Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen pada keputusan pembelian konsumen menggunakan aplikasi e-grocery menggunakan model Extended Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) serta hubungannya dengan pembangunan ketahanan pangan Indonesia dalam masa pandemi, dimana hasilnya nanti diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah untuk mengembangkan kebijakan khusus untuk semua pihak yang terkait dengan penggunaan aplikasi e-grocery seperti petani, nelayan, pedagang pasar, pedagang sayur keliling dan masyarakat pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan uji statistik Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Manfaat yang dirasakan oleh konsumen dari penggunaan e-grocery ini tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan niat beli konsumen, sedangkan kemudahan penggunaan, kepercayaan serta resiko keuangan menjadi faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap niat beli konsumen dalam menggunakan aplikasi e-grocery.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah merupakan jenis bisnis yang memiliki peran cukup besar pada peningkatan penyerapan tenaga kerja dan sebagai roda penggerak perekonomian negara Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan, literasi keuangan, herding, dan overconfidence terhadap keputusan investasi Pelaku UMKM di Kota Depok, Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pelaku UMKM di Kota Depok, Jawa Barat sebagai populasi dan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode probability sampling, simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Pendapatan, Literasi Keuangan, Overconfidence memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan investasi, namun variabel Herding tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi. Dengan kata lain bahwa indikator-indikator didalam variabel Pendapatan, Literasi Keuangan, Overconfidence mempengaruhi Pelaku UMKM dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Purpose: This research was conducted to determine whether or not the work environment, organizational culture and transformational leadership influence the job satisfaction of millennial generation employees Research methodologi: Sampling of 80 respondents of millennial generation employees in Rw 11 Cakung Timur Cakung, East Jakarta who currently work in a company based on criteria using purposive and roscoe techniques. Analysis technique with path method and analysis tool using SmartPLS 3.3. Results: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of millennial generation employees in Rw 11 (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of millennial employees in Rw 11 (3) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of millennial generation employees. Limitations: Technique of distributing questionnaires mostly through g-form considering the current conditions do not allow to be able to deal directly with respondents due to Covid19 and limited references to previous research that examines the same variables and reference object generations millennials are still few. Contribution: Can be a reference for companies in implementing company systems, especially to maintain employee satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and prove the influence of fund size, fund age, and jakarta islamic index on sharia equity mutual funds performance. The object of the study is sharia equity mutual funds using a sample of 16 mutual fund products during the period 2017-2020 and the use of Data Panel Regression Analysis Techniques through the Eviews 10 program. The results found in the study are fund size, fund age and JII positively affect on sharia equity mutual funds performance.

Abstract

The competition in the field of health service is diverse and competitive. When facing the competition with the competitor, the quality of health services must also on it's prime. One of the factor that determine the quality of service is the quality of the human resource. But to provide the most excellent service with the lowest price, competitor is offering higher salary to the human resources of PT.AEA. In this case, employment turnover is giving a negative impact to the company because of the health human resources recruited by the competitor is getting a training and debriefing. The high rate of employment turnover has resulted in the decreased of company performance and incurring cost on the recruitment of new employees. Therefore, every company must analyze and control the factor that cause the high rate of human resources turnover. Keywords : Human resource, health service, employee turnover

Abstract

The problems faced in the development of garlic production in Temanggung regency are the competitiveness of garlic in Temanggung Regency is still low due to the inadequate ability of garlic farmers and institutions the garlic farmers group has not been able to create an Innovation Strategy through the use of technology in garlic cultivation. This research is a quantitative study to determine the effect of Learning Organization and Innovation Strategy on Garlic Competitiveness in Temanggung Regency. The study was conducted with a total sample of 73 farmer groups from 90 existing farmer groups in 3 garlic center districts namely Bulu District, Parakan District, and Kledung District. Data processing uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that (1) There is no direct influence of Learning Organization on Garlic Competitiveness, (2) there is a direct effect of Innovation Strategy on Garlic Competitiveness, (3) there is an indirect influence of Learning Organization on Garlic Competitiveness through Innovation Strategy, and (4) there is a direct influence of Learning Organizations on Innovation Strategy.Keywords: Learning Organization, Innovation Strategy, Competitiveness, and Garlic.ABSTRAKPermasalahan pengembangan produksi bawang putih di kabupaten Temanggung adalah daya saing bawang putih yang masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan karena kemampuan petani bawang putih yang belum memadai dan kelembagaan kelompok petani bawang putih belum dapat menciptakan strategi inovasi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi budidaya bawang putih. Studi ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh Learning Organizationdan, Innovation Strategyterhadap daya saing bawang putihdi kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 kelompok tani dari 90 kelompok tani yang ada di 3 kecamatan sentra bawang putihyaitu kecamatanBulu, kecamatan Parakan, dan kecamatan Kledung. Anaisisdata menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan  pendekatan Partial  Least  Square (PLS). Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) tidak ada pengaruh langsung Learning Organization terhadap Daya Saing bawang putih, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung Innovation Strategy terhadap daya saing budidaya bawang putih, (3) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Learning Organzation terhadap daya saingbudidaya bawang putihmelalui Innovation Strategy, dan (4) terdapat pengaruh langsung Learning Organization terhadap Innovation Strategy.Kata kunci:Organisasi Pembelajar, Strategi Inovasi, Daya Saing, dan Budidaya Bawang Putih

