Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli produk kosmetik wardah pada Toko Erby Shop, 2) pengaruh harga terhadap minat beli produk kosmetik wardah pada Toko Erby Shop, 3) pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap minat beli produk kosmetik wardah pada Toko Erby Shop. sampel menggunakan yaitu sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada konsumen pada Toko Erby Shop. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan dalam menguji penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil uji t (parsial) 1) kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 3.946 > ttabel 1.661, 2) harga berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 4.910 > ttabel 1.661, sedangkan hasil penelitian uji F menunjukkan Fhitung 78.151 > Ftabel 3.09 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Artinya kualitas produk dan harga secara simultan mempengaruhi minat beli produk kosmetik pada Toko Erby Shop Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan R Square sebesar 62,4%, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 3) kualitas produk dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli produk kosmetik pada Toko Erby Shop sedangkan sisanya 37,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Harga, Minat Beli. AbstractThis study aims to determine 1) the influence of product quality on purchase intention of Wardah cosmetic products at the Erby Shop, 2) the influence of price on purchase intention of Wardah cosmetic products at the Erby Shop, 3) the influence of product quality and price on purchase intention of Wardah cosmetic products at the Erby Shop. The sampling applies Accidental Sampling of as many as 96 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaires that were distributed to costumers of Erby Shop. The analytical tool used in testing this research is multiple linear regression analysis.The result of the t-test (partial) showed 1) product quality has an effect on purchase intention indicated by the tcount of 3.946 > ttable 1.661, 2) price has an effect on purchase intention indicated by the tcount 4.910 > ttable 1.661,while the results of the F-test showed fcount 78.151 > ftable 3.09 with a significance level of 0,05. This means that product quality and price simultaneously affect the purchase intention of cosmetic products at the Erby Shop. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination showing R Square of 62,4%. It can be concluded that 3) product quality and price simultaneously affect the purchase intention of cosmetic products at Erby Shop. At the same time, the remaining 37,6% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Product Quality, price, purchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the model design of influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Regional General Hospitals (RSUD) in Gorontalo Province. This research believes that the quality of service remains the biggest problem demanding a pattern of services to increase customer satisfaction hindering the government-owned hospital to compete with other private hospitals. This study uses AHP analysis to formulate the interest weights of various factors as the basis for the formulation of the design model, and SWOT analysis to formulate strategies by considering the importance of those factors grouped into strength (S), weakness (W), opportunities (O), and threats (T). While, the results of AHP analysis were used as the basis for each factor weighting. This study findings conclude that model design of the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction at Regional General Hospitals (RSUD) in Gorontalo Province indicating higher weight, sequentially, on assurance, tangibility, empathy, reliability, and responsiveness. Those all, undoubtedly, are essential aspects to cover as the hospitals deliberately attempt to gain patient's satisfaction. The SWOT analysis highlights that, in addition to its affordable costs and cleanliness, the hospitals were excellent as the doctors and nurses were outwardly appealing, quick-responding, kind-hearted, and communicative. The hospital weakness lies on its lack of cutlery’s cleanliness standards, unkempt inpatient rooms, nurse-doctor's sluggish coordination, ignorance, specialist unavailability, and doctors’ and nurses' incompetence. Externally, the hospital could highly grasp ample opportunities. The hospitals are referral hospitals for small communities. Their good reputation leads the public to put their trust as the population remains exponentially growing. In addition to pharmacy, the hospitals are formally accredited allowing their quality service enhancement. However, the hospitals should consider other private hospitals, customer dissatisfaction, and science and technology development as threats to their sustainable excellent service.

Abstract

Abstract Government’s performance in the public service regarding building permit in Urban Planning Department of Gorontalo City. This research aims at investigating the public service performance at the Urban Planning Office of Gorontalo city. This qualitative descriptive research employed observation, interview, and documentation in collecting the data. The technique of data analysis comprised of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results reveal that the government’s performance is influenced by 1) human resources, 2) facilities and infrastructures, and 3) job mechanism. Furthermore, the efforts to improve the performance are 1) participation of the officers in technical training about building permits policy; 2) disseminating the insight regarding building permit on the district level through the media such as newspaper, television, and radio; 3) providing proper facilities and infrastructures. Efforts to improve the performance should include 1) upgrading human resources; 2) providing facilities and infrastructures; 3) coordinating with the local government unit; 4) promoting awareness of the society since some people do not have a properunderstanding of the legality of building permits. Keywords: Performance and Public Services

