Abstract

Latar Belakang. Di tengah persaingan ekonomi dunia, lembaga pendidikan seperti Pesantren perlu menerapkan pendidikan kewirausahaan agar lulusannya mandiri dan memiliki wawasan kewirausahaan, serta dapat bersaing dan berdakwah melalui wirausaha di masyarakat. Selanjutnya peneliti merumuskan bagaimana proses pelaksanaannya, apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapannya dan apa implikasi penerapan pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam membina kemandirian di Pondok Pesantren At Tahdzib Jombang Jawa Timur Indonesia.Tujuan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketertarikan peneliti dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan kewirausahaan di pondok pesantren. Pendidikan kewirausahaan di pondok pesantren dianggap sebagai bagian penting dari proses pembangunan nasional yang turut menentukan kemajuan bangsa.Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan latar belakang Pondok Pesantren At Tahdzib. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai bahan utama, dan teknik analisis data dengan mereduksi data, menampilkan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi.Hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan kewirausahaan dilakukan (a) melaksanakan visi, misi, dan program berdasarkan manfaat bagi semua elemen yang terlibat, santri, pesantren dan mitra atau klien (b) menggunakan metode peer tutorial, menjadikan siswa senior sebagai mentor pendidikan. kewirausahaan (c) menumbuhkan kepedulian dan pemberdayaan bawahan secara adil dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan bawahan baik yang berkaitan dengan aspek materil maupun psikologis tugas dan keikhlasan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan pentingnya Pemasaran dalam dunia pendidikan sangat diperlukan, dengan tujuan untuk memperkenalkan sekolah atau Madrasah bagi calon siswa baru sehubungan dengan kualitas sekolah. Persaingan di dunia pendidikan sangat menarik, sehingga diperlukan strategi khusus dalam pemasaran pendidikan. Strategi pemasaran pendidikan yang efektif akan memiliki umpan balik yang baik tentang sekolah karena citra sekolah di masyarakat akan lebih baik dan sekolah akan menarik siswa baru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis: (1) strategi pemasaran Pendidikan, (2) Strategi penerapan, (3) Strategi Evaluasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data. Untuk menguji validitas data dengan teknik seperti kredibilitas, portabilitas, reliabilitas dan validasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Formulasi MTs Ihsanniat Jombang dari strategi pemasaran lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam bentuk membuat program unggulan kegiatan MIPA. 2. Pelaksanaan atau implementasi strategi pemasaran lembaga pendidikan Islam di MTs Ishsaniat Jombang dimulai dengan pelaksanaan program unggulan MIPA dan pendaftaran dengan menggunakan saluran bakat dan minat. 3. Evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh MTs Ihsanniat Jombang yaitu dievaluasi oleh pertemuan kelembagaan di mana pelaksanaan evaluasi strategi pemasaran melalui kegiatan program unggulan MIPA, penerimaan jalur minat dan bakat, serta promosi pemasaran yang terus menerus. Ini dilakukan untuk melihat sejauh mana efektivitas strategi lembaga perlu diubah atau di revisi. Tindak lanjut akan dilakukan jika ada kekurangan dalam hal strategi pemasaran lembaga, dan tindak lanjut akan dilakukan untuk implementasi pada tahun berikutnya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kondisi pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan motivasi dalam berwirausaha (2) pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan dalam berwirausaha pada mahasiswa dan alumni Program Studi Manajemen STIE Kesuma Negara Blitar; (3) pengaruh motivasi dalam berwirausaha pada mahasiswa dan alumni Program Studi Manajemen STIE Kesuma Negara Blitar; (4) pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama dalam berwirausaha pada mahasiswa dan alumni Program Studi Manajemen STIE Kesuma Negara Blitar Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa dan alumni Program Studi Manajemen STIE Kesuma Negara Blitar tahun angkatan dan tahun lulusan 2016, 2017 dan 2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 351 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 186 responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa dan alumni Program Studi Manajemen STIE Kesuma Negara Blitar tahun angkatan dan lulusan tahun 2014, 2015, 2016. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji f pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan motivasi dalam berwirausaha pada mahasiswa dan alumni Program Studi Manajemen STIE Kesuma Negara Blitar. Hasil uji t pada penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara parsial pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan motivasi dalam berwirausaha pada mahasiswa dan alumni Program Studi Manajemen STIE Kesuma Negara Blitar. Dilihat dari hasil analisis koefisien determinasi yang didapat nilai R Square sebesar 0,471 atau 47,1% variabel berwirausaha dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan motivasi, sedangkan 52,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the potential of technology in facilitating collaborative learning in a multicultural classroom setting at SMP 11 Jakarta. Given the culturally diverse student backgrounds, this research is concerned with the ways in which technology can facilitate enhanced interaction and collaboration among students from different cultural backgrounds. This research employs a qualitative approach utilising a case study methodology to gain comprehensive insights into the experiences and perceptions of students and teachers regarding the utilisation of technology in collaborative learning. The data were gathered via in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and the examination of pertinent documents. The findings demonstrate that technology not only facilitates communication between students but also fosters a more inclusive and collaborative learning environment. However, there are certain challenges associated with the implementation of technology, particularly with regard to students' digital literacy and the disparity in technology infrastructure across different settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of extracurricular programs in improving students' non-academic achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Situbondo. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that extracurricular program management includes planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating. Planning is carried out through work meetings that discuss the types of extracurriculars, the selection of coaches, and the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure. The organization is aimed at dividing tasks according to the competence of each coach and scheduling extracurricular activities. The implementation of the program is carried out consistently in accordance with the plan that has been prepared.In addition, supervision is carried out by the head of the madrasah and the supervisor to ensure that each activity runs according to the schedule and achieves the expected goals. Evaluations are conducted at the end of each semester to assess the effectiveness of the program, including the analysis of facilities and infrastructure, the number of meetings, and the achievement of student achievement in various non-academic competitions. The study concluded that effective management in extracurricular programs contributes significantly to the improvement of students' non-academic achievement, which in turn improves the reputation of the madrasah. Recommendations for continuous improvement in extracurricular management are recommended so that students' potential can be maximized and broader educational goals can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how active learning strategies in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) can foster the internalization of religious moderation values at SDN 2 Serangan, Denpasar. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the implementation of active learning strategies such as group discussions, case studies, and storytelling significantly contributed to instilling values of tolerance, mutual respect, and peaceful coexistence among students. The IRE teacher served as both a facilitator and a moderation agent, contextually linking Islamic teachings to the students' socio-religious realities. The participatory learning model, supported by inclusive school policies, created an educational environment conducive to promoting religious moderation. This study concludes that transforming IRE through active learning strategies is an effective approach to developing moderate character in students from an early age.

