Abstract

The development of the SME sector in Indonesia is growing every year. However, since the emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak which has been confirmed for the first time to enter Indonesia since March 2020, the SME sector has become increasingly suboptimal in its development. The presence of fintech makes it easier for people to apply for financing rather than applying for financing to banks. The emergence of fintech companies that have products specifically for SMEs, namely sharia invoice financing such as the one at PT. Investree. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy and effectiveness of SME development through sharia invoice financing of PT. Investree during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The result of this research is the strategy implemented by PT. Investree in developing SMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic is to strengthen collaboration with ecosystem partners, improve credit scoring capabilities and innovate business processes. Then, to see the effectiveness of providing financing using indicators of quality, administration, price and the right amount and time which can support the effectiveness of providing sharia invoice financing at PT. Investree during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia is increasingly progressing quite rapidly. This development is evidenced by the increasing total number of Islamic commercial banks, as well as the very large number of Islamic people's financing banks. This study aims to investigate the comparison between BUS and BPRS. This study uses a quantitative methodology with data analysis techniques using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), and a different test using an independent sample t-test. The population used is 5 Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) and 5 Sharia People's Financing Banks (BPRS) in West Java with data samples of fixed assets, savings, operational costs, financing, and operating profit. This study uses secondary data sourced from the official website of the Financial Services Authority. The results of this study are that BPRS has a higher average efficiency level than BUS, and there is no significant difference between BUS efficiency and BPRS in 2017, 2018, and 2019 based on DEA CRS and DEA VRS.Berkembangnya perbankan syariah di Indonesia semakin memiliki kemajuan yang cukup pesat. Perkembangan ini dibuktikan dari angka total bank umum syariah yang meningkat, serta angka bank pembiayaan rakyat syariah yang berjumlah sangat besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi perbandingan antara BUS dengan BPRS. Penelitian ini memakai metodologi kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data memakai Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), serta uji beda menggunakan sampel independent t test. Populasi yang digunakan adalah lima Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) dan lima Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) di Jawa Barat dengan sampel data aset tetap, simpanan, biaya operasional, pembiayaan, dan laba operasional, kemudian data sekunder yang bersumber dari website resmi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Hasil dari penelitian menjelaskan bahwa BPRS memiliki rata-rata tingkat efisiensi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan BUS, serta tidak terdapatnya perbedaan yang signifikan antara efisiensi BUS dengan BPRS pada tahun 2017, 2018, dan 2019 berdasarkan DEA CRS maupun DEA VRS.

Abstract

 The collection of ZIS through GoPay has increased significantly when compared to the collection from previous years, which can be seen from the public interest in donating, especially ZIS, which remains high despite the economic crisis in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the interest in paying ZIS using electronic money through GoPay. This study uses quantitative research methods with the research population, namely the Jabodetabek people who have paid ZIS through GoPay. The data collection method used primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 100 people who were taken using the Lemeshow formula. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. From the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant positive effect between the variables of brand awareness and religiosity partially on interest in paying ZIS using GoPay, but easiness had no effect. Simultaneously, the variables of easiness, brand awareness, and religiosity have a significant influence on the interest in paying ZIS using GoPay.Keywords: Brand Awareness, Easiness, and ReligiosityAbstrakPenghimpunan ZIS melalui GoPay mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan jika dibandingkan dengan penghimpunan dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya yang dapat dilihat dari minat masyarakat untuk berdonasi khususnya ZIS tetap tinggi meskipun krisis ekonomi terjadi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat membayar ZIS menggunakan uang elektronik melalui GoPay. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian yaitu masyarakat Jabodetabek yang pernah membayar ZIS melalui GoPay. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang yang diambil menggunakan rumus lemeshow. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan terdapat pengaruh yang positif signifikan antara variabel kesadaran merek dan religiusitas secara parsial terhadap minat membayar ZIS menggunakan GoPay, namun kemudahan tidak berpengaruh. Secara simultan variabel kemudahan, kesadaran merek, dan religiusitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat membayar ZIS menggunakan GoPay. Kata Kunci: Kemudahan; Kesadaran Merek; Religiusitas

