Abstract

Persoalan mendasar yang seringkali terjadi di sekolah, adalah siswa malas untuk berpikir, mereka menghafal konsep atau rumusan yang diberikan guru tanpa berusaha untuk memahami dengan baik makna yang terkandung dalam konsep, hal ini berakibat rendahnya hasil belajar siswa, oleh karena itu penelitian ini tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Quantum Learning dengan Metode Pre- Experimen Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Logis Siswa Kelas VIII B SMPK St. Paulus Karuni Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Pre- Experimen dengan desain The One Group Pretes posttest Design. Data penelitian yang terkumpul dan telah dianalisa mengindikasikan bahwa model quantum learning memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis siswa. Kata kunci: Berpikir Logis,Quantum Learning

Abstract

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil  belajar matematika  siswa  materi  Penjumlahan  dan  Pengurangan Bentuk aljabar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran pair check dengan siswa yang diajarkan dengan  model pembelajaran konvensional. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII A dan kelas VII B SMPN I Loura Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 72 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Teknik Instrumen Tes. Teknik Analisis Data yang digunakan adalah analisis parametrik, dalam analisis parametrik ada uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, ketika data berdistribusi normal dan homogen maka akan dilanjutkan teknik uji t. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan model pembelajaran pair check terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIIA dibandingkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional di kelas VII B. Hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran pair check  di peroleh nilai rata-rata 80,91 dan pada kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional di peroleh nilai rata-rata 75,62. Berdasarkan data tersebut dari nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran pair check berhasil atau ada perbedaan terhadap hasil belajar. Kata kunci : Model Pair Check, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Loura materi operasi aljabar pada fungsi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Loura Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 dengan sampel kelas X IPS B sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran discovery learning dan kelas X IPS A sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes dan observasi. Hasil analisis hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t (independent sample t test) diperoleh nilai sig.(2 tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,008 lebih kecil dari  0,05), nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (2,769 lebih besar dari 2,060), dan rerata hasil belajar (posttest) siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning lebih besar dari rerata hasil belajar (posttest) yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional (85,52 lebih besar dari 81,60). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran discovery learning lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional ditinjau dari hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Loura materi operasi aljabar pada fungsi Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 Kata kunci: Discovery Learning, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

Proses belajar dilaksanakan dalam rangka memberi kesempatan kepada siswa untuk memperoleh pengalaman belajar. Guru sebagai pendidik tidak sebatas mentransfer pengetahuan semata, tetapi guru harus mampu menciptakan situasi kelas yang kondusif. Salah satu faktor yang membuat situasi kelas kondusif yaitu dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran yang menarik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Auditory, Intellectual, and Repetition (AIR) terhadap hasil belajar  siswa Kelas XI SMAN 1 Kota Tambolaka. Jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen, tipe one group pre test – post-test design. hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa kemampuan awal atau hasil belajar siswa  masih tergolong rendah. Namun, setelah diberi perlakuan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran model pembelajaran Auditori, intellectuali and repetition hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yang ditandai adanya perbedaan gain skor antara pre test  dan post-test. Rata-rata pre test sebesar 45,68 sedangkan rata-rata post-test sebesar 77 dengan mean gain skor sebesar 31,31. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Auditory, Intelectually and Repetition, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

This research aims to describe the competence of Senior High School students at South West Sumba in doing the high order thinking skills test on math lesson. This research is a survey research with 274 students of eleven SMA/MA in South West Sumba as the samples of research. The instrument used in this research was high order thinking skills test which are divided into 1 analysis test, 1 evaluation test and 1 creating test. The instrument has been tested in terms of construct validation and reliability by doing the instrument testing. The percentage of students who answer correctly on higher order thinking skills at analysis aspect with the ability of problem solving which are understanding the problems, making plans and finding solutions are 85.8%, 68.2% and 65.7%. The percentage of students who answer correctly on evaluation aspect with the ability of problem solving which include understanding the problem, making plans and finding solutions are 61.3%, 13.0% and 24.5%. While the percentage of students who answer correctly on creating aspect with the ability of problem solving that include understanding the problem, making plans and finding solutions are 15.3%, 13.5% and 12%. The average score gained by the students on analysis, evaluation and creating aspect which are converted on score 0-100 are 54, 37 and 34.

