Abstract

The purpose of this study is for knowing the influence of literacy finance and attitude finance on managing finance and what self-efficacy is capable to moderate the influence of literacy finance and attitude finance on management finance. The researcher is interested in studying about behavior management finance personal to students Major Accountancy Warmadewa University's Faculty of Economics and Business Class year 2019. Ideally, Warmadewa University student Class of 2019 has been getting many subjects about accountancy finance nor management finance and already experienced manage finance during studying so that can be a fundamental knowledge to increase their behavior management finance wisely. The research population is 504 people. The researchers use the Slovin formula because in the withdrawal sample, quantity must be representative so that the results study could be generalized and the calculations are not needed table amount sample, however, could be conducted with formulas and simple calculations so that the amount sample of 100 people. Data collection in This study uses a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. This result shows that literacy finance and attitude finance did not take an effect on financial management behavior. Furthermore, financial self-efficacy take positive effect and significant on financial management behavior, literacy finance takes an positive effect and significant on financial self-efficacy, while attitude finance did not take an effect on financial self-efficacy. The results also show that financial self-efficacy is able to mediate the effect of financial literacy on financial management behavior, but financial self-efficacy is not able to mediate the effect of financial attitudes on financial management behavor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work stress, time budget pressure, locus of control and auditor personality type on auditor dysfunctional behavior and its consequences on the quality of audit results. The theories used in this research are Theory of Attitudinal Change. The independent variables of this research are work stress, time budget pressure, locus of control and personality type. The dependent variable is the quality of the audit results. Also, the mediating variable is auditor dysfunctional behavior. This research was conducted at a registered public accounting firm in Bali using a questionnaire distributed to auditors who at least become team leaders in audit assignments. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that audit time budget pressure and locus of control had a positive effect on work stress. Furthermore, work stress, audit time budget pressure and locus of control have a positive effect on audit quality reduction behavior. The results also show that work stress, time budget pressure, external locus of control and personality type have a positive effect on auditor dysfunctional behavior. Furthermore, the dysfunctional behavior of auditors has a negative effect on the quality of audit results.

Abstract

Tourism is an industry with strong links to other sectors as tourism can be characterized as a combination of phenomena and interrelationships through interactions with tourists, business suppliers, destination governments and destination communities. Much likely to what is happening around the world, Bali's tourism industry is also in decline due to the coronavirus pandemic. The impact is being experienced by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the tourism services industry across various sectors, with the tourism sector itself has been experiencing losses of around Rp9.7 trillion monthly. This study was conducted at Parklife-Family Hub Bali, Canggu using a random sampling method with all customers as respondents. The analytical technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach with Smart PLS 3.0 program tool. Data analysis revealed that the variables of People, Physical Evidence, Price, Process, Product, and Advertising have a positive and significant impact on the company's existence, while the Location has a negative and non-significant impact on the business existence means that it does not play an important role in the existence of firms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence financial management behavior, namely financial literacy, financial attitude, financial education in the family, pocket money and financial self-efficacy and their impact on compulsive buying. The population of this study was 10,769 students of accounting study programs at universities in Bali. Sampling was determined using the slovin formula so that a total sample of 100 students. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via the Google form. The data analysis technique used is Smart-PLS. The results show that financial literacy, financial attitudes, and financial self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior. Furthermore financial literacy, financial education in the family, and pocket money has an effect on financial self-efficacy. And finally, financial management behavior has a positive and significant effect on compulsive buying.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to ascertain the relationship between CSR and GCG and financial performance, as well as how Tri Hita Karana influences that relationship in the Tabanan District for LPDs. The study's population comprised one hundred four people who worked for 10 LPDs in the Tabanan district. Purposive sampling was utilized as the sampling technique, and up to 64 individuals met the criteria and served as samples. PLS was employed in the data analysis process. The findings demonstrate that CSR has a favorable and considerable impact on financial performance. GCG positively and significantly impacts Financial Performance. Tri Hita Karana positively and significantly influences Financial Performance. Tri Hita Karana can limit how much CSR affects financial performance. Tri Hita Karana can temper the impact of GCG on financial performance.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh CSR dan GCG terhadap Kinerja Keuangan serta untuk mengetahui Tri Hita Karana dalam memoderasi pengaruh CSR dan GCG terhadap Kinerja Keuangan LPD se-kecamatan Tabanan. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah orang karyawan dari 10 LPD se-kecamatan Tabanan yang berjumlah 104 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria dan jumlah sampel yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 64 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa CSR memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan dan cukup besar terhadap kinerja keuangan. GCG berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Tri Hita Karana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Tri Hita Karana dapat membatasi seberapa besar pengaruh CSR terhadap kinerja keuangan. Tri Hita Karana dapat meredam dampak GCG terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan, pendidikan keuangan dikeluarga terhadap financial management behavior. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Warmadewa Angkatan 2019 karena mahasiswa telah menempuh mata kuliah akuntansi keuangan dan manajemen keuangan dengan jumlah sebesar 504 orang. Adapun peneliti menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan langsung kepada responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Squere (PLS) yang merupakan model persamaan struktural (SEM). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan, pendidikan keuangan di keluarga berpengaruh terhadap financial management behavior. Financial self efficacy mampu memediasi pengaruh literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan, pendidikan keuangan di keluarga berpengaruh terhadap financial management behavior.

