Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the management information system policy for the Silidakep application and the constraints of the implementation of the information system in North Sumedang District are able to optimize the work of employees serving the community in the field of population and civil registration. Data was collected through library and field studies including: observation, interviews, documentation studies and triangulation. Determination of the sample/informant in this study was carried out using purposive sampling. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out by referring to the technical analysis of the Miles and Huberman model, namely: data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), and conclusion drawing/verification (conclusions). The implementation of the policy on the use of the siladakep application at the North Sumedang District Office has been running but is still not good. This happened because of obstacles such as: (1) Lack of understanding of the siladakep application because the community had not received comprehensive socialization, (2) the community had not received comprehensive socialization, one of which was caused by most of the employees not mastering the siladakep application, (3) The lack of stability of the internet network due to the use of this siladakep application, the main element is the internet network as a supporter of access to the entry of the application. With the end of writing this report, our researchers suggest that the leadership of the North Sumedang District Office should further improve the facilities in the office, and give more attention to employees so that they are more aware of carrying out and completing their duties optimally

Abstract

An abstranct is a brief summary of a research article, thesis, review, conference proceeding or any-depth analysis of a particular subject or disipline, and is often used to help the reader quickly ascertain the paper purposes. When used, an abstract always appears at the beginning of a manuscript or typescript, acting as the point-of-entry for any given academic paper or patent application. Absatrcting and indexing services for various academic discipline are aimed at compiling a body of literature for that particular subject. Abstract length varies by discipline and publisher requirements. Abstracts are typically sectioned logically as an overview of what appears in the paper. Information technology really helps a person, business entity or legal entity in carrying out their work and duties more quickly and easily. One legal entity that uses information technology to support the needs of carrying out its duties is Bidang Koperasi in Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian of Sumedang Regency by creating an application called SIKOPROL. The implementation of the Sikoprol application can affect Cooperative supervision so that the process of achieving Organizational goals can be achieved properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the SIKOPROL application and controlling of Koperasi, to determine the relationship between the Implementation of the SIKOPROL Application and Controlling of Cooperatives and to determine the effect of the Implementation of the SIKOPROL Application on Supervision of Cooperatives in Bidang Koperasi in Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian of Sumedang Regency. This research uses descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach and the types of statistics used are descriptive statistics with saturated sampling techniques. The number of samples studied were 15 respondents. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, percentage calculation, correlation coefficient test, significance test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the research results, it is known that the implementation of the SIKOPROL application. Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian iniSumedang Regency is already in good criteria with analysis results reaching 90.67%. Likewise, Controlling of Koperasi is in good criteria with the results of the analysis reaching 86.67%. From the correlation analysis, it was obtained a correlation value of 0.676 which indicates a positive and significant relationship between the implementation of the SIKOPROL application and Controlling of Koperasi. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination it is known that the SIKOPROL Implementation variable has an influence on Cooperative controlling of 48.5%. The remaining 52.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research is aimed analyzing the problems of household waste management system in Sumedang regency, obstacles in the household waste management system, and efforts to overcome the obstacles of the household waste management system in Sumedang regency at Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan. The researcher used qualitative analysis based on descriptive method. The data were taken purposive sampling technique. Research informants by Waste Management and Gardening Division Head, Sanitation Services Section Head, Section Head of Waste Management Partnership and Development, Waste Management and Gardening Management Staff. The data were obtained through literature study and direct observation in the field. This study used Miles and Huberman’s theory with the steps: Reduction data, presentation data, Conclusion drawing/verification, and Triangulation. By using the methods above, it was found that the household waste management system is not good enought, because the soid waste management system is seen from the operationa technique to carry the transportation up to the finalstage in the landfill, the laws and reguations governing the clear waste management, inadequate activites in terms of institutional meeds of employees, the financing is still not enough and the participation of the people who are still less concerned about the waste. The obstacles in the household waste management include uneven service for all regions, lacked of staff, lack of facilities and infrastructure on waste management, the tools were broken, the cost of procurement of equipment is less, lack of maintenance costs, the people who throw garbage carelessly, dump location is very close to the residential.There were efforts to overcome these obstacles by expanding the service area, adding jobs, making good use of facilities and infrastructure, performing maintenance and quality tools, procurement of priority items, staff skills in repairing tools, repairing garbage dumps, maintaining cleanliness of dumps.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problem: Community Participation in Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) payments in South Sumedang District. The method used in the preparation of this proposal is a Qualitative Research Method, with an independent variable namely Community Participation. The informants were as many as 4 people, namely the sub-district head, the head of the governance section, the UN collector, and the village head. Based on the results of interviews and data analysis, it was concluded that community participation in the payment of land and building taxes in rural and urban sectors in South Sumedang District can be said to be quite good. Constraints contained in the Land and Building Tax Payment in rural and urban sectors in the Sumedang Selatan Subdistrict are weak personal awareness, lack of information, lack of free time, and economic capacity of the community. Efforts to overcome these problems are conducting intensive socialization to the public, and the existence of clarity of information by providing online services

