Abstract

The drag race event is held annually in Klungkung, on July 20 2014 the 2014 Drag Bike Cup Regent event was held, then on February 14 2016 the Klungkung Regent Drag Bike event was held, then on May 19 2019 the 2019 Drag Bike Championship event was held, the three of them took place at By Pass Ida Bagus Mantra, Kusamba, Klungkung due to the unavailability of circuit facilities that could accommodate the drag event in Klungkung. Until now, Klungkung Regency and even Bali Province does not yet have a circuit that accommodates drag activities, this results in outside official racing events, racing hobbyists still carry out illegal racing or illegal racing, the main factor as a cause of wild racing, namely the absence of racing circuit facilities, making automotive lovers choose highway instead (Lismaharia Febry, 2017). The Drag Race circuit is planned to accommodate the activities of people who have a hobby of drag racing, later the community can channel their hobby of drag racing such as holding official competition events, as well as testing vehicles and driving skills outside official events quietly at the Drag Race Circuit without having to fear disturbing order on public roads and unsettling the general public. In addition, the Drag Race Circuit can serve as a means of education and entertainment for the general public that the hobby of drag racing is not as bad as what the general public has imagined so far.

Abstract

Pasar Tradisional sering kali membawa kesan citra buruk dan kumuh bagi estetika suatu wilayah. Begitu pula Kondisi Pasar Tradisional Mertasari yang bertempat di Desa Candi Kuning, Kabupaten Tabanan bercitra kumuh dan kurang tertata saat ini, sarana dan prasarana yang ada pada saat ini kurang memadai sehingga membuat pasar sepi pengunjung. Sepinya pengunjung merupakan masalah klasik yang harus dibenahi. Dari sekian banyaknya permasalah yang ada di Pasar tradional Mertasari ini, Redesain Pasar Tradisional Mertasari merupakan jawaban untuk memecahkan permasalahan secara arsitektural. Dengan tujuan untuk membenahi kondisi bangunan dan penataan kawasan pada Pasar Mertasari sehingga menaikkan minat masyarakat untuk berbelanja pada Pasar Tradisonal kembali meningkat dan tidak berkurang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, metode ini dilakukan dengan cara mewawancarai secara langsung dengan orang yang berkompeten dibidangnya. Metode studi literatur, adalah metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara mencari dan memilah data dari literatur terkait. Serta metode dokumentasi, merupakan metode yang dilakukan dengan mengambil gambar guna memperjelas dan memperkuat data teoritis dengan mengambil foto langsung ke objek. Konsep komersial akan menjadi daya tarik pada pasar ini. Arsitektur Industrial Tropis yaitu dengan penyesuaian kondisi iklim dengan topografi daerah setempat yang akan menjadi suatu solusi arsitektur pada wilayah Pasar Tradisional Mertasari.

Abstract

Beach Club is an association of several activities located on the beach and provides recreational and relaxation facilities such as restaurants, rooftops, bars, lounges, sunbathing areas, swimming pools, and several other supporting facilities. Beach Club is very much needed apart from being a place of recreation as well as a place to relax, it can also support the needs of tourists who after carrying out activities around Pemuteran Beach because of the very attractive tourism potential with stunning natural beauty and the existence of marine tourism that can be enjoyed by tourists. Therefore Pemuteran Beach is one of the beaches visited by many tourists in the North Bali area. Then the basic concept that will be applied later is "Jus For Fun" which means just for fun. The design theme that will be used in planning and designing this Beach Club is "Tropical Architecture" which can adapt to buildings, climatic conditions in a tropical area (Pemuteran Beach).

Abstract

Wellness Center is related to activities that are healthy for the body and soul. Activities in the form of a place to exercise, meditation, consultation on health problems and others, where in addition to being healthy for the body, it also teaches a healthy lifestyle and is kept away from disease. With a healing environment approach such as the senses, nature, psychology, it is hoped that it will create a Wellness Center that blends with the circumstances and natural cycles. The healing environment approach is the basis for the development of the Wellness Center design, which is the answer to overcoming human behavior with nature. Located in the city of Denpasar, it will make it easier for people to exercise with a natural atmosphere and complete facilities.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has hit the world, and Indonesia is also one of them. This pandemic is caused by a virus of the Coronavirus group, namely SARS-CoV-2 or often called Covid-19. This virus can infect the respiratory system, ranging from mild flu to death. The spread of this virus is classified as very fast because through the mouth when coughing or sneezing, this virus can also be transmitted through direct contact with infected people. Therefore, this virus spreads quickly in crowded places. To prevent the rapid spread of the virus, the government is carrying out a program in which people's activities are outside their homes. This restriction is done to reduce activities that can cause crowds. The government also recommends that people reduce the use of air conditioning, optimize natural ventilation and increase the use of sunlight, this can reduce the spread of the virus. Abstract

The design of agricultural tourism support facilities in Denpasar-Bali aims to restore the historical value it has as an agrarian area which makes agriculture the pulse of life which includes economic, sociological, and cultural aspects of the Balinese people as farmers and pays attention to the role of agriculture as a very complex multifunction with rural ecosystems. in Bali. This design is also an effort to conserve agricultural land or subak in Bali and as an introduction to new tourism objects in Denpasar which tend to lead to urban tourism. It is unfortunate that Bali is an agricultural area, but the rice fields are getting depleted with the development of tourism and the influence of fulfilling city functions where the level of rice consumption is still high, causing the government to implement a solution to import rice. Through a tourism architectural approach as an effort to develop agriculture to the public, technological and environmental approaches in the development of modern agriculture, as well as traditional and cultural approaches that have high magical values and have been passed down from generation to generation in Bali.

