Abstract

This research examines the role of the creative economy in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the City of Medan, Indonesia, with a focus on the Pertamilk business as a successful example of implementing creative economy-based strategies. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, primary data was obtained through interviews and observations of MSME actors who use the creative economy in their businesses. The research results show that the development of creative economy-based MSMEs has an important role in improving the community's economy. Pertamilk's business, with its product innovation and creative marketing, has succeeded in attracting customer interest and expanding market share. Pertamilk's success provides inspiration for other MSME players to continue to innovate and follow market trends. In this context, support and promotion from the government and society are very important to strengthen the creative economy-based MSME ecosystem. Through creativity, innovation and focus on quality, MSMEs can face competitive challenges and create a competitive advantage in an increasingly tight market.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the strategies used by the creative industry, especially Bengkel Las Pandawa Jaya, in attracting consumer interest. This research presents how Bengkel Las Pandawa Jaya Business creates value chains and business models in their business. The results obtained through this research show that the owner focuses on adding value through good service to consumers. The business always strives to accept criticism and suggestions from consumers and focuses on the classic welding workshop methods.

Abstract

Creative industries play an important role in the global economy, and the development of high-quality human resources is essential to drive innovation and productivity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of the implementation of human resource development and training in the creative industry. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with industry players, academics, and policy makers, as well as analysis of related documents. The results showed that the combination of formal and non-formal education, cooperation between industry and educational institutions, and the use of modern technology play an important role in the development of human resources. Although formal education provides a solid theoretical foundation, non-formal education and technologies such as e-learning and VR can help improve certain practical skills according to market needs. . Collaboration between industry and educational institutions ensures relevant curricula and valuable practical experience for learners. Despite challenges such as limited resources and rapid technological change, effective education and training can enhance the competitiveness and growth of creative industries.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sistem akuntansi di Desa Sampali, yang terletak di Jl. Irian Barat, Percut Sei Tuan, telah berbasis aplikasi komputerisasi yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pusat. Sistem ini memungkinkan transparansi keuangan desa melalui situs resmi SISUDES, sehingga masyarakat dapat dengan jelas melihat arus keuangan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dan efisiensi penerapan sistem akuntansi berbasis komputerisasi di Desa Sampali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi di Kantor Desa Sampali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber dana yang masuk ke Desa Sampali berasal dari kementerian sosial dan disalurkan secara transparan kepada masyarakat. Terdapat tiga sumber utama dana desa yaitu dana desa, Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD), dan Bagi Hasil Pajak (BHP). Pengelolaan dana desa melibatkan musyawarah dengan tokoh masyarakat untuk memastikan alokasi yang tepat sesuai dengan Rencana Anggaran Keuangan (RAK). Penggunaan sistem akuntansi berbasis komputerisasi telah meningkatkan transparansi, akurasi, dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem akuntansi di Desa Sampali terbukti efektif dan efisien dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan ketepatan waktu pengelolaan keuangan. Pemerintah pusat dan masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi keuangan desa melalui sistem SISUDES, memastikan penggunaan dana desa sesuai dengan perencanaan

Abstract

The aim of this research was to see the role of highways in the economic development of the Medan Tembung sub-district. This research is a qualitative type of research with a data collection method by conducting interviews. The method used in preparing this journal is a descriptive method through literature review and literature review. Journal preparation is carried out through literature review, namely by analyzing and reviewing books and scientific journals that have been published. The results of the research show that the development of road infrastructure has a significant and significant impact on the economic growth of the Medan Tembung sub-district community. Highway construction opens up new opportunities for communities that support economic growth.

Abstract

Dalam Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. 17 Tahun 2018 tentang Kecamatan, menyebutkan bahwa definisi dari kelurahan adalah bagian wilayah dari Kecamatan sebagai perangkat Kecamatan. Sementara itu, keuangan kelurahan berasal dari APBD Kabupaten/Kota yang dialokasikan sebagaimana perangkat daerah lainnya, bantuan pemerintah baik itu Pemerintah Provinsi, Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota maupun bantuan dari pihak ketiga, serta sumber-sumber lain yang sah dan tidak mengikat. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana proses penyusunan laporan keuangan, serta bagaimana kelurahan atau sekretaris lurah mengatasi jika di dalam proses penyusunan laporan keuangan itu terjadi kendala atau permasalah di Kelurahan BINJAI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kelurahan BINJAI menggunakan Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) RI. Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) adalah suatu sistem yang berfungsi menyediakan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah. SIPD dibentuk berdasarkan Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 Pasal 391, yang menegaskan bahwa Pemerintah Daerah wajib menyediakan informasi pemerintahan daerah yang dikelola dalam suatu Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan sistem informasi pemerintahan daerah (SIPD) RI dapat mempermudah mengelola dan menyususun laporan keuangan kelurahan binjai dengan mudah dan efektif serta, tidak akan ada terjadinya salah input keuangan.
