Abstract

Di Indonesia harga daging sapi cukup mahal, hal ini terjadi karena mata rantai distribusi yang sangat panjang dari peternak hingga ke tangan konsumen, sehingga diperlukan biaya yang sangat tinggi untuk membeli daging sapi. Dengan mahalnya daging sapi tersebut ada beberapa oknum yang berusaha untuk mencampur kualitas kesegaran daging sapi dengan mencampurnya antara daging yang baru dipotong dengan daging yang sudah dipotong beberapa waktu. Kondisi ini sangat merugikan kalangan konsumen yang membeli daging sapi. Saat ini identifikasi daging dilakukan secara manual dengan kasat mata maupun dengan menekan dagingnya untuk mengetahui tekstur daging. Cara ini memiliki banyak kelemahan bila para konsumen tidak jeli untuk membedakan kualitas kesegaran daging sapi.Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi pengolahan citra digital memungkinkan untuk memilih kualitas kesegaran daging sapi tersebut secara otomatis dengan bantuan aplikasi pengolahan citra. Klasifikasi kesegaran daging sapi ini menerapkan metode Backpropagation sebagai classifier. Untuk ekstraksi fitur warna menggunakan channel warna Red Green Blue, sedangkan ekstraksi tekstur dilakukan menggunakan metode Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix. Metode ini akan mengambil informasi tekstur permukaan daging pada level warna keabuan. Tingkat keberhasilan klasifikasi kesegaran daging sapi yang didapatkan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes memiliki tingkat akurasi 95,83%.Kata kunci : Daging, Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix, Backpropagation.

Abstract

Perbaikan citra digital yang digunakan untuk meratakan nilai piksel agar tidak berkumpul dalam satu titik saja adalah metode Histogram Equalization (HE). Akan tetapi metode ini tidak dapat mempertahankan karakteristik dari citra asli. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan metode Fuzzy Histogram Equalization (FHE). Dengan menggunakan FHE, nilai keabuan dapat diratakan berdasarkan variable linguistic yang ada. Sehingga karakteristik histogram citra asli dapat dipertahankan. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan metode FHE, menghasilkan citra yang memiliki karakteristik histogram sama dengan citra aslinya. Pada pengujian MSE dan PSNR, nilai rata-rata MSE HE adalah 4786.957826. Sedangkan nilai MSE FHE adalah 2145.293021, dimana nilai MSE FHE lebih kecil daripada nilai MSE HE. Nilai rata-rata PSNR HE adalah 12.74094918. Sedangkan nilai PSNR FHE adalah 16.15070253, dimana nilai PSNR FHE lebih besar daripada nilai PSNR HE. Semakin kecil nilai MSE, penggunaan metode dapat meningkatkan kualitas citra. Semakin besar nilai PSNR berarti penggunaan metode dapat meningkatkan kualitas citra.

Abstract

Pemadam kebakaran (Damkar), Branwir, atau PMK merupakan petugas atau dinas yang dilatih dan bertugas untuk menanggulangi kebakaran. Selain menanggulangi kebakaran, petugas pemadam kebakaran (damkar) juga dilatih untuk menyelamatkan korban dari bencana alam, gedung runtuh, kecelakaan lalu lintas, dan lain-lain [1]. Sayangnya, masyarakat masih terkendala dalam melaporkan kebakaran kepada petugas karena hanya tersedia melalui telepon. Sering kali satuan pemadam kebakaran terlambat menuju lokasi penyelamatan. Hal ini dapat disebabkan karena empat hal. Pertama, petugas kurang siap siaga. Kedua, lalu lintas yang padat saat perjalanan menuju lokasi kejadian. Ketiga, warga yang mengalami bencana terlambat memberikan informasi kepada petugas. Keempat, informasi lokasi yang didapat dari masyarakat kurang jelas. Diharapkan aplikasi ini mampu menjembatani pihak masyarakat dan petugas damkar dalam melaporkan dan menerima kejadian kebakaran, bencana alam. Selama terkoneksi dengan internet, maka aplikasi ini dapat melaporkan kejadian di lingkungan sekitarnya kepada pihak dinas Pemadam Kebakaran. Terdapat beberapa fitur utama yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat untuk melapor diantaranya GPS Foto Tagging, dan Google Maps. Fitur tersebut nantinya akan memperoleh informasi yang dilaporkan dari masyarakat berbentuk foto beserta lokasi diambilnya foto, dan masyarakat dapat melihat posisi terkini petugas damkar yang menuju lokasi kejadian.

