Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, akan dibahas tentang beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawn, antara lain reward dan punishment, rotasi pekerjaan serta motivasi sebagai variabel moderasi . Oleh karena itu perlu diketahui bagaimana perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Hotel di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk (1) menganalisis pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap motivasi kerja. (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh rotasi pekerjaan terhadap motivasi kerja. (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja pegawai. (4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh rotasi pekerjaan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (5) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan hotel di Kabupaten Jember, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 126 responden dengan penetapan sampel dengan metode nonprobability sampling dengan bentuk quota accidental sampling, dan pengambilan data dalam penelitian in menggunakan Analisis Jalur (path analysis) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel reward dan punishment, rotasi pekerjaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja secara parsial, variabel reward dan punishment, rotasi pekerjaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial, variabel reward dan punishment, rotasi pekerjaan dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial, variabel reward dan punishment, rotasi pekerjaan dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh secara positip dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata Kunci: reward dan punishment, rotasi pekerjaan, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This paper explores compatible recovery strategies executed by the tourism business owners to survive their businesses due to the undeniable stagnation of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The present study utilizes semi-structured online interviews to explore participants' activities, experiences, and strategies to maintain the tourism business during the COVID-19 pandemic. We garnered all data concerning the practical field experiences of participants by distributing google forms and collected further information from communication via telephone and WhatsApp. The research results showcased three strategies for the tourism business survival: improving hygiene and health standards, intensifying promotion, and operational cost control. Practically, this research will benefit tourism businesses to be more resilient in uncertain conditions in the future. The current study also contributes to the authority to resolve relevant policies incorporated with economic recovery related to the crisis due to the pandemic.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini pada identifikasi faktor – faktor wisatawan memutuskan berkunjung ke pantai Papuma Jember. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa faktor yang paling dominan keputusan berkunjung wisatawan ke pantai Papuma Jember. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan dengan random sampling 100 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah kausal komparatif deegan teknik  analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal wisatawan yang meliputi dana, motivasi, waktu luang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunung ke pantai Papuma; Faktor atraksi benar-benar tidak mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan; Faktor aksesibilitas benar-benar mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan; Faktor amenitas benar-benar tidak mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan

Abstract

PKM ini bertujuan mengatasi permasalahan Aisyiyah dan Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Sumbersari dalam meningkatkan Pengetahuan dan informasi terkait Pola Komunikasi dan Edukasi Pangan Halal dan sehat. Adapun permasalahan yang ditemui antara lain Permasalahan Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Sumbersari antara lain (1) Minimnya pengetahuan anggota terkait terkait Pola Komunikasi dan Edukasi Pangan Halal dan sehat. (2) Meningkatnya masyarakat yang rentan sakit di Masa Pendemi. (3) Belum memiliki upaya pencegahan penyakit dari pengaturan pola makan yang sehat. (4) Minimnya akses informasi terkait Pola Komunikasi  dan Edukasi Pangan Halal dan sehat. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan (1) mengadakan pelatihan Pola Komunikasi dan Edukasi Pangan Halal dan sehat. (2) Menyusun Modul Pelatihan; (3) Pendampingan mitra (4) Simulasi Pola Komunikasi dan Edukasi Pangan Halal dan sehat.. Target luaran yang akan dicapai adalah meningkatnya pemahaman peserta pelatihan, menurunnya resiko penyebaran penyakit di kalangan masyarakat NA Kebonsari, menyusun artikel terkait pengabdian berupa jurnal nasional, prosiding nasional, foto dokumentasi kegiatan,  blog dan Website. Adapun rencana proses kegiatan 6 bulan yang meliputi  tahap persiapan pelatihan (melaksanakan koordinasi dengan mitra, mengidentifikasi potensi mitra, surat menyurat, sosialisasi kepada peserta, mengadakan koordinasi, penyusunan laporan kegiatan (pembuatan laporan, publikasi kegiatan, pembuatan artikel, dan publikasi jurnal nasional terakreditasi.