Abstract

Desa Wisata adalah suatu bentuk integrasi antara atraksi, akomodasi dan fasilitas pendukung yang disajikan dalam suatu struktur kehidupan masyarakat yang menyatu dengan tata cara dan tradisi yang berlaku. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan tata kelola objek wisata Masjid Walima Emas desa Bongo. Desa Wisata Bongo Provinsi Gorontalo memiliki beberapa objek wisata yang memadukan antara alam, budaya, religi dan kearifan lokal. Salah satu objek wisata yang menarik adalah masjid walima emas yang berada dipuncak gunung desa Bongo. Secara empiris objek wisata ini belum dikelola dengan baik mengikuti standar yang berlaku. Oleh karena itu salah satu upaya yang dilaksanakan adalah melalui penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi community-based tourism. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi: perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi terhadap tata kelola objek wisata masjid walima emas. Hasilnya menunjukkan 1) terdapat peningkatan tata kelola pada wisata masjid walima emas, 2) meningkatnya partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam tata kelola wisata masjid walima emas, 3) adanya peran aktif dari sektor UMKM selaku penyedia kerajinan dan Kelompok Pokdarwis sebagai penyelenggara wisata masjid walima emas. Pada masa yang akan datang untuk mengupayakan keberlanjutan tata kelola wisata masjid walima emas melalui pendampingan operasionalisasi tata kelola pariwisata bersama wisata lainnya.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic brings a significant impact on the revenue of the banking industry in addition to new challenges and risks. The micro, small and medium enterprise sector feels its great effects as the pandemic affects the ability of Islamic banks to obtain deposits from them and the level of demand for financing for productive business investments through Islamic banks. This study analyzes various determining of the effectiveness of Islamic banking marketing management in Gorontalo Province. This paper applied a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach, verification, and exploratory by collecting the primary data from unstructured interviews to information sources (key informants and informants). The data was analyzed by a qualitative descriptive model in the form of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. Besides, to deepen the results of the study, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was conducted with all relevant competent stakeholders. The results of the study are expected to be used by local governments and Islamic banking actors in Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

Form the formulate objectives, this study aims to identify and analyze the influence of both location and promotion on purchase decisions for merchendise products. The method in this study is quantitative, and the data collection technique is through questionnaires. The sample consists of 96 respondents. The data analysis employs multiple linear regression analysis. This study indicates the following results. Partially, the location variable has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, with a t_count value of 2.634 > t_table of 1.661 and significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. Partially, the promotion variable has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, with a t_count value of 6,598 > t_table of 1.661 and a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. Simultaneously, the variable of location and promotion have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, with a f_count value of 62,922 > f_table of 3,094 and significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. Additionally, the R square value is 0,575, indicating that 57,5% of the influence on purchase decisions is attributed to location and promotion, while the remaining 42,5% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

This research analyzes the mapping of the potential marketing strategy to improve the competitive positioning of craft industries in Gorontalo and elucidates the appropriate marketing strategy to improve their competitive positioning. This research applied a descriptive quantitative approach in mapping the problems and designing the appropriate strategy. Also, an analytical hierarchy process was conducted to examine underlying factors to develop the craft industries. The result of the analysis shows that in addition to products, promotion, prices, and processes occupy a significant role in enhancing the industry competitiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Biro Keuangan Kerjasama dan Umum Universitas Negeri Gorontalo seara parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 146 orang dan dengan rumus Slovin diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yakni Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Biro Keuangan, Kerjasama dan Umum Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pengaruh positif bermakna bahwa semakin tinggi komitmen pegawai terhadap organisasi maka akan semakin baik pula disiplin kerja pegawai. (2) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Biro Keuangan, Kerjasama dan Umum Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pengaruh positif bermakna bahwa semakin ideal kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala Biro maka pegawai akan mampu menstimulus baiknya disiplin kerja pegawai. (3) komitmen organisasi dan kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Biro Keuangan, Kerjasama dan Umum Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 62,80%. Sisanya sebesar 37,20% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti yakni kejelasan peraturan, motivasi, sistem pengawasan, penghargaan dan sanksi, lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan kesejahteraan pegawai. Hasil ini bermakna bahwa pegawai di Biro Keuangan, Kerjasama dan Umum Universitas Negeri Gorontalo akan konsisten disiplin dalam bekerja apabila adanya komitmen organisasi yang tinggi dan adanya kepemimpinan yang ideal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sistem keuangan desa terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa di Kecamatan Atinggola Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif kolerasional dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi serta teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara sistem keuangan desa terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa di Kecamatan Atinggola Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Nilai koefisien determinasi dari model regresi yang telah diperoleh sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh system keuangan desa terhadap kinerja apparat desa sebesar 0,266 atau 26,6% dan sisanya sebesar 73,4% ditentukan oleh faktor lain di luar model yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh celebrity endorse dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mie Sedaap di kota Gorontalo. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui angket kepada konsumen produk mie Sedaap di kota Gorontalo. Pengujian analisis menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Metode analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, celebrity endorse tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Mie Sedaap, yang menunjukkan bahwa meskipun selebriti dapat menarik perhatian konsumen, Brand image memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, mengindikasikan bahwa citra merek yang positif, yang terbentuk dari kualitas produk dan memainkan peran yang lebih besar dalam mempengaruhi konsumen untuk membeli produk Mie Sedaap. Sedangkan secara simultan, baik celebrity endorse maupun brand image berpengaruh. Gabungan antara citra merek yang positif dan pengaruh selebriti dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Gabungan antara citra merek yang positif dan pengaruh selebriti dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,097 %. Atau 9,7%. Sedangkan sebesar 0,903 atau 90,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian.