Abstract

BUMDes dibentuk oleh pemerintah dalam upaya untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat desa melalui kemandirian desa dengan mengembangkan berbagai usaha desa. Dalam pengembangan usaha desa diperlukan suatu strategi pengembangan yang salah satunya adalah pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berasal dari masyarakat setempat. BUMDes yang dimiliki oleh Desa Dauh Puri Kangin yang hanya memiliki satu usaha yaitu toko kelontong dan stafnya berasal dari tenaga yang diperbantukan, sedangkan Desa Dauh Puri Kangin memiliki potensi dalam pengembangan usaha desa. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan dalam bentuk pelatihan pengembangan, analisis ekonomi, dan perencanaan usaha BUMDes, sehingga dapat menciptakan kemandirian masyarakat dalam pengembangan BUMDes-nya. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu melatih masyarakat Desa Dauh Puri Kangin dalam pengembangan, analisis ekonomi, dan perencanaan usaha dalam upaya untuk kemandirian masyarakat dalam pengembangan usaha desa untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan strategi dalam menentukan jenis usaha yang relevan dan berpotensi untuk dikembangkan. Analisis ekonomi dalam bentuk pelatihan dalam penyusunan analisis dana yang diterima, dikelola, dan hasil kegiatan usaha. Pelatihan perencanaan usaha berupa sosialisasi dalam merencanakan bidang usaha BUMDes yang tepat sasaran dan tujuan BUMDes. Pelatihan ini sebagai upaya dalam memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat desa sehingga mampu mandiri dalam pengembangan BUMDes di Desa Dauh Puri Kangin.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKN-PPM) ini merupakn suatu program yang harus dijalani setiap mahasiswa Universitas Warmadewa. Program KKN-PPM ini merupakan program yang bertujuan untuk membantu mengembangkan potensi masyarakat serta menggali potensi yang ada di suatu desa yang kemudian bisa menjadi objek vital yang kemudian bisa menyokong kehidupan di desa itu. Kuliah Kerja Nyata dilaksanakan di Desa Sangeh, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung dari 2 Februari sampai dengan 2 Maret 2023, dengan tema Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Mengoptimalkan Potensi Desa Wisata di Wilayah Desa Sangeh. Adapun program-program kerja yang akan dilaksanakan yaitu program Penanggulangan dan Pembuangan Sampah Sembarangan dan Edukasi Mengenai Mekanisme Pengolahan Sampah, Edukasi dan Promosi UMKM, Pendataan Informasi Desa SDGS (Destinasi Wisata), Sosialisasi Posyandu bagi Masyarakat, dan Sosialisasi mengenai lingkungan kepada anak anak SD di Desa Sangeh.

