Abstract

Kebutuhan akan daging kambing di Kabupaten Banyuwangi termasuk di wilayah Kecamatan Kalibaru selama periode tahun 2019 – 2022 cenderung semakin tinggi, tetapi di sisi lain produksi daging kambing cenderung menurun. Desa Kebonrejo adalah salah satu desa di wilayah Kecamatan Kalibaru Kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki ternak kambing atau domba minimal lima ekor kambing tiap KK. Hal ini berarti jumlah populasi ternak kambing mencapai sekitar 2500 ekor dan hal ini akan berimplikasi terhadap kebutuhan pakan ternak yang cukup memadai agar pertumbuhan ternak akan berlangsung normal, terutama pada saat musim kemarau. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah menciptakan kemampuan bagi peternak dalam aspek manajemen pakan ternak terutama jika musim kemarau tiba dan meningkatkan tingkat keuntungan usahatani dan efisiensi biaya. Metode ini menfasilitasi mitra itu, metode yang diterpkan berupa rekayasa sosial dan teknologi melalui pelatihan dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan pendampingan (supervisi, monitoring & evaluasi). Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan di lapangan menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan program dengan uraian sebagai berikut: a) rata-rata perkembangan produksi (bobot kambing) per bulan mencapai 25.78%, b) efisiensi biaya produksi penggemukan ternak sebelum program (1,22) < sesudah program (1,73), dan tingkat keuntungan sesudah pelaksanaan program naik sebesar 99.33%, dan c) mitra tidak kesulitan untuk memberikan pakan ternak rumput pada musim kemarau, karena cukup hanya dengan satu kali per minggu dan mitra dapat mengurangi waktu untuk mencari rumput pada musim penghujan sebesar ± 33% melalui pola pakan alternatif dan pakan rumput dengan pola pakan 4 : 3 hari.

Abstract

Development of the Village Creative Economy Industry Based on Local Wisdom and Entrepreneurship is one of the flagship programs to be achieved from this service. The creative economy is an evolution of concepts based on creative assets that can generate economic growth and development. Minister of Cooperatives and UKM, Teten Masduki revealed that the creative economy community (Ekraf) is most likely in the national economy. In order to increase their productivity, the Ministry of Cooperatives and UKM, encourages the creative economy community to consolidate into a format. The Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Jember Regency in running one of the services encountered several obstacles, namely there were still many cooperatives that had not reported financial reports and RATs in accordance with standards. Financial Information System training and development is one of the efforts made to resolve these obstacles. This Financial Information System will be used by the Department of Cooperatives to carry out Monitoring and Evaluation of the implementation of the Financial Reports and RATs of each of the cooperatives under its guidance. The end result of this service is in the form of a Financial System Training Module that can be used to facilitate cooperatives in carrying out financial reporting in accordance with established standards.

Abstract

This community service activity is a collaboration between the Information Systems Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Jember and RTIK Jember with the Sekar Kartini Jember Women's Consumer Cooperative. From the data collection carried out, it was found that many cooperative members who were MSMEs experienced marketing problems and lacked updates on digital technology. This training aims to provide training in the field of digital marketing and social media optimization to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The main goal is to increase the visibility and competitiveness of local MSMEs in the rapidly growing digital market. The methods used in this activity include providing practical and interactive training which covers basic digital marketing concepts, social media optimization techniques, use of digital marketing tools, and online marketing strategies using effective microsites. The final result of this activity is an increase in participants' understanding and practical skills in utilizing digital platforms to promote their MSME products or services. From initial observations, only around 10% of participants knew about Digital Marketing, so at the end of the activity it increased to 90% of participants who understood the importance of Digital Marketing. In this way, it is hoped that local MSMEs can expand their market reach, increase sales and strengthen their brand awareness among local and international consumers. Apart from that, this activity is also expected to build networks and collaboration between local MSMEs, industrial players, and educational or research institutions to support local economic growth through the use of digital technology. With good collaboration, it is hoped that an ecosystem will be created that supports the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in the current digital era

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen masyarakat terhadap vaksin AstraZeneca menggunakan metode Long Short-Term Memory. Data penelitian diperoleh dari media sosial X dengan rentang waktu 1 Februari 2024 hingga 15 Mei 2024, menghasilkan 251 data tweet yang telah melalui proses pembersihan, normalisasi, stopword removal, stemming, tokenisasi, dan padding. Model dibangun menggunakan arsitektur Sequential API TensorFlow Keras dengan lapisan Embedding, SpatialDropout1D, LSTM, dan Dense beraktivasi sigmoid. Evaluasi dilakukan pada tiga jenis distribusi data: original, oversampled, dan SMOTE. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa akurasi model pada ketiga kondisi data relatif sama, yaitu sebesar 65%, dengan nilai loss berkisar antara 64% hingga 67%. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa teknik penyeimbangan data seperti oversampling dan SMOTE tidak memberikan peningkatan performa signifikan dan bahkan dapat menimbulkan overfitting. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa model LSTM mampu menangani ketidakseimbangan data dengan baik serta memberikan gambaran kuantitatif terhadap persepsi publik mengenai vaksin AstraZeneca.