Abstract

Tegallalang is one of the sub-districts in Gianyar Regency, which has various traditions and cultures that are closely related to social life, especially in the arts. Dance and Karawitan are the most prominent arts in the district of Tegallalang. Empowerment of Youth Resources is used to minimize the occurrence of social deviations in the search for youth identity that goes in harmony with the Customs of Most of the Tegallalang area which makes art as a supporter of social life. In line with this, the facilities and infrastructure to accommodate these activities are not adequate in Tegallalang District and tend to be uneven. Thus, making every activity entitled Culture does not yet have adequate facilities. With Biophilic Architecture, it is hoped that it will be able to answer all the problems between living things and the surrounding environment, so that the site on Jl. Tirtha Tawar-Tegallalang. By using the Bandhurana Concept and the Biophilic architectural theme that embodies a good relationship between the user and the environment which is implemented through zoning, enterance design, patterns and forms of mass according to needs, efficient circulation for the community and air, use of appropriate structures, utilities according to site analysis and local regulations that apply so as to produce designs that are right on target that can harmonize the problems of adolescents in the field of Psychic and Psychic.

Abstract

The island of Bali is an island that has a variety of beautiful and diverse tourist destinations. Besides being famous for its tourist destinations, the island of Bali is also famous for its arts and traditions. . For example, in Tabanan Regency, there are 7 types of distinctive arts based on the results of an interview with Wayan Muder as Head of the Arts Division of the Tabanan Regency Culture Service, stating that there are 7 types of distinctive arts, including Okokan Tektekan, Andir Legong Dance, Cerekuak Baris Dance, Rejang Swing Dance, Mandolin Art, Kentungan Art, Leko Kusuma Sari Art. From the potential of the existing typical arts, it can be developed again as a show to support tourism in the Tabanan Regency area in particular. From the potential that can be developed, it is not supported by the existence of adequate training center facilities and performing arts. So the results of the existing problems can be concluded that there is a need for training center facilities and typical arts performances of Tabanan Regency to be a means of supporting and developing culture as well as a means of supporting tourism. as an effort to increase literacy, especially the younger generation to preserve and develop arts and culture in their area, as a gathering place for activists and art communities in Tabanan Regency, as well as a forum to facilitate the Community Arts Festival which is scheduled to be held every year.

Abstract

Daycare is an alternative service that can be used by parents who work as an institution that can temporarily replace as long as the parents work in terms of care, protection and also the provision of guidance to the child. Childhood at an early age is a time full of unique and important events that lay the foundation for a person in adulthood. From the beginning, children must be ensured to receive good and appropriate guidance so that the development period is passed gradually and continuously. Parents should give their child sufficient attention and supervision. However, the demands of life are getting higher, making mothers participate in making a living or have a desire for a career. Basically, leaving the child in the daycare will be very helpful, not only for the parents, but also for the child himself. By leaving children in daycare, parents will have more time to carry out daily activities (work) with a safe feeling that the child is still there to take care of, maintain, and care, and for the child himself the daycare is used as a place to interact and train independence so that children do not always depend on parents in their daily lives. Based on the existing problems and potentials, in improving the quality of early childhood care in Denpasar City, therefore it is proposed that Daycare Planning and Design in Denpasar City.

Abstract

Pengembangan objek wisata alam diharapkan mampu menarik minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung dan beraktivitas wisata di objek tersebut. Pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat melalui keterlibatan langsung dalam atraksi wisata alam tersebut. Namun perlu untuk diperhatikan bahwa pengembangan ini jangan sampai membawa dampak buruk terhadap keberlanjutan alam setempat. Potensi alam setempat menjadi aset utama sebagai destinasi wisata, dan pengembangannya untuk menjadikan potensi tersebut memiliki daya jual di industri wisata. Dalam pengembangan objek wisata alam, aspek yang perlu diperhatikan adalah potensi alam yang dimiliki oleh objek wisata tersebut. Salah satu objek wisata yang mengandalkan potensi alam yaitu objek wisaya Yeh Hoo dengan potesi utama adalah lahan pertanian padi dan air terjun Yeh Hoo yang memiliki keindahan tersembunyi di balik tebing. Selain itu juga saujana pegunungan dan terasering mewarnai potensi lain dari objek wisata Yeh Hoo ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan program pengembangan yang berbasis pada potensi pertanian dan alam yang berkelanjutan dan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam merumuskan program pengembangan ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Metode ini menekankan pada kajian yang bersifat deskriptif melalui data-data empiric. Hasil kegiatan ini berupa program pengembangan berupa wisata pertanian dan wisata air terjun Yeh Hoo; dan rancangan program berupa master plan rancangan.
