Abstract

This article aims to determine the role of human resource management in organizations. This paper uses the literature review method (research conducted in libraries) to write about the topic. From the discussion it can be concluded that human resource management has three main functions, namely managerial, operational, and integration to achieve organizational goals. Human resource management includes tasks such as staff procurement, staff development, managing compensation, maintaining occupational safety and health, and manage the relationship between workers and their employers. The main task of human resource management is to increase the contribution of human resources (employees) to the organization. From this it can be understood that all activities of the organization in achieving its objectives depend on the people who manage the organization. Therefore, it is important to manage employees well in order to help the organization achieve its goals

Abstract

The emergence of various syriah financial institutions (banks and non-banks) shows us that people are increasingly trusting in the sharia system. In connection with the number of financial institutions such as sharia insurance, both general and life insurance, it provides a lot of job opportunities. Therefore, it is necessary to have good quality human resources (HR). Human resources are an important element in a company, because this element is the part that drives the system in a company in order to achieve company goals. Insurance companies, both general and life itself, cannot be separated from the performance of actuaries. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection used by using interviews, study documentation and observation. The study in this research is to find out "Actuarial Aspects in Life Insurance". The results showed that actuaries of life insurance and pension plans have always had a special interest in the development and construction of mortality/death tables. Whole life insurance is insurance that provides protection for 99 years. 99 years is called a lifetime because in Indonesia the life expectancy of people is 65 years (men) and 70 years (women), so 99% of you will get coverage if you take this insurance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the procedures for managing filing documents in the General Administration of the North Sumatra Regional Governor's Office. The examination will also look for obstacles in monitoring the archives of letters and documents in the General Bureau of Business section of the North Sumatra Province Governor's Office. The preparation technique used in this research is a clear qualitative research, with meeting guidelines as the main tool in the interview. The main sources of information used were the head of the General Bureau of the Governor's Office of North Sumatra Province, the Head of Administration of the General Bureau, and employees in the field of archives of the Administrative Section of the General Bureau of the Governor's Office of North Sumatra Province. The inventors used data observation methods based on perceptions, encounters, and documentation. This evaluation found that the implementation of the letter archive in the General Bureau of the North Sumatra Regional Secretariat had been carried out well, but not yet perfect, and usually the administration included recording, storage, maintenance, and transfer. Each report is recorded using a system that includes an agenda book, and expedition book, and decentralized regulations, with each work unit or sub overseeing the capacity of documents or files. Document storage systems use the appropriate form of capacity, and this method uses an alphabetical and numeric framework. This research focuses on the components of the administrative authority of the general bureau of the North Sumatra Province Regional Secretariat in full.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus kepada bagaimana untuk mengetahui sistem manajemen pengelolaan arsip surat masuk dan keluar bagian tata usaha biro umum sekretariat daerah provinsi sumatera utara.. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah pengelolaan arsip surat masuk dan keluar yang ada di instansi gubsu bagian tata usaha biro umum sudah tertata dengan baik, apakah sudah berdasarkan peraturan permendagri dan apakah prosedurnya sudah seuai tataan pengarsipan. jenis pendekatan yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan ini dilakukan dikarenakan penliti berusaha memahami, mengamati, menggali, serta berupaya menjelaskan secara menyeluruh mengenai sistem manajemen pengelolaan arsip surat masuk dan keluar pada bagian biro umum di kantor gubernur sumatera utara. Pendekatan penelitian penelitian ini adalah dengan memanfaatkan sistem pencarian kepustakaan, dan penelitian kepustakaan ini biasa disebut dengan (library research), yang mengacu pada kumpulan metode yang berkaitan dengan pengumpulan data, membaca, dan menulis yang disusun sebagai bahan penelitian. Informasi untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber, termasuk jurnal, buku, dan makalah yang berisi data atau informasi yang relevan dengan penyelidikan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Sistem penataan dan pengolahan arsip yang dilakukan pada Biro Umum dan Perlengkapan Setdaprovsu di Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Utara sudah cukup baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the description of the implementation of the role and function of the inspectorate in supervising village funds in the Deli Serdang Regency as well as the obstacles faced by the villages in the Deli Serdang Regency. Technically this method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely by describing it operational activities and plays carried out by the deli Serdang district inspectorate, thus the data sources are people or supervisors. The results of the study conclude that the supervisory role through internal audits of village fund organizers in Deli Serdang district has been carried out well, although there are also some weaknesses regarding the organizers. Abstract

