Abstract

Pengembangan profesionalitas merupakan proses karir panjang di mana guru menyempurnakan mengajar mereka untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa. Seorang guru wajib melakukan upaya pengembangan diri secara berkelanjutan dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawab profesinya. Salah satu kegiatan pengembangan diri yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru adalah melaksanakan penelitian. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut guru harus mempunyai kemampuan meneliti, khususnya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Salah satu yang menjadi permasalahan mitra, dalam hal ini adalah bagi guru di lingkungan Lembaga Pendidikan Ma’arif PCNU Kota Metro Lampung antara lain adalah pemahaman dan pengetahuan guru terhadap PTK masih kurang. Disamping itu guru yang melaksanakan PTK masih sedikit, serta penyelenggaraan pelatihan atau workshop terkait dengan PTK belum begitu optimal dilakukan oleh pihak mitra. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru berkaitan dengan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang memiliki tiga pilar utama, yaitu metodologi penelitian, aksi dimensi, dan dimensi partisipasi. PAR diimplementasikan dengan referensi metodologi tertentu, harus bertujuan untuk mendorong transformative tindakan, dan harus melibatkan kelompok mitra yang menjadi fokus pengebadian. sebagai pelaksanaan PAR itu sendiri. Hasil pengabdian ini nantinya adalah guru mampu menulis menyusun laporan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Kemudian Implikasi pengabdian ini adalah sebagai acuan oleh praktisi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menulis PTK.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the receipt and disbursement of charity and infaq funds, the implementation of economic empowerment, as well as the effectiveness of the utilization of productive charity and infaq funds in the MaggotIn program by the Dhuafa Wallet in Karang Anyar Village, South Lampung District. The object of this study involved 32 people, including the branch leadership of the Dhuafa Lampung Wallet, program managers, chairpersons and members of the beneficiary group. Research uses field qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, systematic observations, documentation review, and the administration of questionnaires for specific data points. The analysis of data employed an inductive descriptive-evaluative approach to derive meaningful insights. The results of the study indicate that; First, fundraising and Distribution of infaq and shataqah from donors to Lampung Dhuafa Wallet and CSR assistance PT Bukit Asam. Total funds of Rs 42,00,000 were spent on manufacturing of enclosures, land, seedlings, livestock feed material, training, operational, and other necessities in the MaggotIn programme. Second, program implementation includes feasibility studies, socialization, implementation, coaching, accompaniment, evaluation, and reporting. The program aims to manage organic waste and help reeconomize beneficiaries through maggot cultivation, catfish farming, and poultry. The program also conducts an Edu-Trip for organic waste management education. Third, the effectiveness of the MaggotIn Program was assessed as effective with an overall effectiveness indicator of 82.7%. The program succeeded in improving the welfare of the community from the beneficiaries’ economic perspective through the development of enterprises, such as fish and poultry farming, as well as maggot processing. The program also helped alleviate poverty in Karanyangar Village, South Lampung as well as demonstrated that productive infaq-charity impacts economic growth in underprivileged areas.

