Abstract

Research on the Effect of Parental Communication on the Behavior Patterns of Class XI Children in SMA Futuhiyyah Mranggen, aims to get an overview of how parental communication affects children's behavior patterns at home and at school. To obtain information about the behavior of students in the school environment, and to find out how much influence parental communication has on children's behavior patterns at school. This research is a correlational descriptive quantitative research. The population of this research data is 150 students. The sample in this study was 127 students who were taken by simple random sampling technique. The effect of parental communication on behavior patterns in SMA Futuhiyyah Mranggen is -146.228 <0.05, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, so it can be said that there is no influence of parental communication on children's behavior patterns. This means that parental communication with children's behavior patterns at SMA Futuhiyyah Mranggen has no impact on children's behavior patterns. In general, this study was able to determine the importance of the influence of parental communication on children's behavior patterns so that it can be used as a reference for providing counseling services in order to improve parental communication and the behavior patterns of children that influence it.

Abstract

This research is a study of the saturation condition of learning at Jepara Islamic High School. This study aims to determine the level of learning saturation conditions that exist in Jepara Islamic High School. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to be filled out by students there. The method used to analyze the data is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique which is included in the score distribution and rating scale categories that have been determined. The results of the validation of learning saturation are: (1) student learning saturation is high with a percentage of 59%. (2) student learning saturation is low with a percentage of 41%. Based on these results, the level of learning saturation of class X students at Jepara Islamic High School is in the fairly high category.

Abstract

The background of this research is that class VII students at SMP Al Musyaffa Kendal do not have enough self-confidence to adapt to their environment which affects their learning process at school. Based on a questionnaire about self-confidence that has been distributed it was found that only 18% of students did their assignments on time, students did not know the talents that were in me 42%, students felt inappropriate if appointed to be class leaders 54%, students had difficulty developing talents that 69% owned, and 70% embarrassed to ask. then in the self-adjustment questionnaire it was found that on the item it was difficult to start a conversation with strangers 90%, I had difficulty telling problems 66%, I thought I could not socialize properly 60%, and tended to close myself 75%. From the results of the questionnaire that has been distributed, it shows that there are problems with the self-confidence and self-adjustment of class VII students at SMP Al Musyaffa Kendal. This type of research is a quantitative research with a correlational research design. The research data population is 192 students, covering class VII A-F. The trial sample (Try out) was 29 students of class VII F. The sample in this study were 62 students who were taken by random sampling technique. The data collection tool used is a self-confidence scale and a self-adjustment scale. The results of the hypothesis test in this study used the person product moment correlation test, indicating that the person product moment correlation test of the two variables obtained a significance result of (r) = 0.455. While the value of r table for the number of samples is 62 with a significance level of 5% of 0.240, which means that the two variables have a significant relationship. Because the r count value is 0.455 > r table 0.240 when matched with the interpretation table it shows that the self-confidence variable and the adjustment planning variable have a sufficient level of relationship. From these results indicate that there is a relationship between self-confidence and self-adjustment of class VII male students at SMP AL Musyaffa Kendal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didorong oleh temuan bahwa beberapa siswa kelas X masih mengalami kurangnya kepercayaan diri, seperti terlihat dari ketidakaktifan mereka selama proses pembelajaran, ketidakinginan untuk bertanya, serta kurangnya respons terhadap pertanyaan guru. Selain itu, siswa-siswa ini cenderung lebih suka menyendiri daripada bergaul dengan teman-teman mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dan penyesuaian diri di kalangan siswa kelas X di SMA Institut Indonesia Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 158 siswa kelas X, dengan sampel sebanyak 52 siswa yang diambil melalui teknik cluster random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala Likert, yang mencakup skala kepercayaan diri dan skala penyesuaian diri. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara kedua variabel dengan nilai korelasi (r) = 0,298. Nilai r tabel untuk 52 siswa dengan taraf signifikan 5% adalah 0,032, yang menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dan penyesuaian diri adalah signifikan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low knowledge of students about mental disorders and their problems, the lack of student skills in controlling emotions experienced, students are less able to socialize with peers. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of classical guidance services with project-based learning techniques to improve mental health literacy of XII grade students at SMA N 1 Boja. This research uses a quantitative method pretest-posttest control group design. The sample used cluster random sampling technique with 70 students from 350 population. The validity test uses a correlation test with product moment. The number of statement items consisted of 40 items, which were then tested on 30 respondents resulting in 22 valid items and 18 invalid items. The data analysis technique uses the N-Gain hypothesis, and the independent sample T-test. The results of the study prove that there is an increase in student knowledge at SMA N 1 Boja, as evidenced by the results of the N-Gain hypothesis test obtained by the calculation of 64.7% included in the category quite effective. And the independent sample T-test test obtained Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, it shows that Ha is accepted, namely “Classical guidance services using project-based learning techniques are effective for increasing the mental health literacy of XII grade students at SMA N 1 Boja.”

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between peer attachment and fear of missing out (FoMO) in class X students at Teuku Umar High School in Semarang. The study found that there was a positive relationship between class X students' peer attachment and their fear of missing out at Teuku Umar High School in Semarang. With 34 students serving as the trial group and 70 students serving as the main research group, this study employed a quantitative correlation method. Using a cluster random selection technique, data was gathered using two measurement scales: the Peer Attachment Scale and the Fear of Missing Out Scale. Three classes were chosen as the trial group and the main research group after all classes were randomly assigned. According to the product moment correlation test results, peer attachment and FOMO in class X SMA Teuku Umar Semarang are positively correlated. This is demonstrated by a rcount of 0.259, which is higher than a rtable of 0.235 at a significance level of 5%. It is hoped that, in light of this research, preventive measures would be taken to heighten class X students' FOMO, which results in excessive worry when they are not aware of the most recent information developments.