Abstract

Integrating technology into classrooms is essential in the digital transformation era to support diverse learning needs and foster inclusive education. Differentiated learning has emerged as a key pedagogical approach to address student diversity by tailoring instruction based on individual abilities, interests, and learning paces. This study examines the dominance of conventional teaching methods at SD 24 Dauh Puri Denpasar and explores the potential of Google Sites in supporting differentiated learning through a qualitative research approach. Data were collected using classroom observations, surveys, and focus group discussions (FGDs) to understand both teachers' instructional practices and students' learning preferences. However, there is a noticeable lack of studies that specifically examine the use of Google Sites within the context of the Merdeka Curriculum, highlighting the need for further research on how this platform supports differentiated instruction aligned with the curriculum’s principle. Findings reveal that 65% of teachers predominantly use lecture-based instruction due to limited technological resources, despite 70% of students preferring technology-based learning for its interactive and engaging nature. Google Sites has proven effective in catering to diverse learning needs by offering customized instructional materials, interactive exercises, and self-paced learning opportunities. However, challenges such as limited access to digital devices, unstable internet connectivity, and teachers' lack of technological proficiency hinder its full implementation. The study highlights the need for schools to enhance digital infrastructure, provide continuous teacher training, and develop policies that support technology integration. These findings align with the Merdeka Curriculum, emphasizing flexible, student-centered learning approaches. While Google Sites presents a promising solution for differentiated instruction, further research is needed to address accessibility issues and evaluate its long-term impact on student learning outcomes. The findings offer guidance for schools implementing flexible, technology-supported instruction within the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Plastic bottle waste is one of the main contributors to environmental pollution in Indonesia. Metro City, as part of Lampung Province, faces similar challenges in managing plastic waste. Falih Boarding House in Metro Pusat District is a strategic location to conduct plastic bottle waste recycling training, considering the large number of teenagers living there. The purpose of this activity is to improve the knowledge and skills of teenagers in managing plastic waste through the 3R approach.(Reduce, Reuse, Recycle).The methods used include interactive lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice in making creative products from used plastic bottles, such as piggy banks and accessories. The expected results of this training are increased environmental awareness among teenagers, reduced volume of plastic waste around boarding houses, and empowerment of teenagers to produce products with economic value from plastic waste. This activity is also expected to be a model for other boarding house communities in Metro City in efforts to manage waste more sustainably.
