Abstract

Provinsi Maluku merupakan salah satu provinsi yang terdiri dari gugusan pulau kecil, Negeri Oma merupakan salah satu negeri adat yang berada di Pulau Haruku Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Negeri Oma sendiri memiliki potensi alam yang melimpah baik di bidang kelautan ataupun perkebunan, selain itu Negeri Oma juga menyimpan pesona alam yang indah dan beberapa lokasi wisata yang alami diantaranya : permandian kolam Air Asol, Batu Kapal serta sumber air panas. Dari potensi alam yang ada dan ekonomi kreatif belum tersentuh secara optimal baik dari segi pengolahan, promosi maupun pemasaran. Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Politeknik Negeri Ambon menjadikan Negeri Oma sebagai Desa Binaan pada tahun 2021. P3M dalam hal ini yang menjembatani para peneliti dan pengabdi untuk berkontribusi dalam pembangunan Negeri Oma. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan perekonomin masyarakat dan menciptakan kawasan Negeri Oma sebagai desa Wisata yang dinteggrasikan dan disinergikan dengan berbagai program. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah memperkenalkan Teknologi Tepat Guna dalam berbagai bidang diantaranya pembuatan Webbsite, perancangan alat pengering otomatis, pembuatan booth untuk tempat jualan, pembuatan tempat cuci tangan semi otomatis, pengembangan SDM melalui berbagai macam pelatihan kepada masyarakat yang berumur produktif serta pengembangan sarana dan prasarana pendukung lokasi wisata. Hasil Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Negeri Oma pada tanggal 11 September 2021 pada Kantor Desa Negeri Oma serta penyerahan alat-alat prasarana pendukung lokasi wisata langsung pada lokasi masing-masing. Dengan adanya pengembangan Pariwisata di negeri Oma, maka akan berdampak terhadap pendapatan masyarakat negeri Oma.

Abstract

Negeri Oma yang berada pada kawasan pesisir pantai dan memiliki beberapa karakteristik khusus untuk dijadikan daerah tujuan wisata. Khusus masyarakat Negeri Oma, penduduknya masih memiliki tradisi dan budaya yang masih asli. Pendapatan masyarakat negeri Oma sebesar 60% bersumber dari potensi perkebunan, diantarnya, cengkeh, pala, kelapa, singkong, dan beberapa jenis buah-buahan. Hasil pertanian ini proses pengolahan rata-rata melalui proses pengeringan. Seperti cengkeh basah dari hasil panen menjadi cengkeh kering, embal singkong, bunga pala dan daging kelapa untuk kopra. Untuk proses pengeringan beberapa perkebunan lokal masih dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu dijemur pada saat cuaca panas yang terik. Proses menjemur hasil perkebunan ini bisa memakan waktu sampai berhari-hari tergantung kondisi alam.Hasil perkebunan yang ada di Negeri Oma jika di jemur secara konvensional untuk daging kelapa dijemur memakan waktu antara 4 sampai 5 hari. Untuk perkebunan Cengkeh basah yang dijemur untuk menghasilkan cengkeh kering yang siap dipasarkan memakan waktu 10 – 12 hari. Untuk perkebunan bunga pala, proses pengeringan memakan waktu 2 sampai 3 hari. Sedangkan untuk proses pengasapan ikan asar yang kalau diolah secara tradisional bisa memerlukan waktu antara 2,5 jam sampai 3 jam. Dari permasalahan yang ada maka diperlukan alat pengering yang dapat digunakan dengan tidak dipengaruhi oleh cuaca dan penggunaan waktu yang lebih singkat dalam proses pengeringan atau pemanggangan hasil perkebunan dan hasil perikanan di negeri Oma. Prinsip kerja alat atau oven ini adalah loyang-loyang didesain sedemikian rupa dan bekerja secara berputar yang digerakan oleh motor listrik DC, proses berputar yang dirancang adalah untuk mengurangi proses pengamatan secara rutin dan untuk menghindari tidak meratanya pengeringan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tergolong baru dikarenakan satu alat dapat difungsikan untuk beberapa hasil perkebunan dan dapat juga untuk memanggang ikan yang belum ada pada umumnya.

Abstract

Maritime tourism is a leading sector. However, tourist visits fluctuate. Variables that are suspected to be the cause of the fluctuating number of visits are because they have not been able to create perceived value, and the destination image is not optimal. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of perceived value on destination image in the tourist destination of Bair Island. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire to 223 respondents (tourists) who are currently and have traveled to Bair Island. With a SEM (structural equation model) analysis tool using the lisrel program. The results of the descriptive research show that the destination image that they have is only good. While the results of the verification research show that the variables studied have a significant effect.

