Abstract

Most of the tourists visiting the city of Bengkulu. constrained by a lack of access to information sources. Meanwhile, tourists also really need valid information about the place to be visited which results in a lot of wasted time searching for information related to the location of the object they want to visit. Based on this background, the researcher created an application called the Adroid-Based Tourism Travel Agenda Planning Application, which aims to assist tourists in determining destinations and assist tourists in arranging tourism itinerary scheduling. In conducting this research, the type of research used is qualitative research with a scientific approach and the system design method used is waterfall and for calculating the results of the questionnaire using quantitative methods. This application runs on Android-based smartphones. This application includes two contents namely destinations and agendas. Destination content has five features, namely, lodging, tours, souvenirs, and orders. The development of this application uses the Android Studio software. In modeling this application uses the UML method in the form of uses case digrams and is tested using the blackbox testing method. The results of testing this application conclude that the expected functions are all successful as expected. The conclusion is that the Bengkulu City Tourism Itinerary Planning Application can make it easier for tourists to find destination locations in Bengkulu City and help tourists plan travel agenda schedules with some of the information available on the application.

Abstract

The election of the chairman and deputy chairman of the OSIS is held every year by all schools including SMPN 10 Bengkulu Selatan. The election was carried out conventionally where this activity required quite a lot of money and energy as well as quite long teaching and learning hours which were cut to carry out the election of the OSIS chairman. Apart from that, there is the potential for fraud, human error, operational inefficiencies from the start to the end of the election, and non-real-time monitoring which are shortcomings of conventional voting systems. To answer this problem, research is proposed which aims to build a web-based e-voting system for the election of OSIS chairman at SMPN 10 Bengkulu Selatan. The software development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The method emphasizes rapid and incremental prototyping.

Abstract

This thesis aims to design an Android application specifically developed for attendance activities at the Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Putri Hijau District North Bengkulu, using the MIT App Inventor platform. This application is expected to be more efficient than the old application and can provide convenience for employees who want to run attendance and make it easier for the admin to recap attendance data. To achieve this research, researchers use the Prototype method with code block programming development in MIT App Inventor and use Googel maps assistance in validating attendance locations. In the implementation process, the author will focus on designing an interface that is simple and easy to understand, ensuring compatibility with Android devices, and integrating features that are relevant to the needs of Attendance and Licensing. The importance of creating an application that can be accessed without difficulty by users without a conventional programming background is a major concern. Therefore, this research will prioritize the use of visual programming provided by MIT Inventor, enabling application development without the need for in-depth knowledge in programming. The result of this research is an Android Attendance application design that can be used by Admin and Employees at the Office of Religious Affairs Putri Hijau District, North Bengkulu. This application is expected to provide benefits for KUA Admins and Employees in terms of reducing the number of employees.

Abstract

Minimarket Barokah is a minimarket located in Rafflesia Hospital, Bengkulu City. Minimarket Barokah is owned by the Rafflesia Hospital Foundation Bengkulu. The sales focus or target market targeted by Minimarket Barokah is visitors from Rafflesia Hospital, families of patients, and employees of the hospital. Data mining, often also called knowledge discovery in database (KDD), is an activity that includes collecting, using historical data to find regularities, patterns or relationships in large data sets. The output of data mining can be used to improve future decision making. Apriori algorithm is the most famous algorithm for finding high frequency patterns. The Apriori algorithm can be used in the sales process by providing a correlation between sales data, in this case the food or drinks purchased will get a consumer purchase pattern. The minimarket can use this information to take actions that increase profits for the minimarket owner. It is expected that the barokah minimarket always updates transaction data gradually so that this application can provide sales information based on stock to the leadership

Abstract

Rapid technological advancements have had several negative effects on young children, as the majority of children now prefer playing with gadgets to studying. Childhood, from 0 to 8 years old, is considered a time for educational services. Drawing and coloring are common activities for learning and are a part of children's lives. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a learning pattern for children that combines two things they enjoy: coloring and gadget technology so that children can play with gadgets and learn what they enjoy at the same time. In this study, a learning application for coloring 3D objects was created using the Live Coloring Technique with Android -based Augmented Reality technology. The reason is because Android is a very popular and widely used operating system, making it easier to install and use the application

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran penting pemilihan umum (pemilu) dalam sistem perwakilan demokrasi Indonesia, di mana Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini terkait dengan dalam mengelompokan usia pemilih yang dapat membantu jalannya sosialisasi pemilu Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian mengusulkan pengelompokan data pemilih tetap berdasarkan usia menggunakan metode data mining, khususnya clustering dengan metode k-means. Tujuan penelitian ialah pembentukan kelompok usia, memberikan informasi kepada KPU tentang variasi usia pemilih di wilayah tersebut, merencanakan strategi komunikasi yang lebih efektif, memahami distribusi usia pemilih seiring waktu, dan mengevaluasi proses k-means dalam pengelompokan data pemilih tetap. Dari hasil pengujian data pemilih tetap KPU Bengkulu Tengah memiliki hasil yiatu dari 10 kelurahan dengan 200 data pemilih tetap jumlah DPT usia remaja yaitu 53 orang, jumlah DPT usia dewasa yaitu 116 orang dan jumlah DPT usia lansia yaitu 31 orang. Dengan hasil pengujian sistem ini dapat membantu dalam pengelompokan data pemilih tetap berdasarkan usia.
