Abstract

The development of consumer goods is an industry with great potential to boost the Indonesian economy. The increase in the consumer goods sector which is considered attractive by investors will require manufacturing companies to improve their performance. The Indonesian economy is primarily driven by household consumption. In 2011, household consumption contributed 55.42% to GDP and increased to 57.93% in 2019, and PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk is a significant key player in consumer goods. This study aims to define and measure the financial performance of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the 2015-2019 period using the ratio analysis method to help show the extent to which the company has succeeded in achieving its goals. The object used is PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's financial report data from 2015 to 2019. This study uses analytical tools in the form of liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, solvency ratios and activity ratios. This analysis is used to compare the risk and rate of return of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's activities to help investors and creditors make better investment and credit decisions. Overall, from the results of our research using financial ratio analysis, it can be concluded that PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's performance was in good condition from 2015 to 2019, so it is feasible for investors to invest their capital.

Abstract

Community Service (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat-PKM) is a fundamental implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This activity aims to address the need for strong motivation and discipline among Vocational High School (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan - SMK) students, particularly those majoring in Accounting, as crucial preparation for entering the workforce or continuing their education. This PKM was conducted through an interactive socialization session involving 12th-grade Accounting students at SMKN 3 Karawang, using presentation, discussion, and Question & Answer methods. The results indicate a significant increase in participants' enthusiasm and understanding of accounting principles, career prospects, and professional ethics. Furthermore, the activity successfully fostered a collaborative partnership between the university and the school, while also enhancing the social skills of the implementing student team. In conclusion, this socialization proved to be an effective medium for knowledge and motivation transfer. It is recommended that similar initiatives be developed sustainably and expanded in scope to maximize their positive impact.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan implementasi fundamental dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menjawab kebutuhan akan motivasi dan disiplin yang kuat bagi siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), khususnya yang mengambil jurusan Akuntansi, sebagai persiapan penting untuk memasuki dunia kerja atau melanjutkan pendidikan. PKM ini dilaksanakan melalui sesi sosialisasi interaktif yang melibatkan siswa kelas XII Akuntansi di SMKN 3 Karawang, dengan menggunakan metode presentasi, diskusi, dan sesi tanya jawab. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam antusiasme dan pemahaman peserta mengenai prinsip-prinsip akuntansi, prospek karier, dan etika profesi. Lebih lanjut, kegiatan ini berhasil membina kemitraan kolaboratif antara universitas dan sekolah, sekaligus meningkatkan keterampilan sosial tim mahasiswa pelaksana. Kesimpulannya, sosialisasi ini terbukti menjadi media yang efektif untuk transfer pengetahuan dan motivasi. Disarankan agar inisiatif serupa dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan dan diperluas cakupannya untuk memaksimalkan dampak positifnya.

Abstract

MSMEs as the backbone of the Indonesian economy face the challenge of digital transformation in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, where many MSME websites in Tangerang City are not optimal so that sales stagnate despite significant investment. This study aims to prove the effect of website quality (X1) and digital marketing (X2) on increasing sales (Y) using a causal associative quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. The population includes MSMEs in Tangerang City, a sample of 50 purposive respondents who have had an active website for at least one year. The Likert 1-5 questionnaire instrument was analyzed using IBM SPSS 26 including validity-reliability tests, classical assumptions, and hypothesis tests. The results show a regression coefficient of Y = 12.450 + 0.452X1 + 0.385X2 with an adjusted R square of 0.685 (68.5%), both variables have a significant effect (sig. 0.000). The conclusion states that MSMEs need to optimize website UI/UX and SEO strategies for maximum sales conversion
