Abstract

ABSTRAK Majelis taklim lembaga non formal pihak yang bertanggung jawab pada perilaku yang mempengaruhi masyarakat berorientasi peningkatan moral wujud dari kepedulian majelis taklim.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui proses pemberdayaan majelis taklim FORSMART didesa Sukadamai terhadap peran majelis taklim dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat Islam melalui forum silaturahmi masyarakat desa Sukadamai. Menganalisis relevansi literatur, Membandingkan kurikulum antara majelis-majelis taklim kegiatan pendidikan non formal, kegiatan dakwah yang efektif. Menganalisis bentuk-bentuk pemberdayaan yang dilaksanakan majelis taklim dan keberdayaan yang dicapai jama’ah atau masyarakat Islam didesa Sukadamai. Metode penelitian memandang objek yang dinamis, hasil konstruksi pemikiran dan interpretasi terhadap gejala yang diamati, serta utuh (holistic), aspek objek mempunyai satu kesatuan tidak dapat dipisahkan. Kesimpulan penelitian digunakan field research dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder, tehnik pengumpulan data interview, observasi, dokumentasi, analisis data mengumpulkan data, redukasi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan. Pemberdayaan yang diperoleh masyarakat adalah aspek ruhaniah (afektif) aspek intelektual, aspek ekonomi.

Abstract

The dynamic and multifaceted roles of educators in community education, this study emphasizes the essentiality of establishing a continuous and comprehensive evaluation mechanism. This study evaluates the role of technical guidance in supporting the functional responsibilities of these positions, employing a multidimensional approach to improve educational outcomes. Through a comprehensive evaluation system that incorporates continuous feedback, this research investigates the impacts of technical guidance on teaching practices and learning quality. Utilizing a descriptive quantitative methodological framework, this inquiry engaged 107 participants and 22 instructors from a technical guidance initiative, with a focus on systematically analyzing the initiative's efficacy within the educational milieu. The evaluative methodology employed herein encompasses an assessment of the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor dimensions of learning, utilizing descriptive statistical techniques to elucidate trends, patterns, and interrelations within the dataset. The findings of this scholarly investigation reveal that the technical guidance initiative has registered notable success in several domains, particularly in enhancing competencies and updating facilitators' insights regarding regulations and educational technologies. Nonetheless, it concurrently identifies domains necessitating enhancement, such as participant engagement and evaluative methods. The implications emanating from these findings bear significant ramifications for educational policy formulation and pedagogical practice. Recommendations proffered include the enhancement of material delivery clarity and engagement, diversification of implementation methodologies, refinement of assessment protocols, and an emphasis on the educators' well-being. This research furnishes a foundational basis for forthcoming endeavors aimed at optimizing technical guidance strategies, thereby augmenting the overall educational outcomes.

Abstract

This study explores the strategic role of local wisdom in village economic development through tourism-based community empowerment programs. Local wisdom is defined as a set of cultural values, norms, and practices that regulate the relationship between communities and their social-ecological environment. These values serve as the foundation for sustainability-oriented village tourism. The research employs a literature study with a Content Analysis approach, focusing on conceptual analysis. Data were obtained from 15 secondary sources, including books and journal articles published between 2021 and 2025, selected through purposive sampling with the assistance of the Publish or Perish application. The findings reveal two key aspects. First, local wisdom functions as the primary identity that enhances destination attractiveness through cultural narratives, traditional attractions, ecological practices, and community ethics. Its integration into tourism enriches visitor experiences, strengthens social cohesion, and supports environmental sustainability. Second, tourism-based empowerment programs generate significant economic impacts, reflected in increased employment, growth of local MSMEs, higher village economic turnover, and improved community capacity in business and tourism management. The involvement of women and youth in creative economy activities further expands inclusivity. Overall, local wisdom emerges not only as cultural heritage but also as an effective instrument for sustainable economic development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Counselors in the mental and spiritual empowerment of inmates at the Sukadana Class IIB Detention Center. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation of religious counselors, prison officers, and inmates. The results indicate that religious counselors play a strategic role as educators, motivators, counselors, and facilitators in religious development. The development program is implemented through religious study, prayer guidance, Quranic study, religious consultations, and activities commemorating Islamic holidays. These activities contribute to increasing religious awareness, inner peace, self-control, and optimism among inmates to improve their lives after release. Supporting factors include cooperation between the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the detention center, while inhibiting factors include limited facilities and low motivation among some inmates. This study concludes that Islamic religious counselors play a crucial role in shaping the mental and spiritual well-being of inmates, thus supporting the success of the social rehabilitation process.

Abstract

The existence of museums in the context of Indonesian Muslim society holds untapped potential as a place for da'wah communication. This study addresses the gap between the rich Islamic-themed collection at Lampung Ruwa Jurai Museum and the limited academic attention to its cultural da'wah dimension. This study aims to examine the representation of Islamic values in the Lampung Museum's cultural collection and its position as a medium of cultural da'wah. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and Stuart Hall's representation theory, data were collected through observation, interviews with six purposively selected informants (one curator, one customary leader, four visitors), and collection documentation. Analysis used the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings show that the value of faith is represented through calligraphic carvings on trays, moral values through changes in traditional Lampung bridal attire that cover more of the aurat following acculturation with Islam, and worship values through the egg-flower tradition, which embodies gratitude, prayer, and almsgiving. Most visitor informants demonstrated a dominant reading, while one showed a negotiated reading. These findings are limited to the analysis of three main collections and six informants and cannot be generalized to the entire museum collection. The findings indicate that Lampung Museum has the potential to serve as a space for representing Islamic values and a medium of cultural da'wah by conveying symbolic messages to the public.