Abstract

The tourism sector is a service sector that contributes significantly financially to the country's economy. Maluku province has tourism potential. Including a tourist attraction in Oma village, one of the villages in Central Maluku district, Ambon City, Maluku Province. This research is a multi-year study (4 years) and aims to: 1. create a profile and mapping of tourist objects, 2. create easy access and facilities, 3. implement integrated marketing communications and digitization of tourism marketing and 4. collaborate on tourism marketing in Oma village with Maluku tourism & investment industry. For the first year of research, the research objective is number 1, which is to create a profile and mapping of tourist objects in Oma's Country. This type of research is applied research and qualitative methods. The results of this first year's research were successfully profiled and mapped tourist destinations. From the results of the research, it is known that there are still many things that must be addressed, and continued in the second research stage and so on.

Abstract

Maluku is a strategic area as a tourism destination because it has unique characteristics, but tourism service managers are less than optimal in utilizing market attractiveness, and they lack the distinctive competencies of the company. In addition, strategic partnerships with stakeholders have not been developed optimally. This study uses an economics approach that is acculturated with strategic management science with a focus on the level of management understanding of market attractiveness, distinctive competencies and strategic partnerships in the tourism service industry in Maluku Province.  The research method is using a survey method which includes a descriptive survey and an explanatory survey. The unit of analysis in this study is the tourism service industry in Maluku with the unit of observation being the head of a tourism service company in Maluku. The test was carried out using a structural equation model.  The results show that the perceived market attractiveness is not yet fully attractive to tourism service companies in Maluku, distinctive competencies and strategic partnerships have not been maximally developed by tourism service companies in Maluku. The test results also show that there is a simultaneous or partial effect of market attractiveness and distinctive competencies on strategic partnerships. Strategic partnerships are more dominantly formed by distinctive competencies and the dimension that gives the highest contribution is organizational capability.

Abstract

The new era confronts teachers with new tasks and obligations. The use of advanced technology has greatly improved the tradition of teaching English. Technology offers several options, such as making teaching more exciting and efficient. Technology is one of the most powerful drivers of social and linguistic change. As a result, it is necessary to use a learning medium that encourages students to be more enthusiastic about studying. This study intends to apply learning media with technology-assisted to students of SD Negeri Rutong, while also describing assessment media from professionals and users. The development approach utilized is Design and Development with the ADDIE research model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The results obtained in this research are 1) Interactive multimedia named "Oxford Let’s Go for Young Learners"; 2) Media expert assessment 89,5%, material experts 91,7%, learning experts 92,4% based on the three assessments then the developed media belongs to the category of "Excellent"; 3) The assessment of 21 students gets a percentage of 74.8% in the category of "Good" which shows students satisfied with the developed media as a medium in learning English. However, further research is needed to determine the usefulness of multimedia use as a learning tool.

Abstract

Temuan ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh ulasan pelanggan, penilaian pelanggan, terhadap keputusan pembelian di platform e-commerce shopee di Kota Ambon. Lebih komprehensif, penelitian ini mengisi gap dan ketidakonsistenan dalam penelitian sebelumnya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanasi asosiatif, adapun populasi penelitian adalah pengguna shopee di Kota Ambon yang telah melakukan pembelian, sejumlah 100 sampel yang diambil melalui teknik purposive sampling dan mengaplikasikan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS untuk menganalisis responden pengguna shopee. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari dua hipotesis yang diuji keduanya diterima, ulasan pelanggan, dan rating berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of brand trust as a mediating variable in the influence of electronic word of mouth variables and brand image variables on purchasing decision variables. This research is included in quantitative research. The type of data in this research is quantitative data and the data source uses primary data. The population in this study were all Xiaomi brand smartphone users in Dobo City, Aru Islands Regency. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) and the data is processed using SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The research results show that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on brand trust, brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand trust, brand trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through brand trust as a mediating variable, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through brand trust as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Kecamatan Nusalaut merupakan wilayah kepulauan dengan potensi wisata alam, budaya, dan sejarah yang besar, namun belum dikelola secara terstruktur dan terkoordinasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa tujuh negeri di Kecamatan Nusalaut memiliki potensi wisata yang beragam dan sebagian besar masyarakat menunjukkan minat serta kesiapan untuk membentuk Pokdarwis, meskipun masih diperlukan pendampingan terkait aspek kelembagaan, manajemen, dan promosi wisata. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan rekomendasi model kelembagaan Pokdarwis yang sesuai dengan karakteristik lokal sebagai dasar pengembangan desa wisata berbasis masyarakat di Kecamatan Nusalaut.Kata kunci: Pokdarwis; desa wisata; pariwisata berbasis masyarakat; Nusalaut
