Abstract

The practicum laboratory is one of the university facilities that accompany your studies, where students can practice their understanding of learning concepts through tests or practical exercises. In this sense the role of the laboratory is very important because the laboratory is a center for teaching and learning, where lectures are used for experiments, research or research. For this reason, in order to expedite the teaching and learning process, adequate facilities are needed in the laboratory, one of which is the Network. However, there are a number of problems that occur where when students download, zoom browsing activity becomes slow. Of course this will make the teaching and learning process less efficient. Based on the problems above, the author wants to conduct research by providing different bandwidth allocations and managing user bandwidth based on priority. The mangle method is used to mark data packets based on port, protocol, src and etc. addresses, and the simple queue method is used to set the amount of bandwidth and priority for each user. From the results of functional testing or research, it can be concluded that the results of applying the mangle method are used to mark a packet that will be restricted based on the configured dst port and the Simple Queue method as a determinant for setting the priority given to each user so that when the user uses zoom access, global, games and others can use the internet network smoothly without internet interference because traffic rate priority and bandwidth management has been carried out.

Abstract

With the advancement of internet technology, it is very easy for humans in the field of information, one implementation that utilizes this technology is the internet of things, where this technology connects electronic devices with internet technology, so that the equipment can be monitored and controlled remotely, one of the advantages of technology In this case, all electronic devices can be modified to make it easier for us to monitor and control according to our needs. By combining the fuzzy logic method, electronic devices that are connected to the internet will become smarter, because the electronic equipment can automatically adjust its condition according to the needs of its owner. In this research, the combination of internet of things and fuzzy logic technology will be implemented in smart buildings, with the hope that the condition of the building will run automatically, depending on the natural conditions that occur

Abstract

The need for internet access has become a necessity provided by all agencies, where in the research conducted on campus 2 of the National Institute of Technology Malang, where the VLANs distributed are approximately 25, so that in distributing internet access requires good network management, where by implementing Hybrid VLAN the IP distribution process is easier and increases the efficiency of network management, by using Hybrid VLAN, the trunking process and IP access are carried out on the router side, From the results of the Implementation of Hybrid VLAN Network Configuration on the ITN Malang Infrastructure, it can be concluded as follows: The implementation of Hybrid VLAN has succeeded in increasing network efficiency by separating network traffic based on function and department, thereby reducing traffic density and improving overall performance, By separating the network into several VLANs, the level of isolation between various network segments has increased, which has an impact on increasing security and reducing the risk of unauthorized access, by implementing a Hybrid VLAN Network, network administrators can manage bandwidth according to the needs of the VLAN segment easily and quickly

Abstract

The management of boarding houses through manual bookkeeping still faces many challenges, such as recording errors, difficulty in monitoring room availability, and inefficiencies in communication between the manager and tenants. boarding houses face these issues, which can potentially lead to conflicts due to misinformation regarding billing and room status.To address these problems, this study aims to develop a web-based boarding house management information system integrated with WhatsApp as a billing notification tool. This system is designed to reduce recording errors, improve room management efficiency, and facilitate communication between tenants and the boarding house manager.With the implementation of this system, it is expected that boarding house managers can easily access tenant data, monitor room status in real-time, and automate the billing process for tenants. The expected outcome of this system development is improved efficiency in boarding house management, increased data recording accuracy, and ease of monitoring and communication

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghadirkan solusi teknologi informasi yang inovatif dalam bentuk peramalan penjualan nasi kotak eSTe Catering dengan menggunakan metode Double Exponential Smoothing berbasis website, guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam melakukan peramalan penjualan pada usaha eSTe Catering. Diharapkan melalui penelitian ini, penjualan lebih terukur dan pemilik usaha mudah untuk memonitoring penjualan dalam usaha catering nasi kotaknya. Melalui metode Double Exponential Smoothing, peramalan penjualan nasi kotak dilakukan perhitngan peramalan dalam perbulan, yang membantu meningkatkan efektivitas penjualan. Pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai ekspektasi dan dapat diandalkan dalam meminimalisir error serta meningkatkan kualitas peramalan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berbasis web ini efektif dalam mendukung peramalan nasi kotak dan disarankan untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut menjadi aplikasi berbasis mobile untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas, aksesibilitas dan efisiensi.===================================================Abstract:This research aims to present innovative information technology solutions in the form of forecasting sales of eSTe Catering boxed rice using the website-based Double Exponential Smoothing method, in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness in forecasting sales at eSTe Catering business. It is hoped that through this research, sales are more measurable and business owners are easy to monitor sales in their boxed rice catering business. Through the Double Exponential Smoothing method, forecasting of boxed rice sales is done monthly, which helps increase sales effectiveness. Testing using the blackbox method shows that the system functions as expected and is reliable in minimizing errors and improving forecasting quality. The results of this study indicate that this web-based application is effective in supporting the forecasting of boxed rice and it is recommended to be further developed into a mobile-based application to improve flexibility, accessibility and efficiency.