Abstract

Sendangagung Village is one of the villages in Sleman which has several catfish farms to help the community's economy. Besides being cheap and easy to get, catfish has a variety of nutrients that are good for the body. However, in catfish farming, it is not an easy thing. Because there are so many farmers who actually experience losses in catfish farming because the selling price is too low. In addition, there is a Desa Prima consisting of Sendangagung women, an alternative or breakthrough in efforts to empower women in the economy through increasing women's empowerment and increasing income women, especially poor families. This service intends to combine the two groups above to solve common problems, namely the Catfish Farmer Group and Desa Prima Sendangagung through four stages, namely program socialization, mentoring, education and training, and post-training partner monitoring. Desa Prima Sendangagung will obtain relatively cheap raw materials which will be processed into various products and sold online. Meanwhile, catfish farmers will benefit from having no trouble marketing their crops.

Abstract

Youth has a central role in overseeing the development journey, The role played by youth in the economic field is able to be optimally actualized as we all expect. The establishment of the Karang Taruna Cooperative, Jatiuwung District, Tagerang City, is predicted to be able to provide the welfare of members and the surrounding community. The process of empowering youth through the Karang Taruna Cooperative is implemented through Community Service (PKM) activities to provide empirical ideas for real work for the economic progress of more independent youth. Economic empowerment through the Karang Taruna cooperative can create an integrated unity between the role of the campus and the community, especially the PKM Team of UPN Veteran Jakarta Lecturers with Karang Taruna, Jatiuuwung District, Tangerang City. In the process, there are problems faced by the youth economy including: a). Not understanding the meaning and importance of Cooperatives for youth economic empowerment b). Do not yet understand running good cooperative management, c). Not optimal business run by Taruna reefs. Departing from the real problems and conditions of the role of youth for the economy to increase, it is necessary to support the activities and stages of implementing Youth Cooperatives such as getting to know the types of cooperatives, cooperative groups, cooperative businesses and knowing how to manage cooperatives properly and correctly. Furthermore, it is necessary to give an understanding of the conditions for establishing a cooperative. Understanding in preparing documents in the form of a license that must be owned by the cooperative if it is established and the business is already running. Participants will be given a stamp on cooperative management, cooperative working capital consisting of principal deposits, compulsory deposits and voluntary deposits, all of which come from members. After that, participants were given material on calculating the remaining business results that must be distributed to members every year known as SHU and the Annual Member Meeting (RAT) which must be held by the management every year. Thus, it can be seen that the impact of the Karang Taruna Cooperative needs to provide benefits for the suisnability of the youth's business. Therefore, the Karang Taruna Jatiuwung Cooperative in Tangerang City is able to improve the economy of members and the community by being free from poverty in order to improve their standard of living independently

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Dunia diserang Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) pada Desember 2019 dan ditetapkan sebagai darurat kesehatan internasional yang menyebabkan krisis di seluruh dunia. Kerja sama di segala bidang menurun hingga Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) diberhentikan. Banyak sektor perusahaan terdampak, salah satunya sektor transportasi akibat implementasi Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) yang berdampak pada pembatasan angkutan umum dan pembatasan kapasitas operasional bisnis. Tujuan : Kondisi seperti ini, perusahaan mengandalkan aset yang dimiliki untuk melanjutkan proses bisnis melalui diversifikasi usaha dengan keterbatasan operasional yang ditetapkan. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2019-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengginakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 44 sampel perusahaan transportasi. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini bahwa ukuran perusahaan dan efisiensi operasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan sedangkan ukuran perusahaan, efisiensi operasional dan kinerja keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan serta kinerja keuangan tidak bisa menjadi intervening ukuran perusahaan dan efisiensi operasional terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kesimpulan: ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan karena aset yang dimiliki perusahaan dapat digunakan untuk diversifikasi usaha di masa pandemi Covid-19. ukuran perusahaan tidak mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan karena beberapa perusahaan transportasi aset yang dimiliki berupa sewa dimana terdapat kewajiban pembiayaan yang harus dibayar dalam jangka waktu tertentu dan di era modern saat ini perusahaan transportasi telah mengadopsi konsep sharing economy. kinerja keuangan tidak mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan karena pemerintah mendorong investasi dalam proyek infrastruktur untuk memperkuat nasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Risk Management Disclosure, Institutional Ownership, dan Macroeconomic Sensitivity terhadap Financial Distress pada Perusahaan Pelayaran di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan adalah data panel perusahaan pelayaran di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), periode 2016 - 2020. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua tahap, pertama pengujian skor potensi financial distress sampel dengan Modified Altman Z- Model skor. Kedua, menguji pengaruh risk management disclosure, Institutional Ownership, dan Macroeconomic Sensitivity terhadap financial distress dengan Logistics Regression menggunakan program Eviews dan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil pengujian tahap pertama diperoleh skor potensial model Altman yang dimodifikasi rata-rata 44,12% perusahaan pelayaran di BEI periode 2016-2020, pada zona distress area. Tahap kedua yaitu pengungkapan Risk Management, Institutional Ownership, dan Macroeconomic Sensitivity yaitu sensitivitas nilai tukar, inflasi, suku bunga, dan harga minyak secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. Secara parsial pengungkapan manajemen risiko dan sensitivitas suku bunga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress, sedangkan Good Corporate Governance, sensitivitas nilai tukar, inflasi, dan harga minyak tidak berpengaruh.