Abstract

Riset ini dilaksanakan pada hotel di Jember, dimana penginapan ialah salah satu zona yang diperlukan buat mendukung pariwisata pada wilayah setempat. Tujuan di riset ini: 1) Buat menganalisa bobot kegiatan, ganti rugi serta kebahagiaan kegiatan mempengaruhi parsial dengan cara penting kepada kemampuan pegawai. 2) Buat menganalisa bobot kegiatan, ganti rugi, serta kebahagiaan pegawai mempengaruhi simultan dengan cara penting kepada kemampuan pegawai. Tata cara yang dipakai merupakan tata cara kuantitatif sebab- akibat. Metode analisa informasi buat riset ini: percobaan dugaan klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi (uji f serta uji t) serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil riset membuktikan: 1) Hasil uji t variabel bobot kegiatan mempengaruhi positif tidak penting kepada kemampuan pegawai dengan angka signifikansi 0,140. 2) Hasil uji t variabel ganti rugi mempengaruhi positif penting kepada kemampuan pegawai bersumber pada angka signifikansi 0,000. 3) Hasil uji t variabel kebahagiaan pegawai mempengaruhi positif tidak penting kepada kemampuan pegawai bersumber pada angka signifikansi 0,558. 4) Hasil uji F membuktikan variabel bobot kegiatan, ganti rugi serta kemampuan pegawai mempengaruhi penting kepada kemampuan pegawai ditunjukkan oleh hasil sebesar 0,000. 5) Hasil pada uji R2 didapat hasil 0,850. Nilai penting dalam riset ini merupakan terdapatnya hasil yang membuktikan dampak positif tetapi tidak penting kepada elastis bobot kegiatan serta kebahagiaan kegiatan, maka perihal itu dapat jadi rujukan terkini untuk riset selanjutnya.

Abstract

The growth of the tourism sector has spurred various regions to compete to bring out tourism in their respective regions. Sidomulyo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency is a tourist village managed by the village community by optimizing its potential in the form of: natural tourism objects including Sendang Tirto Gumitir, a very clear and cool spring, the Pinus Raya Forest, all of which are still preserved, in this study focused on the development of sustainable tourism villages. This study aims to 1). Looking for alternative forms and approaches for rural tourism as an effort to realize sustainable tourism development, 2) Formulate a tourism management model that is socially, economically, and culturally sound for local communities in facing the era of globalization in the future. The data analysis used was descriptive and SWOT with a total sample of 18 community respondents, and 50 tourist respondents. The results showed (1) tourism potential; gaining the support of village regulations and policies; gaining the support of the community's acceptance and openness to tourists; the existence of a vision and mission; as well as public awareness of the importance of developing tourism potential, (2) tourism management is still very simple; lack of facilities, infrastructure and accessibility; limited number and quality of managers; lack of stakeholder engagement; as well as limited promotional activities, (3) government support for tourism development as an alternative to sustainable development in Jember Regency; the presence of special interest tourism development; tourist satisfaction and the desire to return to enjoy tourism in Jember is high; business diversification and increasing people's income; as well as support for technological developments, (4) the existence of illegal mines (dredging gumuk); the behavior of visitors/tourists who do not pay enough attention to environmental ethics; weak carrying capacity especially at the height of the holidays; public perception of the economic benefits of tourist villages; as well as competition between tourism objects, (5) The Potential Development of Sidomulyo Jember Tourism Village should establish a concentration strategy through horizontal integration or stability. Abstract

PKM bertujuan meningkatkan omset penjualan kelompok pengusaha mikro Aisyiyah yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Mereka selama ini hanya menjual produknya kepada tetangga dan teman dekat karena kurangnya sarana promosi yang memadai. Untuk memulai langkah pengembangan promosi, pengusul mengajak mereka untuk mengenali kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan tantangan dengan menerapkan analisis SWOT. Tujuan dari Kegiatan PKM ini memberikan pendampingan serta pelatihan tentang pengemasan produk, serta promosi online dan offline menggunakan berbagai media promosi kepada para pengusaha mikro kecil skala rumahan yang menjadi binaan Majelis Ekonomi. Kegiatan. Tahap pelaksanaan meliputi kajian dengan metode SWOT, memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan strategi promosi, menentukan segmen pasar, membuat desain model promosi, praktik promosi secara digital, memantau perkembangan omset penjualan produk, melakukan analisa terhadap omset penjualan, dan mendesain ulang strategi promosi jika perlu. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dalam penyelenggaraannya dilakukan melalui dua tahap pelatihan yaitu pertama tahap pelatihan pengemasan produk dan tahap kedua pelatihan promosi berhasil secara signifikan. Peserta mendaptkan pengetahuan yang bermanfaat bagi pengembangan usahanya dalam hal ini mampu membuat foto produk yang berkarakter dan layak diunggah sebagai promosi dalam media sosial. Hasil kegiatan berhasil meningkatan omset penjualan produk kelompok pengusaha mikro kecil Aisyiyah skala rumahan meskipun baru 50%. Sedangkan 50% peserta lainnya masih mendapatkan pendampingan dari tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dan Majelis Ekonomi Pimpinan Daerah Aisyiyah Kabupaten Jember   Increased product sales turnover of Aisyiyah home-based micro and small entrepreneurs through product packaging training and online/offline promotion.   Abstract: PKM aims to increase the sales turnover of the Aisyiyah micro-entrepreneur group affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. They have only sold their products to neighbors and close friends due to the lack of adequate means of promotion. To begin the promotion development step, the proposer invites them to recognize strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges by applying a SWOT analysis. The purpose of this PKM activity is to provide assistance and training on product packaging, as well as online and offline promotion using various promotional media to home-scale micro-small entrepreneurs who are fostered by the Economic Council. Activities. The implementation stage includes studies with the SWOT method, providing training and assistance in promotional strategies, determining market segments, designing promotional models digital promotional practices, monitoring the development of product sales turnover, analyzing sales turnover, and redesigning promotional strategies if necessary. This community service activity, in its implementation, is carried out through two stages of training. Namely, the first stage of product packaging training and the second stage of promotional training is significantly successful. Participants gain knowledge that is useful for their business development, in this case, being able to make product photos that have character and are worthy of being uploaded as promotions on social media. The results of the activity succeeded in increasing the sales turnover of the products of the home-scale Aisyiyah small micro-entrepreneur group, even though it was only 50%. While the other 50% of participants still received assistance from the implementation team of community service activities and the Economic Council of Aisyiyah Regional Leaders of Jember Regency.