Abstract

Abstract One of the most important government policies is the state spending policy. Because this will affect the welfare of the people whose basic needs must be met. In Islam, basic needs are reflected in the five maqasid sharia, namely hifzu din, hifzun nafs, hifzul 'aql, hifzun nasl, and hifzul mal. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the Indonesian state budget in 2023 using the perspective of maqāsid shari'ah which includes meeting the basic needs of society related to the protection of religion, life, intelligence, lineage and wealth. The method used in ths study is a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing domains to observe government budget priorities with a sectoral analysis approach using the main data source in the form of the APBN and relevant articles as theoretical references. This research looks at the spending of the Indonesian state budget in 2023 based on function, then it is included in the respective indicators of the five maqasid sharia. The results of the study show that the portion of the Indonesian state budget in 2023 does not yet reflect the level of maqāsid shari'ah as a whole. Budget priority in maqasid sharia is seen in hifdzul-mal and hifdzun-nafs, then hifdzul-'aql, hifdzu-din, and finally hifdzun-nasl. The sequential levels of maqasid sharia are found in the hifdzun-nafs and hifdzul-'aql budgets in 2023. Keywords: Maqashid Sharia; State Budget; State Expenditures Abstrak Salah satu kebijakan pemerintah yang sangat penting adalah kebijakan belanja negara. Sebab hal ini akan berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat yang harus terpenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya. Dalam Islam, kebutuhan dasar tercermin dalam lima maqasid syariah, yaitu hifzu din, hifzun nafs, hifzul 'aql, hifzun nasl, dan hifzul mal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis anggaran belanja negara Indonesia pada tahun 2023 menggunakan perspektif maqāsid syari'ah yang mencakup pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar masyarakat terkait perlindungan agama, kehidupan, kecerdasan, keturunan, dan kekayaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisis domain untuk mengamati prioritas anggaran pemerintah dengan pendekatan analisis sektoral menggunakan sumber data utama berupa APBN dan artikel-artikel yang relevan sebagai rujukan teori. Penelitian ini melihat pengeluaran APBN Indonesia pada tahun 2023 berdasarkan fungsi, kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam indikator masing-masing dari lima maqasid syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa porsi anggaran belanja negara Indonesia pada tahun 2023 belum mencerminkan tingkat maqāsid syari'ah secara keseluruhan. Prioritas anggaran dalam maqasid syariah terlihat pada hifdzul-mal dan hifdzun-nafs, kemudian pada hifdzul-'aql, hifdzu-din, dan terakhir hifdzun-nasl. Tingkat maqasid syariah yang berurutan ditemukan pada anggaran hifdzun-nafs dan hifdzul-'aql pada tahun 2023. Kata kunci: APBN; Belanja Negara; Maqashid Syariah

Abstract

Terdapat masalah dalam sistem donasi digital. Hal yang beberapa kali terjadi dalam system donasi online adalah modus penipuan. Seperti yang terjadi saat adanya gempa yang menerjang Turki – Suriah, ada beberapa oknum yang memanfaatkan peristiwa tersebut untuk meraih keuntungan pribadi. Tujuan dari penilitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh akuntabilitas, electronic word of mouth, Brand Image, dan perencanaan keuangan syariah terhadap keputusan donasi online pada kitabisa.com di DKI Jakarta. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan masyarakat muslim DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 responden dengan kriteria penduduk muslim, berdomisili di DKI Jakarta, serta pernah berdonasi melalui layanan kitabisa.com. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik partial least square menggunakan aplikasi SmartPls. Hasil uji hipotesis yaitu akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan donasi, electronic word of mouth tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan donasi, brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan donasi dan perencanaan keuangan syariah tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan donasi.

Abstract

The research aims to explain the impact of awareness, lifestyle, and halal certification on people’s buying interest in MSME’s halal food products in DKI Jakarta Province. To the best of researchers’ knowledge based on the previous articles, there are no research titles that discuss the three variables simultaneously regarding the influence on the buying interest. Therefore, this research has some aspect of novelty compared to previous studies. Quantitative method is used for research methods that refer to numerical data. The subjects for this research are 150 consumers of MSME’s halal food products in the DKI Jakarta Province. Primary data collection is used as a technical data collection. Primary data was acquired from the distribution of questionnaires to MSME halal food consumers. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis. The findings of this study among the three variables are used, two only have a significant influence on the buying interest whereas the three variables together have a significant influence on the buying interest of MSME products. To increase the buying interest of halal food products for MSMEs in DKI Jakarta, factors that can be considered important are halal awareness and halal lifestyle, because both have a significant impact on the buying interest. This can be interpreted if the two variables are increase it will also increase the buying interest of MSME’s halal food products in DKI Jakarta. On the other hand, if the three variables are considered simultaneously it will have a significant influence on buying interest.

Abstract

NPF in the largest Islamic banking occurs in BPRS institutions compared to BUS and UUS. The highest NPF in the financing category of BPRS comes from the SME category compared to non-SMEs. This research aims to identify the external and internal factors affecting the NPF of SMEs in BPRS. This study uses a quantitative approach with the ARDL method. The data used is quarterly secondary data from 2015-2023. In the short term, all variables have varying effects on the NPF of the SME category at lags 1 to 4. Furthermore, in the long term, inflation and ROA have a significant positive effect on the NPF of the SME category. Conversely, the exchange rate and FDR have a significant negative effect on the NPF of the SME category.

Abstract

One parameter to measure a bank’s success is net profit. The more the bank's revenue grows, the more it shows a strong performance. This research aims to determine the effect of revenue sharing from musyarakah, mudharabah, and murabahah margin income on the net profit of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk with a time span of 2014 to 2021. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach based on secondary data with the sample used in the report of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk in 2014 to 2021. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that musyarakah profit-sharing income did not have a positive effect, mudharabah profit-sharing income had a positive effect, while murabahah margin income had a negative effect on net income. For the Islamic banking industry, this research can be used to determine the factors that can affect net profit and can measure the performance of Islamic banks and other stakeholders.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors of halal awareness and lifestyle on the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers at Japanese restaurants in Jakarta using a quantitative approach. The population selected in this study were Muslim consumers who had visited a Japanese restaurant located in the Jakarta area. For the number of samples in this study using as many as 150 Muslim consumers of Japanese restaurants in the Jakarta area. The sampling instrument in this study was obtained from distributing questionnaires. The analytical technique used to determine the magnitude of the effect is multiple linear regression. The data processing tool used for data analysis in this research is SPSS software version 20. The results of the tests carried out show that the variables of halal awareness and lifestyle partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers at Japanese restaurants in Jakarta.
