Abstract

Tulisan ini adalah hasil pengembangan Media Pembelajaran BahasaPemrograman C++. Media pembelajaran ini merupakan media yang diharapkanmembantu pengguna dalam memahami konsep dan fitur yang terdapat pada bahasapemrograman C++. Media ini dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk pembelajaranmandiri bagi pengguna. Adapun materi yang dicakup dalam media ini adalah sejarahmunculnya C++, struktur program, elemen dasar pemrograman dalam bahasa C++,operasi arimatika, percabangan, perulangan sampai dengan array dan fungsi. Mediapembelajaran ini dikembangkan mengikuti paradigma prototyping dengan toolspembantu berupa piranti lunak Adobe Flash CS3, Adobe Photoshop CS3 dan Audacity.Hasil akhir dari pengembangan media ini berbentuk compact disk interaktif dengansasaran pengguna adalah pebelajar yang ingin belajar bahasa pemrograman C++.Kata-kata kunci: bahasa pemrograman, bahasa pemrograman C++, mediapembelajaran.

Abstract

Tulisan ini adalah hasil pengembangan media pembelajarankesetimbangan kimia dalam bentuk Compact Disc interaktif. Media Pembelajaran Reaksi Kesetimbangan Kimia dibuat untuk membantu proses pemahaman siswa dalam mempelajari kesetimbangan kimia di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Media pembelajaran ini membahas pengertian, jenis dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pergeseran kesetimbangan.Sistem dikembangkan mulai dari tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, sampai tahap ujicoba. Untuk proses pengembangannya digunakan Macromedia Flash 8. Dengan adanya Media Pembelajaran Reaksi Kesetimbangan Kimia, diharapkan proses belajar mengajar akan berlangsung lebih menarik, tidak monoton dengan satu media saja.Kata kunci : media pembelajaran, kesetimbangan kimia, pergeseran kesetimbangan

Abstract

Portal E-learning SMK Negeri 1 Manggis adalah sebuah sistem yang dibuat untuk membantu serta mendukung proses pembelajaran baik pemberian materi maupun tugas secara online. Dengan adanya portal e-learning ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kadar interaksi pembelajaran antara peserta didik dengan guru karena memungkinkan terjadinya interaksi pembelajaran dari mana dan kapan saja. Selain itu, melatih siswa lebih mandiri dan aktif dalam mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan, serta mempermudah penyimpanan materi pembelajaran. Perancangan sistem ini digambarkan dengan menggunakan DFD (data flow diagram) dan diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan Adobe Dreamwaver sebagai editor, Adobe Photoshop  sebagi pengelola design, PHP sebagai script programing, dan MYSQL sebagai pengolah basis data.   Kata-kata kunci: portal, e-learning, SMK Negeri 1 Manggis

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model peer assessment berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Pelibatan peserta didik dalam proses penilaian melalui peer assessment membutuhkan waktu yang tidak sedikit. Oleh karena itu, kemajuan dan keunggulan TIK dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem peer assessment berbasis komputer. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan model penilaian menerapkan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Pada fase define telah dilakukan need assessment yaitu survey lapangan yang menyasar guru-guru SMA dan SMK di beberapa sekolah di Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali. Survey dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket yang berkaitan dengan penilaian peserta didik. Tahap design telah dilakukan perancangan model peer assessment yang melibatkan peserta didik dalam penilaian. Selanjutnya telah dikembangkan prototipe sistem penilaian berbasis komputer pada tahapan development

Abstract

Oracle Academy merupakan inisiatif dari Oracle untuk mendukung pendidikan ilmu komputer di dunia. Oracle Academy menyediakan beberapa kurikulum yang siap pakai oleh berbagai instansi pendidikan di dunia. Jurusan Teknik Informatika, Fakultas Teknik dan Kejuruan, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha juga telah menerapkan salah satu kurikulum tersebut. Kurikulum yang diterapkan adalah Java Fundamental yang diintegrasikan dengan mata kuliah Pemrograman Berorientasi Objek (PBO). Seluruh materi telah disediakan oleh Oracle Academy berupa sistem e-learning, materi digital, kuis, UTS, UAS dan tools untuk membantu perkuliahan. Seluruh materi, kuis, UTS, dan UAS adalah berbahasa Inggris sebagai pengantar, sehingga mahasiswa dituntut untuk menggunakan bahasa Inggris secara pasif. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, terkait permasalahan dalam pembelajaran PBO, dan kelebihan yang ditawarkan oleh kurikulum yang ditawarkan oleh Oracle Academy, pada penelitian ini akan diuji pengaruh kemampuan berbahasa Inggris terhadap hasil belajar pemrograman berorientasi objek pada mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika. Penelitian yang diusulkan adalah korelasi. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Jumlah mahasiswa yang mengikuti perkuliahan PBO adalah sebanyak 70 orang. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan berbahasa Inggris tidak mempengaruhi hasil belajar PBO yang menggunakan kurikulum Oracle Academy.

Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan hasil pengembangan media interaktif pembelajaran aritmatikasederhana untuk anak Sekolah Dasar. Media pembelajaran ini merupakan salah satu mediapembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi komputer sebagai media pembelajaran yang lebihmenarik dan variatif agar pembelajaran tidak monoton menggunakan satu media saja. Mediapembelajaran ini membahas tentang materi pengenalan bilangan bulat, operasi aritmatikapenjumlahan, pengurangan, perkalian dan pembagian, serta latihan soal. Media pembelajaran inidibuat dengan Macromedia Flash 8 sebagai perangkat pembuatan animasi dan program, dan soundforge 6.0 untuk manipulasi suara dan musik. Abstract

The availability of accurate and up-to-date agricultural data is very much needed for agricultural development in Buleleng district. This data requirement can be facilitated by utilizing information and communication technology. The purpose of this research is to create a mobile-based Agricultural Product Information System (SIPROTANI) application. The SIPROTANI mobile application was developed following the agile software development model scrum. The data requirements for the system were obtained in collaboration with the Buleleng district agriculture office. Users of mobile-based SIPROTANI are Field Agricultural Extension (PPL) and administrators. Functions that have been developed in SIPROTANI are displaying and managing agricultural products in Buleleng Regency, managing farmer group data, managing farmer data, searching for agricultural product data, and displaying product reports. agriculture according to the criteria of product type, location, (range) harvest date. It is hoped that with this system, Buleleng Regency has accurate, up to date data related to agricultural products in Buleleng. In addition, this system can be used as a model for other districts in Bali and other regions in Indonesia. In the future, this system can be developed into e-commerce that connects farmers as producers and the community/stakeholders as consumers, so that the distribution chain of product marketing can be cut. Farmers will get a fair price for their products and consumers will get good quality products at a commensurate price.

Abstract

The ability to read, write, and arithmetic is something that must be mastered by all students. Computational thinking is considered as one of the basic competencies to complete these skills. After entering a higher level students will be introduced to learning that involves technology and it requires sufficient understanding to easily understand the basics of computer technology logic. Some elementary schools still do not use technology to encourage students' computational thinking skills. During the Covid-19 pandemic, students had difficulty understanding learning materials and decreased student interest in learning. The elementary school curriculum in Umeanyar Village has not implemented computational thinking, this makes it difficult for students to understand the logic of computer technology at higher school levels and material concepts that require critical thinking logic. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is (1) to educate students on how to use the scratch application as a method to introduce mathematical and computational thinking in elementary schools and (2) to provide hands-on experience for students to introduce simple programming concepts by creating animation projects and games and fostering cooperation between each other so that the learning atmosphere is more interesting. These objectives can be achieved by means of preliminary studies, implementation of training and mentoring, and evaluation. After providing material and training, students are invited to make a games and animation project for 3 meetings which are held every Saturday. The results obtained by students after participating in this training are increased understanding and experience of how to use computers and students can create animations and simple games with the scratch application. Previously, students were still unfamiliar with using computers and computer applications and had difficulty understanding how to operate the software. Students still need assistance and support from the surrounding environment in implementing this training. For this reason, village heads and schools need to work together to support their students through various training activities that provide knowledge and insight for the next level of education. As for the universities that can help realize the program.

Abstract

Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) of Mengwi District is one of the regional agencies of Badung Regency. UPT Mengwi has an important task in terms of educational services in the Mengwi District. There were several problems found by users, namely problems related to the interface and some functional systems that did not run optimally. Therefore, continuous evaluation and development were needed. The evaluation of SIUPT Mengwi was carried out using the evaluation techniques of Performance Measurement, Retrospective Think Aloud, and User Experience Questionnaires. The results in the initial evaluation phase with the Performance Measurement technique showed that it was still not effective and efficient. The analysis of user satisfaction on the attractiveness aspect was 1.45, clarity aspect was 1.05, efficiency aspect was 1.21, and accuracy aspect was 1.45. It discovers that the satisfaction Level of the SIUPT Mengwi has not reached the set standard, so that development efforts were needed. The results of the evaluation after the development phase showed that SIUPT has been effective and efficient with a failure rate of 0%, and there was no significant difference in the time to complete the task. All aspects of user satisfaction gained a very good category with an average score for the attractiveness aspect, which was 2.39, the clarity aspect was 2.29, the efficiency aspect was 2.50, the accuracy aspect was 2.41, the stimulation aspect was 2.43, and the novelty aspect was 2.40. For future evaluation and development, some improvements can be made to the Graphic User Interface (GUI) on the system to improve the research which will be carried out.

Abstract

The website of Social Affairs, Empowerment, and Child Protection in Bali is one of the information media used to fulfill one of the Service's requirements in implementing the Law on Public Information Disclosure. The initial observation results showed that there has never been a usability evaluation related to the website. In addition to this, according to an initial survey of 55 respondents from the general public and service information technology staff, the results obtained were (1) 69% of respondents stated that the website for the Office of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Province of Bali had an unattractive appearance, (2) as many as 67% of respondents stated that the website was still not good at placing and writing menus, (3) 67% of respondents stated that the website could not provide comfort when browsing, and (4) 95% of respondents stated that the display and contents of website content were still lacking and need to be developed. Based on the results of the interviews and surveys conducted, it is necessary to carry out an evaluation to find out more about the development of the website for the Bali Provincial Office of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection. Therefore an evaluation was carried out on the website of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection of Bali using the Cognitive Walkthrough, Performance Measurement, and System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation techniques. The research resulted in the following conclusions. (1) The website development for the Provincial Office of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection uses the Incremental method to produce a website with a more dynamic and modern appearance but still minimalist so that it does not interfere with the view of the website visitors and remains focused on content so that it is comfortable to view and read. (2) The performance measurement method evaluation results showed that the website is included in the effective and efficient category. The results showed that the working time for the beginner and the proficient group was short, the average for the proficient group was 17.4 seconds, and the beginner was 17.56 seconds. (3) Recommendations from the results of the usability evaluation of the Bali Provincial Office of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection using the Cognitive Walkthrough method are included in the successful category. Research showed that 100% of respondents completed the task scenario perfectly without any failures or errors. (4) Satisfaction of website users, when evaluated using the SUS method, gets an average score of 92.36 which is above the standard score of 68, so it can be concluded that respondents are very satisfied using the website for Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Bali Province.