Letters are written communication media used by the sender in order to provide information and news to the recipient. Letters also have an archiving function that contains records of activities from related agencies. The author's signature contained in the letter is a strong sign of the validity of the order and can also be used as evidence or as a basis for taking certain actions. Letters which are also included in the matter of archives. Management and filing of letters is a process that includes the creation, recording, and archiving of all categories, both incoming and outgoing letters in an agency. Incoming letters are categorized as follows: Individual letters for leaders, secretaries, employees, and other official letters that require follow-up. Categorize official letters into routine service letters, important official letters, and secret service letters. The objectives of this study include: 1) Knowing the management of incoming mail archives in the Administrative Section (TU) of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat (SEKDA) of North Sumatra Province (SUMUT); 2) Knowing the inhibiting factors in the management of incoming mail archives; 3) Knowing the solution or handling of obstacles in the management of incoming mail archives. The research design is descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted at the TU Section of the General Bureau of the SEKDA of the Province of North Sumatra.

Abstract

Insurance is a guarantee or coverage against uncertain events (Sembiring, 1986). There are several types of insurance, namely health insurance, personal accident insurance, education insurance, and others. The type of insurance used in this study is health insurance. Everyone has a risk of developing a disease. If a person is stricken with a disease and is required to receive treatment and treatment in a hospital, it certainly requires a large amount of money and currently hospital costs are increasing. Therefore, preparation is needed to transfer these risks to insurance companies by participating in a health insurance program. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection used by using interviews, study documentation and observation. The study in this research is to find out "Actuarial Aspects in Health Insurance". The results show that actuarial analysis in health insurance is an analysis carried out to determine and calculate the amount of premiums withdrawn from participants, the amount of fees that must be paid by the Insurance Agency to health facilities and to measure and manage risks and uncertainties, an expert who is an expert in actuarial analysis is called an actuary.

Abstract

The existence of PT POS Indonesia is currently experiencing a lot of decline, this fact is a response to technological sophistication. In the past, PT POS Indonesia was one of the institutions in charge of correspondence and sending letters between regions. Until now, this phenomenon has been replaced by technology such as the emergence of mail to short messages in several smartphone applications. Therefore, Indonesian POS service providers must have an innovation strategy in order to attract the hearts of their customers. This innovation is one of the challenges that must be lived and sought by PT POS Indonesia. One of the branches of PT POS Indonesia Persero is in Pematang Siantar. The purpose of this study is to find out some of the innovations implemented by PT POS Indonesia (Persero) in Pematang Siantar to maintain its existence amidst the dynamics of technological sophistication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. The results showed that PT POS Indonesia (Persero) Pematang Siantar made changes to the management and leadership system in the internal area to reach a wider market while in its service to the community PT POS Indonesia had facilitated with a pick-up service to the house so that mobility carried out by the community was easier. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kualitas produk, citra merek dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik emina pada kalangan Mahasiswa-mahasiswi Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa-mahasiswi jurusan Manajemen Angkatan 2018 di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, citra merek dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci:       Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek, Harga dan keputusan PembelianAbstract              This study aims to determine and analyze product quality, brand image and price on purchasing decisions for Emina cosmetics among students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra.  This research approach uses quantitative research.  The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires.  The sample of this research is students majoring in Management Class of 2018 at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Islamic University of North Sumatra, totaling 100 respondents.  The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the study simultaneously show that product quality, brand image and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.  The results partially show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords:          Product Quality, Brand Image, Price and Purchase decision

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of character, capital, collateral, capacity, and economic conditions on the smoothness of murabahah financing payments to customers of PT. Bank BPRS Puduarta Insani. Judging from the NPF value, this bank is stated to be healthy and able to maintain the stability of the company with the ability to analyze financing to customers properly. The method used in this study is the quantitative method, the data is distributed using the help of a Likert scale questionnaire, the analysis test is carried out using the classical assumption test and the hypothesis test is loaded with the help of SPSS 25. From the results of the tests carried out, it is found that simultaneously the character, capital, collateral, capacity, and condition of economy have a significant effect on the smoothness of murabahah financing payments.
