Abstract

The Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) aims to improve teachers' competence in carrying out the learning process, which in turn has an impact on improving the quality of education. The purpose of the research is to find out how to evaluate the literacy and numeracy skills of teachers participating in the PPG Certain Teachers. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely evaluation research with a case study method that focuses on one phenomenon. The design models used in CIPPO evaluation are context, input, process, product, and outcome. The population is all informants, namely PPG managers, PPG Coordinators, Lecturers, Pamong Teachers and PPG participants of Certain Teachers totaling 569 people. Data collection by document study, interview guidelines and observation guidelines. Qualitative data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. In general, based on the graduation percentage of 99.3% declared to have passed UKPPPG and 0.7% did not pass UKPPPG, it can be concluded that the literacy and numeracy skills of teachers participating in certain PPG Teachers are very good and the PPG program at LPTK Malikussaleh University can continue.

Abstract

The change of the curriculum to the Independent Curriculum made the National Exam (UN) officially change to the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM). The evaluation carried out in the National Assessment consisted of reasoning ability using language (literacy), reasoning ability using mathematics (numeracy), and strengthening character education. Despite the lack of significant improvement in Indonesia's literacy, numeracy, and science skills rankings over the past 18 years, the country consistently ranks in the bottom 10 in PISA test results. Facing the current Independent curriculum, teachers must be able to teach based on literacy and numeracy skills, because this is the indicator in AKM and PISA-based assessments. If teachers master literacy and numeracy skills, then teachers can convey materials related to literacy and numeracy clearly and correctly for students. Teachers are expected to innovate to develop student competencies through various lessons through student-centred teaching. This Community Service is a community partnership program in collaboration with SMKN 3 Lhokseumawe. Service activities are by providing material on literacy and numeracy-based learning. During the service program, teachers are given knowledge about literacy and numeracy, the form of questions, and the number of percentages of questions in the AKM, which are useful for strengthening teachers' literacy and numeracy.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan praktis, dan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat dan naposo nauli bulung ( NNB ), terkait tata cara fardu kifayah mait  dalam Islam meliputi memandikan, mengkafani, mensholatkan, dan mengkuburkan. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang meliputi dua tahap utama: penyampaian teori tentang hukum dan prosedur tajhizul mait, serta praktik langsung. Pelatihan ini berlangsung pada 15 Agustus 2025 dan dihadiri oleh 25 orang. Narasumber pelatihan Nurmaidah. menyampaikan materi dengan metode menjelaskan dan praktik langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai tata cara fardu kipayah mait. Program ini efektif dalam memperkaya pengetahuan, dan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat muslim dalam memahami dan melaksanakan proses tajhizul mait dengan benar.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine and evaluate the influence of accounting information system, internal control system and employee performance on the characteristics of financial statements at the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Jambi Province. This study utilized both primary and secondary data on a sample of 50 employees involved in the financial process of the Jambi Provincial Public Works and Public Housing Service. Data collection using the questionnaire method using an interval scale. Analyses of multiple linear regression by using SPSS for Windows. The findings revealed that partially and simultaneously the variables of the accounting information system, internal control system and employee performance affect the characteristics of financial statements at the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Jambi Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of Physics LKPD based on ethnoscience and to determine the increase in students' cognitive learning outcomes after using Physics LKPD based on ethnoscience. This study used the research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. The sample used in this study was 2 classes, namely class XI IPA 1 and class XI IPA 2, totaling 37 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, tests, and validation sheet instruments from media experts, material experts, and teacher experts. The results of the study obtained from the results of the material expert validator obtained a percentage score of 87% with the criteria of "very feasible". The results of the media expert validator obtained a percentage score of 81% with the criteria of "very feasible". The results of the teacher expert validator obtained a percentage score of 98% with the criteria of "very feasible". Student responses to LKPD obtained a percentage score of 84% with the criteria of "very interesting". The effectiveness of LKPD based on N-gain is 0.58 with the interpretation that there is an increase in cognitive learning outcomes in the moderate category.