Abstract

The Academic Potential Test is a test that aims to measure a person's abilities in the general academic field. This test is also often associated with intelligence. Currently, apart from selecting prospective students at universities, The Academic Potential Test has also become a standard test in the selection of Civil Servant Candidates and in the recruitment of private employees and employees of State-Owned Enterprises. Based on the background above, it is necessary to measure the ability of students from the Mathematics Education Study Program at Catholic University Weetebula in solving test questions. This needs to be done as a first step in determining the abilities of prospective graduates. The method used in this research was by giving a written test in the form of test questions to 56 students and interviews with 9 students who took the test. The instruments used were 40 test questions and an interview guide. The data analysis techniques used are reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The test results show that students who get the low category are 84%, students who get the Average category are 7% and students who get the high category are 9%. The interview results showed that students were able to understand the test questions given, but students had difficulty determining how to solve them, so students were unable to determine the correct answer

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) helps improve efficiency, personalized learning, effective feedback, teaching effectiveness, as well as prepare students for a world increasingly dominated by technology. In today's digital era, the field of education has witnessed a significant transformation through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of AI in high school learning. The research approach that the compiler uses is a qualitative method with a type of literature study. Data is collected through various relevant article sources. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this study is that the use of artificial intelligence (AI) has a significant impact on technological development in high school students and the education system, the application of new technology and new programs certainly has positive and negative impacts depending on how the user is. So it can be concluded that AI in high school learning if used properly and correctly will have a positive impact and avoid negative impacts

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe students' errors in solving quadratic equation problems. The subjects of the study were grade IX B students of SMP Negeri 1 Loura with a total of 13 students. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative using research instruments, test sheets and interviews. The tests used are quadratic equation material questions, while the type of interview conducted is in the form of semi-structured interviews. The results showed that reading error was 0.0%, problem misunderstanding error was 40%, problem transformation error was 60%, process skill error was 75%, final answer writing error was 20%. Student errors are caused by several things including: lack of understanding of the concept of quadratic equations, not focusing and not being careful in doing problems.

Abstract

This research aims: to find mathematical aspects found on the roof of a loura traditional house, apply the mathematical aspects found in learning the roof of a loura traditional house. This research was conducted at SMKN 2 Tambolaka City class X. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development). Data are obtained from the results of filling out observation sheets and, tests and taking documentation. Loura traditional houses have mathematical aspects such as triangles. The results obtained from the implementation of the research showed an increase, this can be seen from the results of student answers on student worksheets and an increase in student activity in terms of questions and answers in class and their active and critical way of thinking. Likewise, the learning outcomes of each action showed improvement. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of learning media in trigonometry material on the roof of a loura traditional house at SMKN 2 Tambolaka City based on the results of research can improve mathematics learning outcomes and teachers can try to apply this method so that students are active and motivated in learning mathematics

Abstract

This research aims to produce interactive media on fractional blok board, knowing the validity, practicality and effectiveness of students on fraction material and learning media on the fraction block board. The research method used is the Borg and Gall development model (research and information collection, Planning, Development preliminary from of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision, operational field testing, final product revision, and dissemination and implementasi). The subjects of this research are students in class VII Tambolaka City 3 Public Middle School. Thus, the results of the validity of the material and media in this research can be stated highly valid ininitial field trial classes 97% and 97,916%, main field test class 98% and 100%, and operational field trial classesempiis 99% and 100%. Practicality results in learning media by validators and students in the test class initial field test 97,5% and (highest 77,5% and lowest 52,5%), test class main 100% and (highest 87,5% and lowest 75%), and trial class operational/empirical 100% and (highest 97,5% and lowest 75%). Where, as a results of student effectiveness, the highest score was 100% and the lowest was 52%.
