Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance with role play techniques in improving disciplinary behavior. quantitative approach with quasi-experimental method in the form of quasi-experimental design through nonequivalent control group Group consisting of 78 populations with 22 research samples. This study uses Purposive Sampling technique. And using primary data in the form of questionnaires and providing treatment in the form of pretest and post-test with role play as the results of the study so that it shows that there is an influence between the role play variable (X) on disciplinary behavior (Y) on aspects of discipline, which consists of discipline Mental attitude (mental attitude), discipline in enforcing rules, discipline attitude and discipline in behavior.

Abstract

Gangguan kecemasan sosial menjadi latar belakang dalam penelitian ini, yang menjadi permasalahan yang tidak sederhana dan dapat menghambat kegiatan sehari-hari, terutama siswa di sekolah. Permasalahan kecemasan sosial kerap kali terjadi karena beban akademik, seperti saat diminta untuk tampil pada kegiatan di sekolah. Jika tidak segera ditangani, siswa akan terus merasa malu pada situasi baru dan umum, siswa akan terus merasa takut akan komentar negatif dari orang lain, serta siswa merasa tidak percaya diri saat harus tampil di depan umum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan konseling kelompok dengan media journaling untuk menurunkan kecemasan sosial siswa. Metode penelitian ini yaitu eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre-eksperiment dan menggunakan one-group pre-test-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Pabuaran dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data memanfaatkan angket kecemasan sosial, yang sebelumnya telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilangsungkan dengan memanfaatkan uji Paired Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian dilihat dari pelaksanaan pre-test dan post-test yang menunjukkan adanya penurunan yang substansial dengan rata-rata sebesar 45,87 dari sebelumnya sebesar 66,00. Analisis uji Paired Sample t-Test pada proses pengambilan keputusan hipotests, nilai 0,000 lebih rendah dari 0,05, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Temuan ini menyatakan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan media journaling efektif untuk menurunkan kecemasan sosial siswa.

Abstract

Potensi remaja perlu dikembangkan, namun seringkali terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat menghambat pengembangan potensi salah satunya adalah konformitas negatif pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik problem solving terhadap pencegahan dampak konformitas negatif pada remaja. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena meningkatnya kecenderungan siswa SMPN 2 Kota Serang untuk mengikuti tekanan kelompok teman sebaya tanpa mempertimbangkan konsekuensi yang ditimbulkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 118 siswa, adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan mendapatkan 20 siswa yang memiliki skor rendah dari hasil angket pemahaman mengenai konformitas negatif. Sampel terdiri dari dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang mendapatkan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik problem solving dan kelompok kontrol yang tidak mendapatkan perlakuan. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket pemahaman mengenai konformitas negatif yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti, yang terdiri dari lima aspek, yaitu tekanan sosial, ketidaknyamanan sosial, kehilangan identitas, kurangnya informasi, dan kehilangan tanggung jawab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman peserta didik setelah mengikuti bimbingan kelompok teknik problem solving, dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test kelompok eksperimen sebesar 7,4 (kategori rendah) dan rata-rata nilai post-test sebesar 25,8 (kategori tinggi). Selain itu, dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan analisis uji Mann-Whitney, diketahui nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) yaitu 0.001 < 0.05 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian, bimbingan kelompok teknik problem solving efektif digunakan untuk membantu remaja mencegah dampak konformitas negatif pada lingkungan sosialnya.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the ability of teenagers in Kampung Wisata Literasi Pekijing to manage social media through a citizen journaslit training program. The main issue is that social media is not being used effectively as a tool for promotion and branding the village. The method used is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which includes interactive lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice. Evalution was done using pre-test and post test through the Quizizz platform. The results show an improvement in teenagers’ understanding of social media management, as seen in the higher post-test scorers compared to the pre-test. Additionally, this activity also changed how the teenagers see social media, shifting their view from just a source of entertainment to a tool for sharing information and promoting the literary tourism village.

Abstract

The 2025 Bina Desa activity is a community service program aimed at enhancing the capacity of the youth in Kampung Pekijing in content and multimedia production as an effort to strengthen the role of citizen journalists. Kampung Pekijing has the potential to become a Literacy Tourism Village, but it is not yet supported by adequate digital promotion skills among the local community, especially the younger generation. This activity begins with a series of field observations to identify the needs and main issues of the village, which then serve as the basis for designing the training program. The implementation method uses participatory training that combines material delivery, discussions, interactive quizzes, and hands-on content production practice. The training is conducted in two stages, focusing on strengthening the understanding of content concepts, basic photography and videography techniques, up to the practice of creating and editing videos in a contextual manner. The results of the activity indicate an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in producing digital content, marked by their ability to independently create video content. In addition, participants showed a positive response to the material and training methods applied. Although there were some technical obstacles and time limitations, this activity demonstrated that practice-based and locally contextualized training is effective in encouraging youth engagement as citizen journalists to support the branding of Kampung Pekijing.

Abstract

The Bina Desa program is a community service initiative aimed at empowering local potential through active community involvement, particularly among adolescents. This program was implemented in Kampung Pekijing, Kalang Anyar Village, Taktakan District, Serang City, which has been designated as a Literacy Tourism Village. The main problem identified was the limited involvement of adolescents in supporting village branding, especially in terms of self-confidence and communication skills. This program aimed to strengthen adolescents’ self-confidence as citizen journalists in supporting the branding development of Kampung Wisata Literasi Pekijing. The methods used included field observation, coordination with community and youth leaders, educational seminars, simulation activities for public speaking and camera performance, and evaluation through pretest and posttest. The results indicated an improvement in adolescents’ understanding and confidence in expressing themselves both verbally and through video media. This training had a positive impact on adolescents’ psychosocial readiness to actively participate as citizen journalists. Therefore, the Bina Desa program proved effective as an initial intervention to strengthen adolescents’ roles and to support literacy-based village branding.

Abstract

The BINA DESA 2025 program is a community service activity that aims to strengthen the role of teenagers as citizen journalists through training in coverage and reporting in the Pekijing Literacy Tourism Village, Serang City. This program was initiated due to the suboptimal documentation and publication of village activities through digital media, as well as the limited understanding of teenagers regarding the basics of journalism. The activity was carried out in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation and monitoring. The training was conducted in three sessions using lectures, simulations, worksheets, and hands-on interviews in the field. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests, observation, and activity reflection. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding from an average pre-test score of 60% to 90% on the post-test. In addition to improving basic journalism understanding, this training also contributed to the development of youth career skills, such as communication skills, self-confidence, questioning skills, and cooperation. However, several obstacles were found, such as differences in participants' levels of understanding, time constraints, and unequal opportunities for practice.