Abstract

Nowadays, there are many changes in the field of Information Technology, from simple communication to electronic communication. This development affects several sectors of the world. The industrial world today is influenced by the development of information technology and makes the management information system in the management of information in the industry. A management Information System is a collection of information systems that are willing to interact and responsible for processing and collecting information data so that they can assist and manage at all levels when planning and managing activities. The Kerupuk Puli Dua Bintang Cracker Industry is in Tulungagung Regency, a small, micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME), and still mandates data management in manual management. The use of manual management can cause various problems that should not occur. For example, data loss due to lost or torn books. As well as log data searches due to extensive production activities, inaccurate calculations, incorrectly entering data related to the production process, and other unlucky things that can interfere with production in the Kerupuk Puli Dua Bintang Cracker Industry. This research designs a Management Information System to facilitate information management and solve the errors caused by UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams. The research method used in the study uses a descriptive method. Namely, using this method to comprehensively depict the Kerupuk Puli Dua Bintang Cracker industry to find problems. The result of this research is the design of a Web-based Management Information System to assist in managing and developing businesses in the Kerupuk Puli Dua Bintang Cracker Industry. Research can for building a web-based Management Information System by design.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are critical drivers of economic growth, especially in developing nations like Indonesia. This study focuses on the specific case of Kediri Residency, using 2018 data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of East Java Province to uncover insights for sustainable local economic development. Our methodology involved data acquisition, parsing, mining, filtering, and representation/ interaction. This process yielded a dataset of 168 data points, providing a nuanced view of MSMEs in Kediri Residency. Our analysis highlighted significant trends. Kediri Regency, for example, excelled in the Food and Beverage Industry (270 MSMEs) and Wood Industry (260 MSMEs). Blitar Regency thrived in the Wood Industry (235 MSMEs) and the Food and Beverage Industry (230 MSMEs). Tulungagung Regency showed strength in the Wood Industry (219 MSMEs). These findings have strategic implications for local economic development, such as sectoral strengthening, enhancing competitiveness, forming business clusters, and tailoring policies to MSMEs' unique needs. Comparing Kediri City to Kediri Regency and Blitar City to Blitar Regency revealed disparities and opportunities, highlighting the role of local policies and infrastructure in MSME development. In conclusion, our research provides actionable insights to formulate policies, develop infrastructure, improve financing access, and enhance skills training programs. These actions will catalyze MSME growth, promoting regional economic development and stability.

Abstract

Mengkonsumsi kerupuk sebagai makanan ringan dan pendamping ketika makan adalah hal yang umum bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Berbagai macam jenis kerupuk ada di negara ini. Tingginya peminat dan juga permintaan pada aneka produk kerupuk sehingga industri kerupuk menjadi bagian dari Usaha, Mikro, Kecil, Menengah (UMKM). Salah satu jenis kerupuk yang ada di Indonesia adalah kerupuk puli terigu dan kerupuk kedelai yang ada di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Pada industri kerupuk ini, menggunakan cara manual dengan buku khusus dalam pencatatan keluar masuknya barang, ketersediaan stock bahan baku dan absensi karyawan. Resiko dokumentasi secara manual adalah hilangnya buku dan rusaknya buku. Membuat Sistem Informasi Manajemen untuk industri ini diharapkan sebagai solusi atas permasalahan yang ada. Platform yang dipilih berbasis website untuk fleksibiltas penggunan. Pendokumentasian semua kegiatan yang ada pada industri diharapkan menjadi lebih terstruktur, rapi, efisien dan efektif dengan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen ini. Hasil akhir pengujian sistem menggunakan skala Likert sebesar 95.2% untuk karyawan dan 96% untuk pemilik usaha dimana hal tersebut berada pada kategori Sangat Baik.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in boosting Indonesia’s GDP, contributing 61.97%. In addition to generating employment, MSMEs promote economic equity and support national growth. Mojokerto Regency, with 474,346 MSME units contributing IDR 63.498 trillion to the GDP, demonstrates significant potential. However, many MSMEs in this region struggle with low competitiveness. This community engagement program focuses on empowering MSMEs in the food processing sector, particularly the production of kerupuk rambak (fried cowhide crackers) at UD. IKABA. Key challenges identified include limited technology, such as using a modified washing machine to remove excess oil, as well as conventional marketing methods and unappealing packaging. The intervention involved introducing an automatic oil spinner and providing digital marketing training, including the development of a website application for online orders and promotion. The results show improved production efficiency, with processing time reduced by 25%, production capacity increased by 50%, and higher product quality in terms of hygiene and shelf life. Digital marketing also expanded the market reach from local to national levels, resulting in a 70% increase in sales. The implementation of production technology and digital marketing has proven effective in enhancing MSME competitiveness, contributing to both local and national economic growth.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and the popularity of the internet have made e-learning an increasingly popular learning method to support the dissemination of knowledge in interactive e-learning systems. However, currently, multimedia content-based e-learning systems are still under-explored, and most e-learning system models are not yet adaptive. On the other hand, each student has a different learning style when interacting with the content presented to them. The challenges faced if adaptive e-learning is not implemented properly can lead to poor learning outcomes. In this study, a systematic literature review was conducted with the PRISMA framework to study adaptive e-learning. From this study, 6 potential literatures were obtained from 193 literatures in the initial search regarding the implementation of adaptive e-learning systems that can answer global challenges in the future. The main finding of this study is that adaptive e-learning is able to overcome educational gaps in the future because students are increasingly dependent on digital learning systems worldwide. Ease of internet access plays a major role in the emergence of a lifelong learning system that can support students' learning styles. The results of this study can be the basis for further research in detecting students' learning styles as a basis for developing learning materials to support distance learning.
