used

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the usability of the website by students of Amikom University Purwokerto using the usability testing method. In today's digital world, websites have become the primary tools for communication and information for educational institutions. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the website meets the needs and expectations of users. The methods used in this study include data collection through a questionnaire designed to measure five key variables: learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and user satisfaction. This questionnaire was distributed to students to gather comprehensive feedback regarding their experiences while using the website.The research results indicate that there are many aspects that need improvement to enhance the user experience, including ease of navigation and the speed of information delivery. The lower scores on the memorability index suggest that users experience difficulties recalling how to use certain functions after not visiting the website for a certain period. Additionally, several performance issues and errors were found that could hinder users from achieving their goals on the website. We hope that these findings can provide useful recommendations for the development of educational websites to be more efficient and user-friendly. Given the negative aspects identified, it is hoped that the user experience can be improved so that the website can function as a source of information and services for students.
