Abstract

E-health is a public service consisting of information and communication technology linked to all functional elements that serve the health sector as a knowledge base. Prospective patients must still fill out a registration form to complete the data at the Ngudi Waluyo Clinic, which results in long lines. Furthermore, information about outpatient registration procedures and practicing doctors is difficult to access, and patient medical records are still written in notebooks traditionally. As a result, searching for patient history data will take a long time, and there is no backup of these records, which can cause data loss at any time. This study aims to develop mobile-based e-health to improve clinical services and make it easier for the public to obtain health services. The system was developed using the extreme programming method applied in mobile applications by utilizing PHP as programming language and MySQL as a database and system testing using the ISO 25010 standard. Through e-health, patients can register outpatients anytime and anywhere without queue, improving the quality of service at the Ngudi Waluyo clinic. Based on the testing results on ten respondents, it was found that the developed e-health was feasible to use with a final score of 90.59%.

Abstract

In the face of increasing technological advances, the development of society refers to the ability to keep up with technological developments and the ability to access and present useful information. Lack of information and knowledge about the location of the gift store makes the public or tourists only visit the nearest store or those suggested by friends and people around. This study aims to develop a web-based geographic information system to make it easier for people to find the location of Lampung gift store. In this study using extreme programming as a development method. Based on the results of testing ISO 25010 that has been carried out involving 50 respondents, the conclusion that the quality of the software produced has a success percentage with a total average of 90.66%. So it can be concluded that the percentage value obtained shows the overall software quality has a "Very Good" scale and is feasible to use.

Abstract

Café is a place where people gather while enjoying the dishes provided, such as drinks and food accompanied by music and comfortable facilities and infrastructure. The dishes listed in the café menu book vary with various and unfamiliar names. Sometimes the variety of dishes served does not match expectations, leading to customer dissatisfaction, thus allowing customers to be reluctant to come back. This study proposes an innovation on service quality by developing an Android-based e-catalog application for dish dishes. The application of Augmented Reality on the display of the food or beverage menu is used to beautify the aesthetics of the dish and attract customers to come back. The system was developed using a prototype method applied to an Android-based application using the Kotlin programming language, MySQL as a database, and testing using ISO 25010. Through this AR-based food and beverage e-catalog application, customers can view information on the café's dishes, which are categorized by best-selling menu, latest menu, and all menus. Customers can also view the presentation in a 3D image and its rating. Based on the results of testing on 50 respondents, it was found that this AR-based food and beverage e-catalog application resulted in a usability test of 96% and a functional suitability test of 100%. So it can be concluded that the percentage value obtained shows the overall software quality has a "Very Good" scale and is feasible to use.

Abstract

Lecturers are required to carry out the Tri Dharma, one of which is research. In the research process a lecturer sometimes encounters several obstacles. Some of the factors that become obstacles include incentives related to publication costs and the unavailability of appropriate journal references. Several ways to overcome obstacles in the publication process have been carried out, but there are still problems with lecturers being confused about publishing their scientific work in a journal. This obstacle is due to the absence of a journal selection recommendation system. This study recommends journals based on the scope of the journal, the number of editions of the journal, and the cost of publication of the journal. The recommendation process is carried out using a skyline query algorithm, namely Block-nested loop (BNL). BNL works by comparing domination between objects on an attribute. The object, in this case the journal, is recommended if the journal dominates several attributes or at least one attribute. This study also developed a visualization of journal recommendations in the form of a web-based application. This visualization is expected to facilitate the journal recommendation process to users, so that it can help find journals that are in accordance with the papers to be published in a journal.

Abstract

Jasa merupakan suatu aktivitas bukan berupa benda yang ditawarkan oleh penyedia jasa ke pihak lain. Layanan yang ditawarkan jasa penyeberangan BC bakauheni berupa pembayaran tiket secara online dan juga membantu menangani kendala-kendala yang terjadi pada truk yang dapat menghambat perjalanan. Pencatatan transaksi pada jasa penyeberangan B.C. Bakauheni masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional yang membuat pencatatan tidak efisien, pencarian data transaksi yang sulit dan rentan terjadi hilangnya data. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu jasa dalam hal pencatatan transaksi, pencarian dan penyimpanan data yang aman. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan extreme programming dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan unified modeling language yaitu use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram dan CRC card. Untuk menilai kelayakan sistem dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan metode ISO25010 yang mendapatkan nilai aspek functionality suitability sebesar 99,8%, aspek usability 94,6%, aspek compability 100%, dan aspek performance efficiency medapatkan hasil rata-rata penggunaan cpu sebesar 10% dan penggunaan memory sebesar 150MB. Sebagai implikasi, aplikasi berhasil memberikan kemudahan bagi pihak B.C. Bakauheni dalam menjalankan proses bisnis jasa penyeberangan secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Bank XYZ is a bank that has been standing for more than 40 years and is engaged in giving the best of financial services. The company has been improving the use of IS/IT within the company for the past few years to support and elevate their business process to the next level and gaining competitive advantages in the banking sector. Within the development of there IS/IT services, the company stumbled on a few problems regarding IT resources used in the company. For this reason, in this study, the researcher took measurements of the levels of capability in IT Resource governance using the COBIT 5 framework as a standard framework for IT governance. The result of this research showed that the average enterprise capability is still at level 1 (performed) where the company’s target is level 3 (established)

Abstract

Pelayanan dan pengelolaan informasi pada percetakan CV. Jastra card sejauh ini masih menggunakan cara konvensional untuk mempromosikan percetakan undangan pelanggan datang ke percetakan untuk melihat undangan yang tersedia. Promosi konvensional tersebut menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti halnya biaya yang tinggi, terbatasnya jangkauan, serta perkembangan tren digital. Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi dan penetrasi internet, banyak orang beralih ke media digital untuk mencari informasi dan produk. Promosi konvensional kurang efektif dalam menjangkau target pasar yang lebih muda atau lebih terhubung secara digital. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, bisnis undangan dapat mempertimbangkan strategi promosi yang lebih terarah dan efektif. Beberapa contoh strategi yang bisa diterapkan adalah memanfaatkan pemasaran digital, beriklan secara online melalui suatu platform yang interaktif, seperti halnya teknologi augmented reality. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun Aplikasi Augmanted reality berbasis mobile menggunakan metode markerless sebagai media promosi, mempermudah pelanggan, menghemat waktu dan biaya. Sistem dibangun menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall dengan memanfaatkan beberapa perangkat lunak tambahan, yakni Unity 3D, Sketchup dan Blender. Kelayakan sistem berhasil memperoleh penilaian dengan predikat Sangat Baik yang merupakan representasi dari Skala Likert dari pengujian ISO 25010 yang mencakup aspek functional suitability mencapai 100% dan aspek usability mencapai 91.2%.