Abstract

This study aims to determine, get the data data and objective information abaout Strategy for the Development of Public Service Quality in Kecamatan Sumedang Utara during the Covid-19 Pandemic. In this study, using qualitative research methods with data collection, observation steps, in-depth interviews and documentation. From this research, the results obtained are the factors that support the Quality of Public Services in the Strategy for the Development of Public Service Quality in Kecamatan Sumedang Utara during the Covid-19 Pandemic as a whole. using technology, lack of ability or skills resulting in mismatches in dealing with competency problems. Obstacles were encountered regarding the Quality of Public Services in the Strategy for Developing the Quality of Public Services in Kecamatan Sumedang Utara during the Covid-19 Pandemic, namely: in terms of budget, interest or awareness of employees, facilities, and when employees face new things, lack of funds and environmental conditions or organizational climate that is not supportive, lack of expertise in the analysis phase of a problem at hand, does not meet predetermined standards, mistakes occur if you collect data too quickly. Efforts to overcome obstacles include developing potential, training and developing continuously, using analytical techniques in problem solving, anticipating complex problems, working beyond / meeting standards, work carried out accurately according to the competence of employees in the Service Sector in North Sumedang District.

Abstract

Organizations cannot be separated from the process of interaction. This interaction cannot be limited in scope which is only limited to communication that occurs within the organization. Because in reality the pattern of interactions that occur within the organization ultimately addressed to the public outside the organization concerned. Organizations, be they small, medium or large, basically will always need a touch of active communication to foster public participation in the development of company operations All communication activities carried out by the organization are the tasks of the public relations department, although it is possible that in practice the public relations will coordinate and cooperate with other parts of the organization to carry out communication activities to achieve the stated goals.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain objective data on how librarian development, obstacles in librarian development, and efforts to overcome librarian development obstacles at the Sumedang Regency Regional Archives and Library Office. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research method. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling with research informants as  many as 5 (five) people. Data collection techniques through primary data collection techniques such as observation and interviews, secondary data collection techniques such as literature studies and documentation. In analyzing the data used Hasibuan model with steps: Data reduction, data presentation, Conclution drawing/ferification, and Triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that librarian Development at the Regional Archives and Library Office of Sumedang Regency is still not optimal, because the benchmark development methods in the aspects of quality and quantity of librarian work are still low, the level of librarian discipline is still lacking, the effectiveness and efficiency of librarian work is still lacking, and the target has not been met.

Abstract

The formation of a Pancasila student profile in students is a form of necessity for a teacher, this is because the Pancasila student profile is a reflection of the success of the education process in Indonesia. The project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile is one of the steps taken in realizing the Pancasila student profile. Entrepreneurship is one of the general themes that can be used as a theme that can be studied by students. The real action in the project with the theme of entrepreneurship is through market day activities. This research was conducted at the international green school Sumedang. The results showed that the market day activities that are usually carried out in schools provide an inculcation of an entrepreneurial attitude to students. This can be seen when students create concepts that will be sold, determine the materials to be processed, process raw materials into ready-to-sell materials, market them, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages they get. In addition, the profile of Pancasila students also develops at every stage carried out in the Market Day project.

Abstract

Strategy management is  the art and science of formulating, implementing, and evaluating cross-functional decisions that enable organizations to achieve goals.Each local government certainly has a vision and goals in regional management, including matters related to regional development. Regional development policies are based on the characteristics of the region itself. Including what happened in the Sumedang Regency area. Public relations is a part of the company that acts as a liaison between the company and the community and establishes good relations with the community. Every activity carried out by the DPRD of Sumedang Regency, West Java Province, is always in the public spotlight, therefore publications are needed so that the public knows all matters related to Board Members. Through news that has been published in the mass media, opinions will form among the public. The purpose of this study is to find out how the public communication strategy in the Sumedang Regency DPRD is designed to ensure effectiveness in publishing information, knowing concrete steps taken to increase transparency and openness in conveying information to the community, how the Sumedang Regency DPRD plans to involve the community in the process of delivering information and decision making. The object of this study and research is public relations activities in publishing information through mass media to the public. The methods used in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were collected and analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study, namely public relations and other DPRD members are closely related in establishing harmonious relationships with the public in publishing information to the public in order to create transparency in all matters.

Abstract

Marketing management in an educational institution is very important. This is the desire of education consumers to know what is in the school. In that case, an education management strategy is needed to carry out good and correct marketing according to existing conditions. When marketing a school , what must be considered is the quality of the school as something that will be offered to the market. The implementation of an education marketing management strategy will be good if it is supported by good school quality. However, there are still schools that have not integrated the two well. This research aims to determine the education managementt strategy carried out at MTs Darul Hikmah, Tangjungkerta District, Sumedang Regency and to determine the quality of school at MTs Darul Hikmah . The research method used is qualitative research. The results of this research indicate that MTs Darul Hikmah, Tangjungkerta District, Sumedang Regency has implemented an education marketing management strategy and the quality of the school is quite good, although improvements are still needed for the future