Abstract

Plastic bottle waste is one of the main contributors to environmental pollution in Indonesia. Metro City, as part of Lampung Province, faces similar challenges in managing plastic waste. Falih Boarding House in Metro Pusat District is a strategic location to conduct plastic bottle waste recycling training, considering the large number of teenagers living there. The purpose of this activity is to improve the knowledge and skills of teenagers in managing plastic waste through the 3R approach.(Reduce, Reuse, Recycle).The methods used include interactive lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice in making creative products from used plastic bottles, such as piggy banks and accessories. The expected results of this training are increased environmental awareness among teenagers, reduced volume of plastic waste around boarding houses, and empowerment of teenagers to produce products with economic value from plastic waste. This activity is also expected to be a model for other boarding house communities in Metro City in efforts to manage waste more sustainably.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the fundraising strategy employed by LazisNU South Metro through the KOIN NU initiative, which focuses on the infaq socialization system. It also explores the supporting and inhibiting factors related to this movement. The study utilizes a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, gathering data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis encompasses several stages, including data reduction, data presentation, and the drawing of conclusions/verification. This process systematically organizes, simplifies, presents, and interprets the data to uncover meaningful insights and relevant patterns. The findings highlight two critical points. First, the success of this program is contingent upon effective planning that incorporates specific targets, thorough socialization, and transparent management practices. Regular briefings aimed at motivating field officers and fostering community participation are also essential. Second, systematic supervision and active donor involvement enhance transparency and accountability. Nevertheless, challenges persist, such as a lack of dedicated managers and administrators who are not sufficiently focused on the program's management. Addressing these challenges is crucial for improving overall effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of zakāt māl by the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ) of Bukit Kemuning Subdistrict, North Lampung Regency, from the perspective of Islamic management. The research focuses on four key managerial functions: planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the UPZ has implemented a structured zakat management system, including the preparation of an Annual Work and Budget Plan (RKAT), the establishment of operational divisions, and the implementation of both consumptive and productive distribution programs. However, several challenges remain, such as low public literacy regarding zakat, limited human resources, and low participation of zakat payers (muzakkī) through official institutions. The zakat utilization strategy is directed toward the economic empowerment of beneficiaries (mustaḥiq) through micro-enterprise capital assistance and business mentoring. Supervision is conducted in multiple layers by BAZNAS, the Inspectorate, and the Ministry of Religious Affairs to ensure accountability and compliance with Islamic law. This study recommends strengthening zakat education, enhancing institutional capacity, and optimizing productive programs to realize effective, transparent, and impactful zakat management for the long-term welfare of the ummah.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikmah, Bandar Lampung, menerapkan sistem Pesantren Smart Digital (PSD) berbasis transaksi non-tunai untuk meningkatkan efisiensi keuangan, transparansi administrasi, dan pengelolaan transaksi santri. Sistem ini membantu mengurangi kehilangan uang, meningkatkan kontrol wali santri, serta membatasi transaksi di luar pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas PSD serta tantangan dalam implementasinya dari perspektif Maqhasid Asy-Syar'iah. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PSD selaras dengan prinsip Hifdzil Mal, Hifdzil Nafs, Hifdzil Aql, dan Hifdzil Din. Kendala seperti kesulitan adaptasi santri dan wali santri diatasi melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, serta peningkatan infrastruktur. PSD tidak hanya menjadi solusi digital, tetapi juga bagian dari pendidikan karakter Islam yang disiplin dan berbasis syariah.

Abstract

Character or morals in the global era play a dominant role, where students will always integrate with their surroundings. This study aims to examine the integration of the Piil Pesenggiri philosophy and religious moderation in strengthening the character of students at SMA N 1 Way Jepara, East Lampung. The Piil Pesenggiri philosophy, which is a local cultural heritage of the Lampung community, teaches values ​​such as self-respect, friendliness, mutual cooperation, and the importance of maintaining self-esteem and honesty. On the other hand, religious moderation plays an important role in forming attitudes of tolerance, inclusiveness, and respect for religious diversity in society. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation, data sources obtained from students and teachers, the validity of the data used triangulation techniques, analysis using display data, and interpretation, (Miles & Huberman). The results of the study indicate that the Piil Pesenggiri philosophy has been applied in subjects such as Pancasila Education, Indonesian Language, and extracurricular activities in schools. The religious moderation program is also implemented through activities such as interfaith discussions and joint celebrations of religious holidays. The majority of students feel that the integration of the two values ​​has succeeded in increasing attitudes of tolerance and strengthening positive character, such as empathy, respect for differences, and the ability to work together in diversity. The impacts produced by students have, the integration of Piil Pesenggiri values ​​and religious moderation can contribute to forming a young generation that is religious, tolerant, and cultured.