Abstract

This PKM aims to overcome the problems of the State High School (SMK) 2 Lumajang in the management and utilization of the website in the KBM and information process. The problems encountered by the State High School (SMK) 2 Lumajang include (1) Information technology that is already widely available in schools has not been utilized optimally as a medium to support the teaching and learning process and school information, (2) The ability of teachers / website admins who are still minimal in utilizing information technology as a medium to support the teaching and learning process and school information,  (3) The web is a media that is currently popular among the younger generation and has facilities that can be used as a medium to support the teaching and learning process and school information, (4) The demands of the times that have been increasingly advanced in information technology. The solutions offered are (1) Providing skills and abilities to create and manage websites as a supporting medium for the teaching and learning process and school information (2) Information technology in this case the Internet network available in schools can be utilized optimally as a medium to support the teaching and learning process and school information; (3) Develop Training Modules (4) Partner assistance (4) Website Creation Simulation and its management. The external target to be achieved is skills in the use of information technology for teachers and school web admins by creating and managing a website as a medium to support the teaching and learning process and school information and improving the ability of teachers to utilize information technology to create and manage teacher websites and school websites.

Abstract

The Sidomulyo Tourism Village Development Program aims to overcome various problems related to the preparation of job descriptions in it. Sidomulyo Tourism Village, like many other tourism destinations, faces challenges that need to be overcome so that its operations run more smoothly. One of the main problems faced is the vagueness in the job description which can lead to misunderstandings between workers and managers of Sidomulyo Tourism Village about duties and responsibilities. Sometimes, hired workers do not have qualifications according to the job description, which negatively affects worker performance and satisfaction. Another challenge is crafting job descriptions for unique positions such as tour guides or event organizers who have specific duties. Changes in tourism trends or the local environment can also affect workers' duties. Limited resources for training are an obstacle in improving workers' understanding of their work. Understanding local culture is also important in the tourism industry. To solve this problem, the program offers a solution. Clarification of job descriptions through discussion with workers to identify vagueness. Evaluate the qualifications of workers to ensure conformity with job requirements. Implementation of training programs, workshops, or field trips. Evaluate the impact of training to measure improvements in worker understanding and performance. Adjustment of job descriptions according to the results of evaluations and changes in the industry or environment. Flexibility in dealing with changing tourism trends and the local environment. The aim of the program is for participants to have a better understanding of their duties, history, culture, and local values. This will help them become better ambassadors for Sidomulyo Tourism Village, improve their performance, and contribute to the development of the tourism industry in the village as well as the preservation of the local environment. This program also produces accredited national articles and journals as documentation of the results of their service to the community

Abstract

Human resources are an important aspect of the industry to achieve industrial goals, where industrial goals are carried out if in the industry there are potential and professional human resources, it can provide quality improvement and industrial quality. The objectives of this study include determining the relationship between morale and employee performance, to find out the experience of work on employee performance. This research method uses a total sample of 82 respondents with a saturated sampling method. The results of this research prove that variable morale has a positive and significant impact on employee performance where if morale increases, employee performance will also increase, activity experience affects positively and is important to employee abilities whereas if work experience increases employee performance will also increase. Assessing that morale and good work experience will improve employee performance in hotels. Keywords: Morale; Work Experience; Performance; Employees; Hotels