Abstract

ABSTRACTCraft is an object of human art that is related to hand skills. Besides having aesthetic value,the shape of the craft has economic value. One of the handicrafts in Bali is ceramics. Theseceramics are usually used as souvenirs for tourists who come to Bali. The target audienceof this community service program is the "Siku Bali Handycraft" located in KeramasVillage, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province. Siku Bali Handycraft is apartner owned by I Wayan Catur as well as a maker / craftsman of ceramic crafts. Mr. IWayan Catur began to pioneer his work in 2009. He gained this expertise from generationto generation among his extended family. Ceramic crafts produced include incense holders,candle holders, oil kilns, flower vases, bottles for tea and coffee. The basic contribution ofthis program is to increase production capacity, increase marketing through online,improve the quality of human resources, increase turnover and company assets.Keywords: Ceramic Crafts, Clay, AssistanceABSTRAKKerajinan merupakan suatu benda hasil karya seni manusia yang berkaitan denganketerampilan tangan. Selain memiliki nilai estetis bentuk benda kerajinan tersebut memiliki nilai ekonomi. Salah satu kerajinan yang ada di Bali adalah kerajinan keramik.Kerajinan keramik ini biasanya digunakan sebagai oleh-oleh (souvenir) bagi wisatawanyang datang ke Bali. Khalayak sasaran dari program pengabdian masyarakan ini adalah“Siku Bali Handycraft” yang terletak di Desa Keramas Kecamatan Blahbatuh KabupatenGianyar Provinsi Bali. Siku Bali Handycraft merupakan mitra yang dimiliki oleh I WayanCatur sekaligus sebagai pembuat/ pengrajin kerajinan keramik. Bapak I Wayan Catur mulaimerintis karyanya pada tahun 2009. Beliau mendapatkan keahlian ini secara turun temurundiantara keluarga besarnya. Kerajinan keramik yang dihasilkan diantaranya tempat dupa,tempat lilin, tempat pembakaran minyak, vas bunga, botol untuk tempat teh dan kopi.Kontribusi dasar dari program ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, peningkatanpemasaran melalui online, peningkatan kualitas SDM, peningkatan omset dan assetperusahaan. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe management of "Bali Good Sculpture" has not been done well, in the sense that it is still doneconventionally. Financial bookkeeping is not yet owned so the owner / craftsman does not knowaccurately the magnitude of the profits and the amount of costs spent in the production and operationalprocesses. The marketing pattern of "Bali Good" Beach Waste Sculpture relies on information from itsblog but the information has never been updated. Surely this will have an impact on the informationconveyed on the blog not in accordance with current conventions, both regarding price information,products or correspondence that can be contacted. The showroom from "Bali Good Patung" still seemsquite narrow and uncomfortable for customers who want to see the display of the statue they have. Thebasic contribution of this program is to improve the quality of human resources, increase productioncapacity, marketing through the website, turnover and company assets.Keywords : PKM, Beach Waste Sculpture ABSTRAKPengelolaan “Bali Good Patung” belum dilakukan secara baik, masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Pembukuan keuangan belum dimiliki sehingga pemilik/pengrajin tidak mengetahui secaraakurat besaran keuntungan yang didapatkan dan besaran biaya yang dihabiskan dalam proses produksidan operasional. Tenaga kerja yang dimiliki oleh bapak I Made Darsana sebanyak 8 orang yang berasaldari orang-orang sekitar rumahnya. Pola pemasaran “Bali Good” Patung Limbah Pantai mengandalkaninformasi dari blog yang dimiliki tetapi informasinya tidak pernah di update oleh pemiliknya karenaketerbatasan kemampuan dan pemahaman dalam mengoperasikannya. Tentunya hal ini akan berdampakpada informasi yang disampaikan di blog tidak sesuai dengan konsidi kekinian, baik menyangkutinformasi harga, produk ataupun korespondensi yang bisa dihubungi. Showroom dari “Bali GoodPatung” masih terkesan cukup sempit dan kurang nyaman bagi pelanggan yang ingin melihat pajanganpatung yang dimilikiKhalayak sasaran dari program pengabdian masyarakan ini adalah “Bali GoodPatung” yang terletak di Desa Bedulu Kecamatan Blahbatuh Kabupaten Gianyar Provinsi Bali.Kontribusi dasar dari program ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, peningkatan pemasaranmelalui website, peningkatan kualitas SDM, peningkatan omset dan asset perusahaan.
